The essential nutrients include carbohydrate,protein,lipids,minerals,vitamins and water.Recently,dietary fiber has been listed as an essential component for nutrition and health.Dietary fiber plays an important role on the health of children,such as reducing constipation,preventing overweight and obesity,etc.This article reviews recent progress in research of the recommended allowance for dietary fiber in childhood.

Objective To compare the chnical curative effect between pendant laparoscopic and traditional laparoscopic apphed in uterine fibroids divest,and analyze the risk factors of recurrence after resection of uterine fibrnids.Methods According to the different methods,130 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into suspension group (pendant laparoscopic uterine fibroids divest) and control group (traditional laparoscopic uterine fibroids divest),and 65 cases in each group.The intraoperative blood loss,operative time,exhaust time,heating duration,laparoscopic drainage were recorded,and the complications and the factors of recurrence were evaluated.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,laparoscopic drainage in suspension group was less than that in control group [(53.5 ±20.9) min vs.(100.8 ± 26.7) min,(92.7 ± 18.9) ml vs.(168.4 ± 19.6) ml,(94.3 ± 13.8) ml vs.(186.5 ± 24.7) ml],the complications rate in suspension group was lower than that in control group [3.08％ (2/65) vs.33.85％ (22/65)],and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Followed up for 1-3 years,the recurrence rate was 29.23％ (38/130),3 cases were recurred within 3-6 months in control group,no recent recurrence in suspension group.Among them,the menarche age ≤13 years old,multiple myoma,operation age ＜ 35 years old were correlated with recurrence (P＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Pendant laparoscopic uterine fibroids divest is fast and safe in operation and the prognosis effect significantly,faint pain degrees,myoma resection completely,short hospitalization period,less postoperative recurrence and other advantages,is worthy of reference for clinical promotion.The menarehe age ≤ 13 years old,multiple myoma,operation age ＜ 35 years old are correlated with recurrence.

Functions of the 3′untranslated regions (3′UTR) of eukaryotic mRNAs are complicated. They can control the stability and intracellular localization of mRNAs, and direct the translation of special amino acids. Mutations in the 3′UTR of some mRNA can cause serious diseases, and recent studies showed that the 3′UTR of some eukaryotic mRNAs possess tumor-suppression function.

Objective To evaluate the clinical aesthetic effect of immediate implant and immediate prosthesis by the free connec-tive tissue transplantation with periosteum in the maxillary anterior region.Methods 65 appropriate patients were selected and per-formed the immediate implant after minimally invasive tooth extraction.6 5 pieces of implants were implanted immediately by the free connective tissue transplantation with periosteum in the aesthetic area,among them,10 cases were implanted by Bio-oss bone. All missing teeth were immediately repaired by temporary denture,after the implant osseointegration,the permanent repair was per-formed.From the preoperation to 1 8 months after permanent repair,the aesthetic evaluation was conducted by stages,including the labial peri-implant soft tissue fullness and pink aesthetic scores(PES).Results In the tracing assessment period,the peri-implant fullness evaluation showed that degree 0 was found in 5 tooth positions before the operation,degree Ⅰin 60 tooth positions,degreeⅡ in 0 tooth position,but after immediate restoration,degree 0 in 0 tooth position,degree Ⅰin 45 tooth positions and degree Ⅱ in 20 positions.The PES total value reached the maximum in 3 months after permanent restoration.Conclusion Immediate implant and immediate prosthesis by the free connective tissue transplantation with periosteum in the maxillary aesthetic area can obtain better aesthetic results.

