Objective To investigate the pharyngeal bacterial pathogens of children's community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in hospital, and provide evidences to clinical empirical therapy. Methods Three hundred and fifty-nine patients with CAP were selected. Before the treatment, pharyngeal swabs was taken for culture to find bacteria, then to be done drug sensitivity quantitative test and examed the extended spectrum β lactamages(ESBLs).Results The positive rate was 21.7%(78/359)and bacteria was 82 strains. It was mainly consisted with gram negative bacteria(73.2%,60/82),and klebsiella pneumonia (30.5%,25/82).Streptococcus pneumonia(18.3%,15/82)was the most common in gram positive bacteria.Klebsiella pneumonia was resistant to amoxicillin.Drug resistance of ESBLs producing strains was increased.Streptococcus pneumonia was highly resistant to erythromycin, clindamycin, and tetracycline. The ratio of bacteria infection in infancy age(34.6%.47/136)was higher than others. Conclusions Gram negative bacteria is significant pharyngeal bacterial pathogens in CAP of children. The most common ono is klebsiella pneumonia, and the corresponding one in gram positive bacteria is streptococcus pneumonia.Clinical doctors should avoid using high antibiotic-resistance drugs.

Long non-coding RNA urothelial carcinoma associated 1 (UCA1) is initially discovered and named in bladder cancer tissue, which is highly expressed in multi types of tumor tissues, such as bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, suggesting that UCA1 acts as oncogene.UCA1 is confirmed to regulate tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and migration, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancers.UCA1 is expected to become a new biomarker for diagnosis, prognosis and drug susceptibility, which may be a promising therapeutic target of cancer.

Objective To investigate the pollution status of algae and microcystin(MC)in Dianshan Lake,Shanghai City and Poyang Lake,Jiangxi Province. Methods Water samples were collected from different sites of the above lakes,as the pretreatment of intracellular and extracellular microcystins was finished,MC-LR concentration was detected by ELISA.Results The proportion of Cyanobacteria in Dianshan Lake was 38.8% and 68.2% respectively, the mean content of MC was 281.78 and 1 145.77 pg/ml respectively. In Poyang Lake, the proportion of Cyanobacteria was 48.9% and 73.7% respectively, the mean content of MC was 80.53 and 405.65 pg/ml respectively. In the same water-blooming lake,MC content was significantly lower in July than that in October(P

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To explore the regulatory effect of apigenin on the blood pressure of the spontaneous hypertension rat(SHR) rats and the possible mechanism. Methods The case groups of rats were fed with different dosage of apigenin(0.03,0.05,0.11 g/kg) by gavage for 4 consecutive weeks, while the control groups were treated with equal cubage of oil.The body weight, heart rate, blood pressure were measured every week. Results After 4 weeks of treatment with apigenin, the blood pressure of SHR in all doses groups decreased significantly;besides, apigenin could reduce the content of ET-1 and AngII,however,it didn't change NOS activity. Conclusion Apigenin has a regulatory effect on blood pressure, its lowest effective dose is 0.03 g/kg bw and it may decrease the blood pressure through reducing the content of ET-1 and AngII,not through the NO/NOS pathway.

Objective To investigate the viral pathogens of children with community acquired pneumonia(CAP) in dalian city during the last year in hospital, and provide evidences to clinical empirical therapy. Methods Some patients of department of respiratory.in Dalian children's hospital were devided into four groups from May 2007 to 2008.Serum virus antibodies were detected after 1 week of natural course of disease. Results In 280 cases who were detected for viral IgM antibodies, the positive rate was 28.2%.It was mainly consist with respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, and parainfluenza virus. The ratio of virus infection in school age group(54.0%) was higher than that in other groups. The second is in toddler age. Conclusion Virus are significant pathogens in CAP of children. The most common viral agent is respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),and the next one is adenovirus(ADV).The ratio of virus infection in school age group is the highest. We should give anti-virus and propotional supportive treatment to these children promptly.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of electromyographic biofeedback therapy (EMGBFT) in treating dysphagia after stroke. Methods Patients diagnosed with dysphagia after stroke were recruited and randomly divided into a control group (n =22),an electrostimulation group (ES,n =25) and an EMGBFT group (n =23).The control group received conventional treatment, while the patients in the other groups additionally received Vitalstim ES or EMGBFT 5 times per week for 3 weeks. Before and after the trial, deglutition function was evaluated through surface electromyography (sEMG) and using a standardized swallowing assessment (SSA).Results After 3 weeks of treatment, the mean sEMG amplitude, deglutition duration and SSA score and improved significantly in comparison to the baseline in all three groups. All were also significantly better in the two treatment groups than in the control group.Importantly, the mean sEMG amplitude, deglutition duration and SSA score were all significantly better in the EMGBFT group than in the ES group. Conclusion EMGBFT can promote better deglutition among patients with dysphagia after stroke more effectively than ES or conventional treatment.

BACKGROUND:Animal modeling has reported that psychological stress can lead temporomandibular joint disease in rats, and there wil be pathological changes.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of psychological stress on the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor-β1 in rat temporomandibular joint condylar chondrocytes
METHODS:Forty-eight adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 6 rats in the experimental group and 12 rats in the control group. Thirty-six Wister male adult rats in the experimental group were subjected to the fol owing stimulating factors, such as electroshock, keeping stil ness, climate change and food tempting in order to make them under psychological stress. Then, the experimental group rats were executed at 3 weeks after stimulation (3 weeks stimulation group), 6 weeks after stimulation (6 weeks stimulation group) and 6 weeks normal feeding after 6 week stimulation (recovery group), 12 rats were sacrificed at each time point. The 12 rats in the control group were executed at the same time as the last experimental group. The temporomandibular joint specimens were taken to produce slices.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The vascular endothelial growth factor-positive rate of recovery group was significantly larger than that of the 3 weeks stimulation group and the control group (P<0.05);transforming growth factor-β1 positive rate in the 6 weeks stimulation group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). It indicated that vascular endothelial growth factor was related with the new blood capil aries repairing tissue, and transforming growth factor-β1 might play a role that stimulates bone resorption in psychological stress.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(6):462-464
Researches show that exosome can take park in the development and progression of breast cancer by means of mediating the intercellular communication, which can promote cancer metastasis and drug resistance, thus influencing the treatment effect of patients with cancers.Exosome is closely related with clinical stage and prognosis of breast cancer, which has a potential value in the early diagnosis and biological therapy of breast cancer and provides a new hope for the treatment of breast cancer.
