Polymeric nanoparticle is one of the candidate carriers for carrying growth factors. This article attempts to introduce the biological characteristics of growth factors commonly used in tissue engineering, polymer materials for carrying the growth factors and the preparation of the nanoparticles and delivery systems. The advantages and disadvantages of different preparations are also discussed to facilitate the selection of the appropriate methods and materials. Relevant research progress and application potentials are discussed ss well.

3.Strengthening the management of emergency night nursing by means of authorization
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2001;0(08):-
The study applied the model of authorized leadership to emergency night nursing in large general hospitals in order to explore the effect of such management. As it turned out, the evaluation of the administrators means of authorization by the three groups of research subjects averaged respectively 20 70,20 62 and 20 05, and the evaluation of the effect of authorization averaged respectively 79 80,78 39 and 83 55. The results indicate that the administrators means of authorization were basically rational and sound and the managerial abilities of those with authorized leadership were appreciated by the emergency night doctors and nurses. Thus management of emergency night nursing by those with authorized leadership may lead to improved efficiency and quality.

A novel ionization enhancer, methylamine formate, was proposed for improving the detection sensitivity of triglyceride in edible oil by reversed phase liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS).The commonly used isopropanol-acetonitrile-methanol-water and isopropanol-acetonitrile were selected as the mobile phase.By using a reversed phase C18 column, and taking the corn oil in isopropyl alcohol as sample solution, we compared methylamine formate with ammonium formate, as ionization enhancers, for their effect on the detection sensitivity of triglyceride by LC-ESI-MS after screening other different ionization enhancers, such as formic acid, acetic acid, ammonium formate, ammonium acetate, butyl formate, dibutylamine formate, triethylamine formate, diethylamine formate, methylamine formate, and ethylamine formate. The result indicated that, by using methylamine formate, the mass spectral peak response and the signal to noise ratio for trilinoleic glyceride component were 5 times higher than that of ammonium formate. The effect of the concentration of methylamine formate ionization enhancer, the flow rate of the mobile phase and the flow rate of nebulizing gas on the detection of methylamine formate were investigated. The concentration of triglyceride components in corn oil starting to form aggregates was similar in different mobile phases in the electrospray process according to measurement of the relationship between corn oil concentrations and the total ion chromatogram peak area of triglyceride. In particular, the peak area of trilinolein was linear with its concentration in the range of 7×10-7-2×10-4 mol/L (R2=0.9997), but increased slower in the higher concentration range.According to the experimental data, the mechanism for improvement of detection sensitivity of methylamine formate was suggested as that the addition of methylamine mono-charged ions with hydrophobic groups had lower solvation energy, which made the enriched addition ions easily evaporation from the droplet surface, thus improving the electrospray ionization efficiency. This method provided an effective way to improve the detection sensitivity of triglyceride in edible oil by LC-ESI-MS.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the main factors of abnormal umbilical blood flow in different stage after 24 weeks' gestation, and to evaluate its treatment outcomes. Methods 256 cases with abnormal umbilical blood flow were selected. The abnormality happened in different stages after 24 weeks' gestation and they were inspected and treated routinely.Latency factors of the different stage were analyzed to discover the primary reason, and the treatment outcomes were compared. Results The significant differences of constructional proportion were observed in different stage(x2 =25.60,P < 0.05).The influence factors of different stages were as following:hypertension relative disease (33.33 %) between 24 and 27 weeks' gestation, the umbilical cord factor (16.67 %) ; the incidence rate of abnormal umbilical blood was 42% between 28 and 36 weeks' gestation, including hypertension disease(28.70%),the umbilical cord factor(15.74%) ;umbilical cord (31.37%) between 37 and 40 weeks' gestation, although gestation period hypertension disease reduced, but still accounted for 22.54%,the placenta factor was 12.74%.After treatment, the cure rate had significant differences (x2 =11.16,P <0.01),89.58% (24-27 week),80.55% (28-36 week),69.60% (37-40 week). Conclusion The hypertension relative diseases and abnormal cord are the primary factors which caused abnormal umbilical blood,24-37 gestation week is the key stage for the inspection and treatment, especially for the hypertension relative diseases.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(2):205-207
Objective:To explore the closed fog mirror in evaluation of velopharyngeal incompetence. Methods:A self-developed closed fog mirror was and used to evaluate for the velopharyngeal compentence and to determine the extent of velopharyngeal compentence according to the map on the fog mirror from nasal air emission and to grade the velopharyngeal compentence from the shape and size of the fog on the mirror. Then choose the right treatment method: speech therapy or pharyngoplasty. Results:The closed-fog-mirror determined different types of velopharyngeal compentence. Conclusion:The closed fog mirror is simple and objective in evaluation of velopharyngeal incompetence.

Objective To introduce the nursing care of severe asthma patients treated by sedatives and muscle relaxants combined with mechanical ventilation. Methods Nurses with more than 3 years of working experiences in respiratory intensive care unit participated in the nursing care, such as ventilation monitoring, sedative effect assessment and artificial airway management. Results All the 18 patients were treated successfully, and the duration of mechanical ventilation ranged from 6 to 192 hours. The indicators of circulation and arterial gas after weaning were improved significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Proper nursing care and correct sedative effect assessment is an important point to ensure treatment efficacy and reduce complications for severe asthma patients treated by sedatives and muscle relaxants combined with mechanical ventilation.
