Objective To investigate the curative effect of acute posterior ganglionitis with the glycuresis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of the observation group and control group patients,compared the curative effect of the two groups and the different blood sugar concentration of the observation group. Results After one course of treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were all higher than the observation group. The total effective rate of the patients with good blood sugar controlling was higher than the patients with bad blood sugar controlling. Conclusion Glycuresis affected the curative effect of acute posterior ganglionitis treating seriously, and had concern with the blood sugar controlling, for the patients of acute posterior ganglionitis with the glycuresis , the blood sugar should be controlled positively in order to improve the curative effect.

Transition care is the important conditioin,which helps children of chronic diseases enter from paediatrc care to adult care.At present,transtion care has become a hot topic overseas,but it hasn't been thought seriously in China.Now this paper reviews the causes,essential aspects and current situation of transition care,as well as its assignments to patients,parents,doctors and hospitals respectively.

BACKGROUND:Demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering biological scaffold material is more researched currently, which has osteoinductive and osteoconductive.
OBTECTIVE:To summarize the development of demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material and to prospect its trend.
METHODS:The relative literatures addressing demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material published between January 1965 and May 2013 in PubMed database, Chinese Biomedical Database, Wanfang Database and FMJS database were searched by the first author. The key words were“demineralized bone matrix, scaffold material, growth factor, cells, drugs”in English and Chinese. According to the inclusion criteria, repetitive researches were excluded, and final y 34 articles were included.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Scaffold material is the key composition of tissue engineered bone, and only demineralized bone matrix has both osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties which cannot only provide space for bone repair, but also can be combined with bioactive factors, living cells, antibiotics in vitro to construct bone graft thereby promoting healing of bone defects. However, this technique is also facing some problems to be solved such as the ratio of demineralized bone matrix and various substances, disinfection, preservation of osteogenetic activity and antigenicity elimination. Sufficiently understanding demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold can provide a theoretical basis for its clinical service.

Objective To investigate the viral pathogens of children with community acquired pneumonia(CAP) in dalian city during the last year in hospital,and provide evidences to clinical empirical therapy.Methods Some patients of department of respiratory.in Dalian children's hospital were devided into four groups from May 2007 to 2008.Serum virus antibodies were detected after 1 week of natural course of disease.Results In 280 cases who were detected for viral IgM antibodies,the positive rate was 28.2%.It was mainly consist with respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,and parainfluenza virus.The ratio of virus infection in school age group(54.0%) was higher than that in other groups.The second is in toddler age.Conclusion Virus are significant pathogens in CAP of children.The most common viral agent is respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),and the next one is adenovirus(ADV).The ratio of virus infection in school age group is the highest.We should give anti-virus and propotional supportive treatment to these children promptly.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in Yongzhou from 1993 to 2014,and provide evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategy.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on HIV/AIDS epidemic situation in Yongzhou from 1993 to 2014.Results A total of 2 917 HIV/AIDS cases were reported,the reported cases increased year by year;the ratio of male to female cases was 2.30∶1 ;52.04% were aged 20-49 years old,46.76% were aged ≥50 years old,the percentage of population ≥50 years old increased obviously in recent years;the major transmission route was sexual contact (88.48% ),gay transmission accounted for 2.64%.Conclusion The knowledge about AIDS in Yongzhou should be strengthened, intervention in high risk population should be implemented,scope of detection should be expanded,so as to prevent the transmission of AIDS effectively.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the identification of Chongqing local medicinal material Heracleum hemsley-anum. METHODS:The original plant morphology,morphological characteristics,microscopic characteristics (transverse section and powder),were identified. RESULTS:H. hemsleyanum had cone shape root,brown,many-branched with special fragrance;the microscopic characteristics of taproot a transverse showed no differences with lateral root transverse section,primary xylem was di-arch,secondary phloem was more developed than secondary xylem,secondary phloem was rich in the oil chamber. Vascular tissues contained a large number of parenchyma cells. In TLC chromatrogram,the test sample showed the same color fluorescent spots with-the substance reference of osthole and columbianadin in the corresponding locations. CONCLUSIONS:The established method is simple with high accuracy,and can be used as the basis for identification of H. hemsleyanum.
