Objective:To study the effects of colony-stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1) on the expression of osteoprotegerin (OPG ) in human dental follicle cells.Methods:Human dental follicle cells culture was established and cell crawling slides were stained by OPG antibody. The third to sixth passage cells were incubated with 25 ng/ml CSF-1 for 0.5,1,3 and 6 h respectively,then the conditioned medium and cells were collected for ELISA and RT-PCR assay respectively.Results:OPG was expressed in the cytoplasm of human dental follicle cells.GSF-1 at 25 ng/ml and 1 h-exposure down-regulated OPG expression in the cells(P
2.Prevention and Treatment for the Complication of Various Artificial Liver Support System in 191 Cases With Severe Hepatitis

Objective To investigate the safe model to prevent and treat complications caused by various artificial liver support system(ALSS).Methods The complications in 191 patients with severe hepatitis during the ALSS(Including plasma exchange、plasma exchange associated with continuous venovenous hemofiltration、plasma exchange associated with hemodiafiltration、plasma exchange associated with plasma absorption、molecular absorbents recycling system) treatment were observed and analyzed. Results During the treatment 287 episodes occurred and the rate of complications was 50.44%(287/569).The clinical manifestation included rash,numbness/tetany,hypotension,blood clotting in the channel,chest distress, disequilibrium syndrome,errhysis on dwell catheter,effusion on dwell catheter.75.61% of these complications was caused by plasma exchange.The rate of complications was the lowest during the treatment of plasma exchange associated with hemodiafiltration.All of these complications got better after prompt sypotomatic therapies were taken.Conclusions Although the rate of complications was high during the treatment of ALSS,all of the complications got better after prompt sypotomatic therapies were taken.This therapeusis must be performed by intensive care.It is more safe than others during the treatment of plasma exchange associated with hemodiafiltration.
3.Gastroscopic analysis of 4348 cases of peptic ulcer in Yanbian area

Objective To find out the endoscopic characteristics of peptic ulcer disease in minority area. Methods Analysis of 28 547 endoscopic cases in Yanbian area during 1990- 1998. Results In all endoscopic cases,4 348 cases(15.23% ) of peptic ulcer were found.Among them,48.22% (2 097cases) were of duodenal ulcer,44.18% (1 921 cases) of gastric ulcer, and the rest 7.59% (330 cases) of complex ulcer. Among these cases,male and female patients were 2 974(19.05% ) and 1374(10.62% ) respectively. The positive detective rates between male and female patients have significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion It suggested that the positive detective rate of peptic ulcer in Han nationality was higher than that in Korea nationality at Yanbian area; and, the male patient were more than the female ones.
4.Effects of enteral nutrition assisted therapy in preventing postoperative anastomotic fistula in patients with esophageal cancer and its influence on immunity,healing process and nutritional recovery

Objective:To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition assisted therapy in preventing postoperative anastomotic fistula in patients with esophageal cancer and its influence on immunity,healing process and nutritional recovery.Methods: The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed.According to the mode of postoperative nutritional support,the patients were divided into group A(n=34),B(n=30)and C(n=26)three groups.Group A was treated by immune-enhancing enteral nutrition(Supportan)assisted therapy.Group B was treated with routine enternal nutrition(Nutrison Fibre)assisted therapy.Both of the two groups were treated with 25%,50% and 100% of the full dose on the 1st,2nd and 3rd-7th day after surgery.Later,the dose was reduced day by day till normal diet.Group C was treated by parenteral nutrition assisted therapy.Since the 1st day after surgery,patients in group C were intravenously injected with glucose,vita min and a mino acid mixed liquid calculated by 125.52 kJ/kg.8-10 d later,patients gradually transited to the normal diet.The incidence rates of anastomotic fistula,pulmonary infection and incision infection,wound healing time,total hospitalization time and initial exhaust time were observed and compared between the three groups.The changes of immune index [T lymphocytes and its subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)],inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),IL-6]and nutrition indexes[serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)]before surgery,on the 1st and 8th day after surgery were recorded.Results: ①There were significant differences in the incidence rates of postoperative anastomotic fistula and pulmonary infection between the three groups(P<0.05),and the incidence rates in group C were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).②There were significant differences in wound healing time,total hospitalization time and initial exhaust time between the three groups(P<0.05)and that of group C group was longer than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).③On the 1st day after surgery,the levels of immune indexes such as CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and nutrition indexes such as TP and ALB in the three groups were significantly lower than those before surgery.CD8+ levels and levels of inflammatory indexes such as CRP and IL-6 were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).On the 8th day after surgery,the nutrition indexes in the three groups were still significantly lower than those before surgery.However,those in group A and B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05);the inflammatory factors were still significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05)but those in group A and B were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Among the three groups,there was no statistical significance in comparing the immune indexes with those in group A(P>0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the other two groups were lower than those before surgery while CD8+ level was higher than that before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion: To apply enteral nutrition assisted therapy in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery can effectively improve the prognosis.It has positive effects on shortening the healing process,improving the immune function and improving the nutritional status.
5.Clinical Evaluation on Ratio of Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte in Different Pathogens

