Objective To investigate the improvement role of aspirin combined with statins on carotid plaque of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods80 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these patients were divided into aspirin combined with statins treatment group (combined treatment group, 40 cases) and single aspirin treatment group (single treatment group, 40 cases) two groups according to the treatment methods, the NIHSS scores, Barthel indexes, clinical curative effects, IMT, plaque areas of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe NIHSS score of the combined treatment group was significantly lower (P<0.05), the Barthel index was significantly higher (P<0.05), the total treatment efficiency 95.0% (38/40) was significantly higher than the single treatment group 80.0% (32/40) (P<0.05), the IMT was significantly shorter (P<0.05), the plaque area was significantly smaller than the single treatment group (P<0.05).ConclusionAspirin combined with statins can more effectively improve the carotid plaque of patients with cerebral thrombosis than aspirin alone, so is worthy of promotion and use in the clinical.

Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and hepatic metastasis from colorectal cancer. Methods Published literatures and unpublished conference papers from January 1990 to December 2011 were searched in PubMed,Cochrane library,Wanfang Database and CNKI.Data of the literatures were extracted by a table. All the patients with colorectal cancer were divided into the infected group and the control group according to the patients whether infected by HBV or not.The hepatic metastatic rate was analyzed. The Meta analysis was carried out by using the Review Manager 5.0 software, and the heterogeneity between studies was analyzed using the I2.Random effect regression model or fixed effects regression model was used according to the P value. The funnel plot was drawn to assess the potential for publication bias. The count data were presented by odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI).Results Fifty-six articles were retrieved, and 11 of which met the criteria. The number of patients with colorectal cancer was 5622,and 924 were in the infected group,4698 in the control group. There was no statistical difference in the heterogeneity between all the articles (I2 =0,df=10,P > 0.05).The hepatic metastatic rate was 10.61% (98/924) in the infected group, which was significantly lower than 23.84% (1120/4698) of the control group (OR =0.35,P < 0.05).The funnel plot showed that there was no obvious publication bias in these studies. Conclusion Patients with colorectal cancer and infected by HBV have lower incidence of hepatic metastasis.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) has recently received much attention as a possible key determinant of progressive fibrosis. It promotes tissue fibrosis through different pathways, such as cell proliferation, extracellular matrix accumulation and cell transdifferentiation. A number of regulators of CTGF expression have been identified, including transforming growth factor ?, vascular endothelial growth factor, tumor necrosis factor ?, etc. The mechanism of profibrotic effect by CTGF was reviewed. A mathematical model of competition-type lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) was developed to describe the dynamic process of LFIA.The competition-type LFIA was divided into two categories: TwA-competition-type LFIA and TnA-competition-type LFIA.On the basis of the developed model, the COMSOL software was exploited to simulate the dynamic process of LFIA.The simulation result demonstrated the relationships between the concentrations of substances on the test and control lines and the influence factors. In particular, the influence factors in the TwA-competition-type LFIA included the concentrations of target analyte A (0-20 mol/L) and reporter particle P (0.01-100 mol/L), and the position of the test line (5-20 mm).On the other hand, the influence factors in the TnA-competition-type LFIA included the concentrations of target analyte A (0-20 mol/L) and reporter particle P (0.01-100 mol/L), and the porosity.Experiment result showed that the developed model could be used to explore the influence of the parameters on the test results, and optimize the performance of LFIA.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for strengthening the management of drug off-label dosage in hospital. METH-ODS:PDCA cycle management was conducted to investigate the current situation of off-label dosage of Alprostadil injection (Li-po-PGE1)in endocrinology department of our hospital before Jul. 2012 in the Plan stage, identify problems, find reasons and devel-op intervention objectives and measures;after intervention in Do stage, medical advices were checked periodically in Check stage, and the data in the same stage of 2013 were spot-checked in Astage stage, intervention effect was analyzed and interventional pro-cess was standardized. RESULTS:Totally 943 medical advices, including 126 cases/times were analyzed before PDCA intervention and according to the data of cases, medical advices and drug usage amount, the incidences of off-label dosage were 39.68%, 31.50% and 47.90%,respectively;after a cycle of PDCA intervention, totally 414 medical advices, including 73 cases were ana-lyzed and the incidences of off-label dosage were 0. The prescribed daily dose(PDD)was decreased from 13.15 μg to the predeter-mined range(10.00 μg)with decrease rate of 23.95%;the drug use density(DUD)was decreased from 59.82 to 20.07 with de-crease rate of 66.45%. There were significant differences in among the incidence of off-label dosage,PDD and DUD of Lipo-PGE1 (P<0.05). It reached the expected targets. CONCLUSIONS:Because of its well-organized ideas on work and continuous improve-ment methods of circulation,PDCA cycle management provides a workable avenue to manage drug off-label dosage uses in hospital.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To explore the antioxidation of pergolide on rat models of Parkinson disease and its mechanism. Methods Wistar rats were pretreated daily with pergolide(1.0 mg?kg -1,ip),pergolide combined with sulpiride(25 mg?kg -1) or sulpiride alone for 7 days, and then sacrificed by decapitation. The activity of SOD and GSH in striatum was determined. Unilateral Parkinsonian models were made in rest of the rats by stereotaxically injecting 6-OHDA. After two weeks, apomorphine (APO)-induced rotational behavior of each group was compared, and the concentrations of striatal dopamine (DA),dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid(DOPAC) and homovanilic acid(HVA) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Result Administration of pergolide for 7 days significantly increased the act- ivities of SOD and GSH in the striatum (P

Objective To improve the understanding of Amiodarone in the treatment of intractable incessant tachycardia in children. MethodsData of 80 patients with intractable incessant tachycardia treated by Amiodarone were summarized. Among them 52 were male,38 were female, and average age was 2.5 years old. ResultsAmiodarone reduced heart rate effectively, with about 90% effective. Simultaneously, it could convert tachycardia into sinus rhythm and succeeded 67% in atrial tachycardia, 92% in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,89% in junctional ectopic tachycardia, 56% in ventricular tachycardia respectively. Use of small dosage of β-receptor blocker together with Amiodarone showed synergy. Hypotension and bradycardia are the main side effects. ConclusionsToo rapid and sustained tachycardia can lead, to hemodynamic disorders and cause heart failure, it requires urgent and adequate treatment. Amiodarone can be used to treat different kinds of intractable incessant tachycardia, and is safe and effective in patients with relatively stable hemodynamis.
