Objective To evaluate the application value of the hematology analysis combined with genetic diagnosis in the prena-tal diagnosis of thalassemia.Methods 2 368 parturients were performed the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia in the prenatal diag-nosis center of our hospital from July 2010 to April 2013,and those with positive hematological screening detection were performed the genetic diagnosis.Results The hematology analysis results showed 124 parturients of abnormal HbA2.The hematology analy-sis results in the abnormal parturients had the statistical difference compared with those in the rest healthy parturients (P <0.01). Among 124 pregnant women of hematological positive phenotype,there were 16 couples with the same genotype,in these 16 preg-nant women,15 cases were performed the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia,there were 7 cases of αthalassemia gene,2 cases of βgenotype,6 cases of normal genotype,3 cases of severe fetal thalassemia,including 2 cases of α-thalassemia(genotype--SEA/--SEA ),1 case ofβ-thalassemia(genotype 41-42/IVS-Ⅱ-654).All pregnant women terminated pregnancy after informing the patients.Conclu-sion The hematology analysis combined with genetic diagnosis plays an important role in the construction of perfect thalassemia prenatal detection and diagnosis intervention mode,and is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the application value of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)in prenatal diagnosis and compared with karyotype analysis of cells from amniotic fluid.Methods A total of 183 high-risk pregnant women received for a FISH and karyotype analysis who taken prenatal disgnosis in Meizhou people′s hospital between April 2012 and November 2013. Results According to the test results of karyotype analysis.There were 9 cases of chromosomal abnormality in 183 pregnant women.Among 9 cases,3 cases were trisomy 21,3 cases were trisomy 18,2 cases were XO and one case of XXY.One case of tri-somy 18 was showed normal using the FISH.Other cases were consistent with karyotype analysis result.Conclusion FISH is a rapid,reliable and prompt prenatal diagnosis method,combined with karyotype analysis will maximize the detection efficacy in pre-natal diagnosis of chromosome abnormalities.

Objective To summarize the nursing strategies for the patients with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated with vasculitis and renal damage.Methods The nursing histories of 10 patients with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated with vasculitis and renal damage were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing strategies.Results Nine of them were discharged after improvement. Seven of them had marked decrease in serum creatinine, 2 survived by hemodialysis at the outpatient section and 1 died of severe pulmonary infection.Conclusion Such strategies as close observation of patients, prevention of complications and mental care are important for the curative effect and nursing quality for the patients with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated with vasculitis and renal damage.

Objective To set up the experimental animal model of the filial rats exposed clozapine in the pregnant clay and expect to know what is the effect on the offspring exposed the antipsychiatrie in gestation.Methods Female Wister rats were divided into both the control group (n=17)and elozapine group (n=2.5) which were intraperitoneally injected saline and clozapine respectively from pregnant day 6 to day 15,and their pup rats were examined development indexes such as the physical growth ,neural reflex,neural behavior and the expression of MAPK44/42 in brain in neonatal stage.Results it was shown that clozapine- exposed in pregnant day lead to the retardation of the weight of filial rats in earlier age such as postnatal day 4 (PND4) and PND7(F=12.56/7.51,P=0.001/0.008).As for neural reflex,the time of cliff avoidance of rats was significantly delayed in PND 3 and day 9 (F=4.969/4.348 ; P=0.03/0.041),and the ratio of positive response of air righting decreased compared with the control group in PND13 and PND15 (F=7.959/6.475,P=0.007/0.016).There was no difference between two groups on the behavior of the filial rats in the open field of filial rats.The expression of PhoMAPK44/42 in hippocampi of exposed-clozapine offspring in PND15 was significantly lower than the control' s(F=18.729/23.824,P=0.001) ,however,no difference was demonstrated on the expression of MAPK44/42 in hippocamaias well as the expression of both Pho-MAPK44/42 and MAPK44/42 in forehead cortex in two groups.Conclusion The resuits suggest the aberration of both physical and mental development of filial rats exposed clozapine in gestation.

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Herba houttuyniae injection by spray inhalation and by intravenous drip on lower respiratory tract infection and compare effects.Methods:62 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were divided into the intravenous drip group, spray group 1 and 2 according to sequential trial. The intravenous drip group was treated with Herba houttuyniae injection by intravenous drip, once a day. The spray group 1 and 2 were treated with Herba houttuyniae injection by spray inhalation, once a day and three times a day, respechively.Results:The cure rate of the intravenous drip group was 48% and the total effective rate was 90.48%. The cure rates and total effective rates of the spray group 1 were 25% and 60%. The spray group 2 was 43% and 85.07%.Conclusion:The curative effects of Herba houttuyniae injection by intravenous drip and by spray inhalation (three a day ) on lower respiratory tract infection are similiar and better.