Objective To investigate the clinical value of neutrophil-to-lymphocytc ratio(NLR) in identifying blood stream infection caused by different pathogens and for differentiating coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS)bloodstream infection and contamination.Methods Medical records of 500 patients who underwent blood culture test and routine blood test at the same time were retrospectively analyzed,blood culture negative group 356 patients,blood culture positive group 144 patients,which included Gram-negative group,Gram positive group,fungi group,CNS bloodstream contamination and mingled group.Collected the results and calculated the NLR at the same time.NLR were applied by t test of each group.ROC curve was used to determine the cut off value of NLR.Results ①Mean values of NLR in negative blood culture,blood stream infection group,CNS bloodstream infection and contamination were 6.12,13.15,10.11 and 6.24.NLR had statistical difference between negative blood culture and blood stream infection group,CNS bloodstream infection group and contamination group (P<0.05).②Mean values of NLR in and fungi group were 15.33,11.63 and 10.58,respectively.NLR had statistical difference between Gram-positive bacteria group and Gram-negative bacteria group (P<0.05).NLR had no differences among Gram-positive bacteria (15.33) and Gram negative bacteria (11.63) compared with (10.58) fungi respectively (P>0.05).③The area under the curve of NLR predicting a positive blood culture,distinguishing Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria,differentiating CNS bloodstream infection and contamination were 0.86,0.60 and 0.75,respectively.The optimal cut off values of NLR for predicting a positive blood culture,distinguishing Gram-positive bacteria and Gramnegative bacteria,differentiating CNS bloodstream infection and contamination were 10.45,7.50 and 8.10 respectively.Conclusion NLR is highly effective in distinguishing blood stream infection and differentiating CNS bloodstream infection and contamination.
6.Distribution and Resistance of Pathogens Isolated from Cerebrospinal Fluid: Result of Specimens in 3 Years

ObjectiveTo analyze the distribution and antibiotic resistance of bacteria isolated from cerebrospinal fluid. Methods569 cerebrospinal fluild specimens were analyzed. ResultsPathogens were isolated from 93 specimens (16.3%), in which 52 were Gram positive bacteria and 38 were negative, 3 were fungi. All the Gram positive cocci were sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid, while the Gram negative bacteria were resistant to routine antibiotics such as cefotaxime and ceftriaxone, but sensitive to carbapenems. ConclusionThe prevailing pathogens in intracranial infection are Gram positive cocci, especially Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureu.
7.Determination of narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet by HPLC

AIM: To develop an HPLC method for determining narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet(Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix et Rhizoma Gentianae,Fructus Aurantii immaturus etc. ). METHODS: The analysis was carried out with a Diamonsil C18(4. 6 mm ? 250 mm,5 ?m)column and the mobile phase of acetoni-trile-1% glacical acetic acid solution(19:81,v/v). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 6. 0-60. 0 ?g/mL,2. 24-22. 4 ?g/mL and 10. 2-102. 0 ?g/mL for narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin,respec-tively. The average recoveries were 100. 2% ,98. 8% and 97. 1% for narigin,hesperidine and neohesperidine,re-spectively. CONCLUSION: The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate for determination of narigin,hes-peridin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet.
8.Effects of tianeptine on changes of MAP2 expression level in hippocampal CA3 pyramidal cell of rats in chronic stress

