Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
Objective To provide the initiative experimental reference for resource utilization of Cynanchum komarovii by biological technology. Methods Using root, stem, and leaf of C. komarovii as explants, the proper media for inducing of callus were optimized by orthogonal test. In culturing process for proliferation of callus, the fresh and dry weights were determined at various times and callus growth curve was drawn. Meanwhile, division test of callus was taken. Results Root callus test showed the best effect in successful inducing percentage of 90%-100%. The best media combination of stem and leaf were MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L. The stem segament was more easily induced than leaf. The callus induced by various treatments is in loose character and fresh yellow colour with no brown phenomenon. At day 10 the growth entered the exponent period of callus offspring, the maximal fresh weight to 4.961 g and the dry weight to 0.496 g. The division rate of callus was rather low and not easy to shoot. However, the nail root was commonly seen in the test. Conclusion The root is proved to be the best explants in the test of inducing callus, which shows the best medium of stem and leaf for forming the callus. The growth of callus is bigger, but the division is not easy.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on inflammatory factors, oxidation stress level and thrombosis risk in patients with acute non-ST elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI). METHODS:A total of 130 NSTEMI pa-tients selected from our hospital during May 2015-Aug. 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 65 cases in each group. Control group was given routine treatment as lowering blood pressure,lower-ing lipid, anticoagulation and antiplatelet. Observation group was additionally given Xuebijing injection 50 mL,ivgtt,q12 h,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for a week. The levels of inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α ,IL-6,IL-10, hs-CRP),SOD,MDA,MMP-9,platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. The treatment course, the occurrence of MACE and bleeding event were also recorded. RESULTS:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the levels of inflammatory factors,SOD,MDA,MMP-9,platelet aggregation rate or fibrinogen between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,platelet aggregation rate or fibrinogen in 2 groups were decreased significantly, while the level of IL-10 was increased significantly;the improvement of above indexes in observation group was significantly better than control group. The levels of SOD and MMP-9 in 2 groups were increased significantly, while the level of MDA was decreased significantly. The level of SOD in observation group was significantly higher than control group, while the level of MDA was significantly lower than control group, but the level of MMP-9 was significantly lower than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of MACE (16.92% vs. 20.00%)or bleeding event(4.62% vs. 7.69%)between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Xuebijing injection shows signifi-cant therapeutic efficacy for NSTEMI,effectively inhibits inflammation, and oxidative stress and reduces the risk of thrombosis with good safety.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
AIM: To search for new candidate partners of human cell division cycle gene 14A (hCDC 14A) and explore their functional relationships.METHODS: Yeast two-hybrid screening was employed to find hCDC 14A new partners. Physical interaction between two proteins was verified using Pulldown and co-immunoprecipitation assays. Subcellular localizations were revealed by immunofluorescence. In vivo ubiquitination test implied their potential functional relationship.RESULTS: BRAP2 (BRCA1 associated protein 2) was found to be a new candidate partner of hCDC 14A. hCDC 14A was modified by ubiquitination, and BRAP2 increased this modification in vivo. As expected, hCDC 14A and BRAP2 co-localized on mitotic spindles in HeLa cells.CONCLUSION: BRAP2 may be an ubiquitin E3 ligase of hCDC 14A.
