Objective To investigate effect of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation on serum trace elements and lactate dehydrogenase activity in patients with malignant lymphoma.Methods 80 patients with malignant lymphoma collected in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014,40 cases in each group, Hodgkin lymphoma ( HL) patients were treated with ABVD ( doxorubicin, bleomycin, vincristine, dacarbazine) regimen of chemotherapy; Non-Hodgkin,s lymphoma ( NHL) patients were treated with standard CHOP ( cyclophosphamide, vincristine, epirubicin, dexamethasone) regimen of chemotherapy of two group.Chemotherapy drugs combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor ( G-CSF) was used to mobilize APBSC.Application of 10μg/(kg? d)G-CSF 5 in bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, detected white cell increased 3.0 ×109/L , platelets rose to 50 ×109/L, collected APBSC,The frozen stock solution of cell was joined and frozen.24 h after pre-treatment, the frozen peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells of the subclavian vein was transfused for patients in experimental group.Control group continued to receive chemotherapy. After treatment, the Cu level, Zn level and lactate dehydrogenase activity were detected in all patients.ResuIts After treatment, Zn levels of two groups increased (P<0.05), Cu and Cu/Zn levels decreased (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the level of Zn was higher in experimental group (P<0.05), and the level of Cu and Cu/Zn was lower (P<0.05).After treatment, the lactate dehydrogenase activity of two groups decreased (P<0.05), and experimental group was more lower than control groupy (P<0.05).ConcIusion Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can significantly reduce the level of Cu in patients with malignant lymphoma , elevate Zn level and decrease the activity of lactate dehydrogenase, which has guiding significance for clinical.

Objective: To examine the distribution of IL-1B+3953 genotypes of Han nationality people with different periodontal health status and to evaluate if there is an association between the genotype of IL-1B+ 3953 and the severity of periodontitis. Methods: 271 subjects of Han nationality were selected, among them there were 85 cases with severe chronic perioodontitis(group①), 97 cases with light and mild chronic periodontitis (group ②) and 89 subjects of periodontal healthy control(group ③). Full periodontal examinations were taken including clinical periodontal tissue attachment loss measurements of full-mouth, periodontal pocket depths and bleeding on probing. DNA samples were obtained with buccal swabbing technique and were further analyzed for IL-1B+3953 genotype polymorphisms using PCR-RFLP-based method. Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)detection combined with antibody de-tection of respiratory pathogens in children with pneumonia.Methods 1 256 cases of pneumonia in children were collected in the hospital from 2013 July to 2014 January were analyzed,detection PCT by chemiluminescence,using enzyme linked immu-nosorbent assay for detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae ,Chlamydia pneumoniae and common respiratory virus.Results The positive rates of PCT was 30.7%,and MP IgM,CP IgM,RSV IgM,ADV IgM and FLUA IgM were 21.4%,16.8%, 11.8%,8.4%,and 10.9%.PCT in children with different gender in the largest number of positive cases,respectively,male 227 cases and female 158 cases,but the PCT and respiratory pathogen antibody positive in different gender did not exist sta-tistical difference (P >0.05).In different age groups,procalcitonin positive cases in 1 years in the group most,Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydia pneumoniae IgM positive cases in 1~3 years old were the largest number,the number of respir-atory virus positive patients with different maximum performance in different age groups.PCT and respiratory pathogen an-tibody positive in different age there was no statistical difference (P >0.05).Conclusion The PCT combined with respira-tory pathogen detection of antibodies help the clinic to determine the type of pneumonia in children,to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in children.

Objective To investigate the level of anxiety in patients with cervical vertigo and related influencing factors,to establish a mutual-help group based on WeChat platform,and to explore the effect of this model on anxiety.Methods A total of 128 patients with cervical vertigo who underwent surgery in Qingdao West Coast New Area People's Hospital were enrolled consecutively and were randomly divided into control group and mutual-help group.The patients in the control group received routine health education,while those in the mutual-help group joined the WeChat mutual-help group in addition to the routine health education.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used for evaluation.Results There were no significant differences in mean score and the detection rate of anxiety between the two groups be-fore discharge.The course of disease and social support received were independent influencing factors for anxiety.After 3 months,compared with the control group,the mutual-help group had significantly lower mean score[(37.2±9.5)vs(33.2±8.7),P=0.004]and detection rate of anxiety(29.6%vs 20.3%,P=0.034).Conclusion Patients with cervi-cal vertigo have marked anxious emotion,and the course of disease and social support are independent influencing factors.The rehabilitation mutual-help group based on WeChat platform can help to alleviate anxious emotion and facilitate the psy-chological recovery of patients with cervical vertigo.