Aim To investigate changes of MAP2 expression level in rat hippocampal pyramidal cells induced by chronic stress, and to explore effects of tianeptine on them. Methods 25 rats were divided randomly into three groups:Control group,Stress group and Stree-tianeptine group. The forced-swimming was performed to rats in stress group and stress-tianeptine. Using the immunohistochemistry and the computerized image technique, expression levels of phosphorated MAP2 and the number the Positive cells were assayed quantitatively in each group. Results Compared with control group (149.34?1.81), the phosphorated MAP2 average gray degree in pyramidal cells of stress group (144.99?4.40) was significantly lower, that of the stress-tianeptine group (148.84?2.73) was significantly higher than that of stress group; The number of phosphorated MAP2 positive cells in stress group (40.36?1.35) was significantly less compared withthat of control group (42.73?1.56); that of stress-tianeptine group (42.14?1.62) was significantly more than that of stress group. Conclusion It is suggested that tianeptine could inhibit the enhancement of phosphorated MAP2 expression in hippocampal pyramidal cells induced by chronic stress.

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA -216a(miR -216a)in patients suf-fering with breast cancer ,and identify the function and mechanism of miR -216 a on autophagy .Methods The expression of miR-216 a in 30 tumor tissues and paired normal tissue of breast cancer were detected by qRT -PCR.Inhibiton of miR-216a in MCF-7 cell lines was done by transfection of miR -216a inhibitor ( AMO-216a).Cell viability was detected by MTT assay .The level of Beclin 1 was detected by western blot .Results The level of miR-216 a was significant elevated in tumor tissue .Cell viability was markedly decreased owing to inhibition of miR-216a in MCF-7 cells.The level of Beclin 1 was significantly increased by transfection of miR-216a inhibitor in MCF-7cells(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of miR-216a is increased in breast canc-er tissue, and it might at least in part promote breast cancer via downregulating Beclin 1 and affecting autophagy .
10.Analysis of the Effects of Antibacterial Special Rectification Activities in Tertiary Hospitals of Six Regions as Beijing

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antibacterials. METHODS:Taking 69 hospitals of Beijing, Tianjin,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Guangzhou,Chengdu as samples,the data about the purchase and application of antibacterials in outpatient department were collected during 2009 to 2013,and analyzed in terms of the proportion of the amount of antibacterials in all chemical drugs,the number of antibacterials among top 80% chemical drugs in the list of consumption sum and their variet-ies number,the utilization rate of antibacterials in outpatient prescription,the percentage of two and more antibiotics combination in outpatient antibiotics prescriptions,the proportion of antibiotics use,etc. RESULTS:The proportion of average purchase amount of antibacterials in chemical drugs decreased from 20.97 % in 2009 to 14.17 % in 2013;the number of antibacterials among top 80% chemical drugs in the list of consumption sum decreased from 43 in 2009 to 34 in 2013;the average utilization rate of outpa-tient antibacterials decreased from 23.22 % in 2009 to 16.11 % in 2013;there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The varieties of antibacterials decreased from 78 kinds in 2009 decreased to 54 kinds in 2012(P<0.05),but rise to 66 kinds in 2013;the per-centage of two and more antibacterials combination in outpatient antibacterials prescriptions decreased fron 9.02% in 2009 to 7.35% in 2012 (P<0.05),rise to 12.89% in 2013. The utilization ratio of antibacterials injection in outpatient antibacterials pre-scriptions had no significant change. The utilization of antibacterials in tertiary hospitals from 6 districts was analyzed;cephalospo-rin had ranked the first place,and almost occupied half part of antibacterials but declined;the utilization rate of antibacterials for special use was on the rise. CONCLUSIONS:After 3 years of antibacterials special rectification,and the utilization of antibacteri-als in 6 districts as Beijing have been improved significantly;however,several index have little improvements,and some rebound-ed in 2013,so this activities needs to establish long-term mechanism of continuous supervision.
