Objective To explore the clinical significance of urine trace albumin in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods A total of 35 patients with DN in DN group,32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM)in DM group and 36 people accepted physical examination in control group. The urine trace albumin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine were detected and compared. Results Urine trace albumin level in DN group was significant higher than those of DM group and control group, the differences were statistical significant(P <0.05),blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels were slightly higher than those of DM group and control group, but there were no statistical significant differences (P >0.05).The urine trace albumin, blood urea ni-trogen and serum creatinine between DM group and control group had no statistical significant differences (P >0.05).Conclusion Urine trace albumin could be used as an early diagnostic index for early diagnosis of DN.

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of lamivudine combined with hepatitis B immunoglobulin to prevent hepatitis B recurrence after liver transplantation. Methods The literature concerning the application of lamivudine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin after liver transplantation was collected. The efficacy of initial lamivudine, and hepatitis B immunoglobulin alone or combined together was evaluated in liver transplantation recipients with hepatitis B by performing a systematic review of the literature with a Meta-analysis of clinical trials.Odds ratio(OR)was applied to evaluate the effect of therapeutic alliance to decrease the reinfection rate whether or not. Results We identified 7 clinical trials, and there were 360 patients subjected.OR and 95% confidence interval(95%CI)was 0.34(95%CI ranging from 0.18 to 0.64).For overall test result,Z value was 3.33 and P value was 0.01.The P value was 0.310 for our test of study homogeneity. Conclusion Our meta-analysis shows that lamivudine or hepatis B immunoglobulin can effective prevent hepatitis B recurrence after liver transplantation, and therapeutic alliance is more effective than monotherapy, and tolerance to lamivudine or hepatis B immunoglobulin was good.

Androgen has broad biological effects. Androgen and its receptor exist widely in the cardio-cerebrovascular system and play an important protective effect in the multiple aspects of the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). In addition to involving in regulating the risk factors for ICVD, such as atherosclerosis, dyslipidemia, hypertension, coagulation-fibrinolysis abnormalities, obesity, and diabetes, androgen also has neuroprotective effect. This article reviews the protective effect of androgen in ICVD.

A novel ionization enhancer, methylamine formate, was proposed for improving the detection sensitivity of triglyceride in edible oil by reversed phase liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS).The commonly used isopropanol-acetonitrile-methanol-water and isopropanol-acetonitrile were selected as the mobile phase.By using a reversed phase C18 column, and taking the corn oil in isopropyl alcohol as sample solution, we compared methylamine formate with ammonium formate, as ionization enhancers, for their effect on the detection sensitivity of triglyceride by LC-ESI-MS after screening other different ionization enhancers, such as formic acid, acetic acid, ammonium formate, ammonium acetate, butyl formate, dibutylamine formate, triethylamine formate, diethylamine formate, methylamine formate, and ethylamine formate. The result indicated that, by using methylamine formate, the mass spectral peak response and the signal to noise ratio for trilinoleic glyceride component were 5 times higher than that of ammonium formate. The effect of the concentration of methylamine formate ionization enhancer, the flow rate of the mobile phase and the flow rate of nebulizing gas on the detection of methylamine formate were investigated. The concentration of triglyceride components in corn oil starting to form aggregates was similar in different mobile phases in the electrospray process according to measurement of the relationship between corn oil concentrations and the total ion chromatogram peak area of triglyceride. In particular, the peak area of trilinolein was linear with its concentration in the range of 7×10-7-2×10-4 mol/L (R2=0.9997), but increased slower in the higher concentration range.According to the experimental data, the mechanism for improvement of detection sensitivity of methylamine formate was suggested as that the addition of methylamine mono-charged ions with hydrophobic groups had lower solvation energy, which made the enriched addition ions easily evaporation from the droplet surface, thus improving the electrospray ionization efficiency. This method provided an effective way to improve the detection sensitivity of triglyceride in edible oil by LC-ESI-MS.

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA -216a(miR -216a)in patients suf-fering with breast cancer ,and identify the function and mechanism of miR -216 a on autophagy .Methods The expression of miR-216 a in 30 tumor tissues and paired normal tissue of breast cancer were detected by qRT -PCR.Inhibiton of miR-216a in MCF-7 cell lines was done by transfection of miR -216a inhibitor ( AMO-216a).Cell viability was detected by MTT assay .The level of Beclin 1 was detected by western blot .Results The level of miR-216 a was significant elevated in tumor tissue .Cell viability was markedly decreased owing to inhibition of miR-216a in MCF-7 cells. The level of Beclin 1 was significantly increased by transfection of miR-216a inhibitor in MCF-7cells(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of miR-216a is increased in breast canc-er tissue, and it might at least in part promote breast cancer via downregulating Beclin 1 and affecting autophagy .

Disease bio-banks are an important strategic resource for medicine development. Such a bank with complete information and high information sharing enhances the competitiveness of medicine and promote the development of translational medicine. The present development of such banks is found with such setbacks as weak government leadership and standardization, as well as lack of a sharing mechanism. Therefore medical institutions should strengthen their standardization and informationization of disease bio-banks, which deserve sufficient government policy support and guidance. These efforts will help preserve our rich clinical resources, in addition to their integration and sharing for medicine advancement.