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,a relatively common phenomenon in clinical pathophysiology, is one of the currently difficult and hot issues in liver surgery and liver transplantation clinical studies. p38 mitogen activated protein kinases are activated in a variety of diseases and stress conditions. p38 signaling pathway activation is one of the important mechanisms leading to hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article reviews the roles and mechanisms of P38 signaling pathway recently years in the liver ischemia reperfusion injury.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method of determination of midecamycin A1 in midecamycin tablets METHODS:This method used C18 column as stationary phase,0 1mol/L ammonium formate solution-acetonitrile(80∶55) as mobile phase and 232nm as detection wavelength RESULTS:There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0 5～8mg/ml,r=0 9 995,S=5 989C-24 65,RSD=1 4%(n=5) The mean recovery was 99 35% and RSD=1 2%(n=6) CONCLUSION:The method is simple and easy to do and may be adopted for quality control of this drug

Objective To observe the numerical characteristics of dendritic cells (DC),the DC subsets(myeloid dendritic cell,MDC; plasmacytoid dendritic cell,PDC) and CD4+ CD25 + CD127low/-Tr cells in peripheral blood of Graves disease (GD) patients.Methods According to the clinical manifestations and serum FT3,FT4 and TSH,the GD patients were divided into the untreated-group,the clinical remission group and the clinical stable group,and set normal control group as well.The flow cytometry was used to detect DC and CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells of the percentage of CD4+ T cells in subjects peripheral blood(EDTA-K2 anticoagulated).The indicators were compared among various groups,and the correlation between the indicators with serum FT3,FT4 and TSH were observed.Results (1) In the untreated-group,the clinical remission group,the clinical stable group,and normal control group,total DCs,MDCs and MDC/PDC gradually declined,untreated-group has a significant difference from the other three groups also the significant difference was found among other three groups; (2) In the untreated-group,the clinical remission group,the clinical stable group,and normal control group,PDCs declined successively,but only the difference was found between untreated-group and normal control group; (3)In the untreated-group,the clinical remission group,the clinical stable group,and normal control group,CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells gradually raised,but only the difference between untreated-group and normal control group make sense; (4)In the untreated-group,PDCs and CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells have a certain relevance; (5)There was good correlation between DCs and serum FT3,FT4 and TSH,but CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells only have correlation with FT3 and FT4.Conclusion DC,MDC,MDC/PDC increased in the untreated-GD patients,and decreased after the therapy of anti-thyroid.Therefore,DCs and the DC subsets are expected to be used to monitor GD in the course of disease.CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells can be used as a new indicator of the onset of GD.

A mathematical model of competition-type lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) was developed to describe the dynamic process of LFIA.The competition-type LFIA was divided into two categories: TwA-competition-type LFIA and TnA-competition-type LFIA.On the basis of the developed model, the COMSOL software was exploited to simulate the dynamic process of LFIA.The simulation result demonstrated the relationships between the concentrations of substances on the test and control lines and the influence factors.In particular, the influence factors in the TwA-competition-type LFIA included the concentrations of target analyte A (0-20 mol/L) and reporter particle P (0.01-100 mol/L), and the position of the test line (5-20 mm).On the other hand, the influence factors in the TnA-competition-type LFIA included the concentrations of target analyte A (0-20 mol/L) and reporter particle P (0.01-100 mol/L), and the porosity.Experiment result showed that the developed model could be used to explore the influence of the parameters on the test results, and optimize the performance of LFIA.

Objective To explore the effect of early stage of comprehensive lung rehabilitation on cervical spinal cord injury in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods The patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted from January to December 2015 were selected as the control group which was treated with routine nursing measures.The patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted from January to December 2016 were selected as the treatment group,which received early stage lung rehabilitation measures.We compared two groups of patients in the using time of breathing machine,the total length of hospital stay and pulmonary infection rate.Results The duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization days in the control group were(13.98±11.11),(25.10±16.98)d,which were higher than those in treatment group[(7.23±4.94),(16.26±6.41)d](P<0.05).The infection rates of control group and treatment group were 76.19％and 52.38％respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stages comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation measures for mechanical ventilation in patients with cervical spinal injury can shorten the breathing machine use time and the total hospitalization days,and reduce pulmonary infection rate.