Objective To investigate the clinical festures and CLCN1 gene mutation screen on a myotonia congenital kindred.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients in the myotonia congenital kindred were analysed. Results There were total 68 people in 5 generations, including 24 patients in 4 generations .Both male and female were suffered. All patientes of this kindred showed myotonia with onset the illness from the infant, and 16 cases accompanied with hypermyotrophy.The levels of creatases and dielectric in serum were normal in all the cases. Spontaneous myotonic electric potential were observed on electromyography( EMG ) in 2 cases.The proband was found in light microscope by biopsy that muscle fibers arranged loosenly , size of them mismatched , transverse striation was unclear and some of them was hyperplasia and hypertrophy. Muscle cells degenerated gently with a few inflammatory cells infiltration. No mutation was found in the whole 23 extrons of CLCN1 gene in the 3 patients.Conclusions This kindred accords with the autosomal dominant heredity form Thomsen's disease. The affected numbers have the typical clinical characteristics. No mutation is found when 23 extrons of CLCN1 gene screened in the patients which indicate the genetic heterogeneity may be exist in this kindred.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy( oxaliplatin combined with S-1) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,and to detect its influence on expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2).Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into research group ( n=35 ) and control group ( n=35 ) .The patients in the control group were given surgery treatment and general drug chemotherapy,while the patients in the research group were given the neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the basis of the control group.The incidence of cancer recurrence and the expressions of MMP-2,VEGF of the two groups were observed.Results In the research group,the expressions of MMP-2 or VEGF were significantly different before and after chemotherapy(χ2 =10.03,χ2 =9.11,all P<0.01). The 3-year survival rate in the research group(71.43%) was significantly higher than 45.71% in the control group,there was significant difference(χ2 =11.70,P<0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce the expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF in tumor tissues,indicates that it may play an important role in patients with advanced gastric cancer and can be used in clinic.

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of medical ozone autohemotherapy in clinical treatment. Methods 45 cases of cerebral infarction patients with medical ozone self blood therapy spells, psychological guidance and health education before operation in the sterile operation, postoperative nursing, education results. Results 45 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with very good completed treatment, 2 cases because of dizziness aggravated, 2 cases of vascular puncture for difficult to stop treatment, the rest were different extent achieved certain effect. Conclusions the clinical experiment showed that the nursing, preoperative education, psychological guidance and sterile operation, postoperative is an effective measure for ensuring medical ozone autohemotherapy smooth finish.

Objective To analyze the CT and MRI features of pancreatic serous micro-cystic cystadenoma (SMCA).Methods CT and MRI data of 17 patients with SMCA confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Tumor's location,diameter,septation,contrast-enhancement features,calcification,central scar, and the extent of pancreaticobiliary duct dilatation were recorded.Results Seventeen patients were enrolled.10 underwent CT,6 underwent MR(2 patients also underwent MRCP), and 1 underwent both CT and MR.Tumors were located at pancreatic head in 2 cases,neck in 2 cases,and body/tail in 13 cases.Lesion size ranged from 1.7 cm to 14 cm with an average of 5.2 cm.Septation was seen in 16 cases.Central scar was seen in 9 cases Septation and scar were enhanced and cystic component was not enhanced on contrast enhancement.6 patients presented the main pancreaticduct dilation.Conclusion Pancreas SMCA has certain imaging features.It is always manifested as lobulated mass with multiple small capsules(<2 cm) and fiber separations.The fiber separation enhance significantly,but lower than normal pancreatic tissue.Central scar is the characteristic manifestation of SMCA, and it manifests iso or slightly lower signal on T1WI and T2WI.Typical SMCA can be diagnosed according to the CT and MR imaging manifestations.

Objective: To further investigate the molecular mechanism of photodynamic therapy. Methods: We used cDNA microarray technique to explore the gene expression profiles of HEPG2 cells after photodynamic therapy with hematoperphyrin monomethyl ether(HMME) in HEPG2 cells. After treated with HMME for 60 min, the HEPG2 cells were irradiated with laser, and observed by microscope with H E staining. To prepare the probes, mRNA from both control and treated cells were isolated and purified, then reversely transcribed to cDNA with the incorporation of fluorecent labeled dUTP. The probes were hybridized with a cDNA microarray representing the 1 538 genes originated from human hepatocarcinoma cells. The fluorencent signals of Cy3 and Cy5 were scanned and analyzed. Results: After laser irradiation, the HEPG2 cells showed the typical feature of apoptosis. The gene expression profiles were also changed greatly. Among the 1 538 target genes, 389(2.47%) different expression genes were detected. Most of the changed genes (nearly 80%) were down regulated. They were functionally related to cell proliferation cycle, replication, metabolism and so on. Several apoptosis associated genes were detected among those up regulated genes, encoding the key proteins involved in apoptosis signal transduction, such as CCP32,AIF,Mch2. Conclusion: The HMME photodynamic therapy can initiate the apoptosis process of HEPG2 cells, which may be regulated by mitochondial pathway.[
