Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of medical ozone autohemotherapy in clinical treatment. Methods 45 cases of cerebral infarction patients with medical ozone self blood therapy spells, psychological guidance and health education before operation in the sterile operation, postoperative nursing, education results. Results 45 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with very good completed treatment, 2 cases because of dizziness aggravated, 2 cases of vascular puncture for difficult to stop treatment, the rest were different extent achieved certain effect. Conclusions the clinical experiment showed that the nursing, preoperative education, psychological guidance and sterile operation, postoperative is an effective measure for ensuring medical ozone autohemotherapy smooth finish.

Objective To establish gastric bypass surgery model with SD rat and analyze the influence factors and preventive measures so as to accumulate experience and skills for further developing gastric bypass surgery model on diabetic rat( GK rat) . Methods Gastric by-pass surgery was operated on 30 SD rats. Summarized modeling experience and analyzed various factors affecting modeling success. Results 17 rats weresuccessfully survived after surgery and 13 failed, with the mortality rate 43. 3%. Three rats died during operation, including two for anesthesia and one for heart failure;one died due to anastomotic bleeding two hours after surgery. Eight died in the third day after surgery, including two for infection, two for intestinal necrosis, four for anastomotic stenosis or obstruction. One died because of anastomotic leakage caused by mistaking and satiety the fifth day after surgery. There were no other complications such as wound dehiscence occurred in this group . Conclusion Establishing models of gastric bypass surgery with SD rats which is regarded as pre-experiment of building models of gas-tric bypass surgery with GK rats is economical and feasible. Anesthesia and perioperative management, surgical techniques and infection pre-vention and control are the main factors affecting modeling. The survival rate of rat model could be increased if related factors well controlled.

Objective To analyze the GDM of 336 cases with chronic HBV in pregnancy. Methods According to HBV DNA≥1.0 × 103 IU/mL, participants were divided into HBV DNA (+) or (-) group. 409 cases without HBV were selected as control group. Differences on GMD incidence between groups and virus load and OGTT blood sugar correlation were compared. Results The incidence of GDM of HBV DNA (+) or (-) group was 16.77% and 17.71%, which is higher than that in HBV group (10.27%). The difference is significant (P < 0.05). The correlation index between HBV DNA and fasting blood-glucose is r = 0.005, P = 0.610, the result of which is not statistically significant. But correlation index between HBV DNA and blood sugar at 1 h , 2 h are r = 0.082, 0.086; P = 0.000, 0.000, the result of which is statistically significant. Conclusion The oc-currence of GDM were higher in HBV DNA (+) or (-) group. The viral load is positively related with blood sugar of glucose tolerance at 1 h or 2 h.

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and effect of transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defects(VSD) using the VSD occluder. Methods: From December 2003 to March 2005,13 VSD patients,8 males and 5 females, ranging in age from 4 to 35(15.2?10.7)years,underwent catheter closure using the VSD occluder.Tthe mean diameter of the VSD obtained by transthoracic echocardiography was 4-12(5.4?1.2) mm.Transcatheter closure was performed under transthoracic echocardiographic guidance after left ventriculography. All patients were followed up 1,3 and 6 months after the procedures. Results: The devices were successfully placed in 12 of the patients and complete closure achieved in 11.Trace residual shunt was observed in 1 patient but disappeared within 10 minutes. No severe complications were noted except 1 case of complete right bundle branch block revealed by electrocardiography. Conclusion: Transcatheter closure of VSD by the VSD occluder is a safe and effective procedure, with good immediate results.Further clinical trials are under way to assess its long-term effect.
