Objective To study the characteristics of pointing movement time for targets with different position in front of human body,to detect the effects of targets location on pointing movement time. Methods A pointing movement experiment of human arm was designed and carried out.By the statistic analysis of the experimental data, the relationship between pointing movement time and target position was discussed. Results It was shown that the starting point position and target position extremely affected the pointing movement time. Conclusion When a right-handed person touches the different targets, both the direction to target and the starting point position(target-circle location) would affect the pointing movement time extremely. When the position of the starting point changed by horizontal or vertical, the pointing movement time is more changeful by horizontal than that by vertical. To compare the pointing movement time for each target on a target-circle,the pointing movement time for right-upper target is the shortest. When the starting point is located on the right side of human body, all pointing movement time of that target-circle is the shortest.

Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(01):-
Objective To study pointing movement characteristics and ergonomics when human upper limb touches different targets on the front board. Methods An experiment was designed, in which the data of motion duration, peak velocity, trajectory length and peak power at shoulder and elbow joint were collected. Results By analysis of the experimental results, the pointing movement characteristics among the different regions on the front board were disclosed preliminarily. Conclusion When a right-handed person touches a target on the front board, the pointing movement ergonomics on left-upper region is the best, while that on right-lower region is the worst.

Objective: Observing the effect of injecting 5- Fu into the mass of breast hyper-plasia. Methods: We randomly divide the 80 mastopathy patients into two groups ,40 patients ac-cepted the 5- Fu local injection (experiment group),and 40 patients taken orally rubixiaopian and ta-moxifen(control group). The clinical effects of the breast pain and breast lump were observed. Re-sults: The total effect of 5- Fu local injection into the lump of the mastopathy patients was 92.5 % , while control group was 75.0% , its difference was significant(P0.05)in the treatment of mastopathy lump. Conclusion: 5- Fu local injection had obvious effects to breast pain and breast lump of mastopathy.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate rules and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by monoclonal antibodies, and provide reference for rational drug use. METHODS:The literatures of ADR induced by monoclonal antibodies from Jan. 1979 to Dec. 2014 were retrieved and analyzed. RESULTS:Among the 132 ADRs induced by monoclonal antibodies,57 were male(43.18%),75 were female(56.82%),the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.3,the youngest was 2 years old,and oldest was 111 years old;Adalimumab dominated monoclonal antibody drugs(70 cases,53.03%);there were a maximum of ADR(44) within 1 d,accounting for 33.33%;ADR induced by monoclonal antibodies mainly were skin lesions (20.72%),systemic reac-tions(18.42%)and cardiovascular system damage(16.78%),with the specific performance of rash,itching,chills,fever,palpi-tation,rapid heartbeat and so on. CONCLUSIONS:ADR induced by monoclonal antibodies is more common in the clinic. The clin-ic should timely promote and strengthen the patients' care to ensure safe drug use and improve level of clinical treatment.

Objective To study the clinical, pathological and genetic features of myofibrillar myopathy caused by BAG3 gene mutation. Methods The clinical features and pathological findings of a patient with myofibrillar myopathy were analyzed.Genomic DNA of the patient was extracted from peripheral blood and the next generation sequencing was performed to explore the mutation of genes about myopathies. Results The patient presented with nine-year-old onset myopathy characterized by progressive difficulty for squatting, rigid spine and muscle atrophy in the limbs symmetrically.Peripheral neurogenic damages were found on electromyography. On muscle biopsy, myogenic and neurogenic damages with rimmed vacuoles appeared, and the deposited materials were positive for sarcoglycan,dystrophin-R and dystrophin-C.There was a reported heterozygous mutation in the exons of the BAG3 gene (c.626C > T).Conclusion There is no specificity of clinical manifestation in myofibrillar myopathy, and the diagnosis of this disease mainly depends on muscle biopsy and genetic screening.

Objective To observe the effects of Weipixiao on the ultrastructure of gastric mucosa capillaries in rats with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer ( PLGC). Methods The rats were randomized into six groups, including normal group, model group, Vatacoenayme Tablets group ( 0.2 g·kg-1·d-1) , and high-, middle-, and low- dose Weipixiao groups ( 15, 7.5, and 3.75 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively) . The rats received spontaneous intake of N-methyl-N’-nitro-nitrosoguanidine ( MNNG, 200 μg/mL) solution combined with irregular diet and intragastric administration of purgative herbs Xiao Chengqi Decoction ( 2 mL, containing 1 g/mL crude drug) for 18 weeks to induce spleen-deficiency PLGC. The pathological changes in gastric mucosa and the ultrastructure of gastric mucosa capillaries were observed under the transmission electron microscope. Results The model has been established successfully. Transmission electron microscopy results in the model group showed as severely swollen endothelial cells of gastric mucosa capillaries, severely-narrowing or even blocked vascular lumens, rough and discontinuous basement membrane, and swollen, degenerated or even absent pericytes. And the ultrastructure of gastric mucosa capillaries in high-, middle-, and low- dose Weipixiao groups were improved to some degrees, the effect of low-dose Weipixiao group being the best. Conclusion The improvement of the mucosal microcirculation of spleen-deficiency PLGC rats may be one of the pathohistological mechanisms of Weipixiao for spleen-deficiency PLGC.

At present, implant surgery robots have basically achieved "surgical intelligence", but "brain-inspired intelligence" of robots is still in the stage of theory and exploration. The formulation of a clinical implantation plan depends on the timing of implantation, implantation area, bone condition, surgical procedure, patient factors, etc., which need to evaluate the corresponding clinical decision indicators and clinical pathways. Inspired by evidence-based medicine and the potential of big data and deep learning, combined with the data characteristics of clinical decision indicators and clinical pathways that can be quantitatively or qualitatively analyzed, this review simulates the cognitive behavior and neural mechanisms of the human brain and proposes a feasible brain-inspired intelligence scheme by predicting the decision indices and executing clinical pathways intelligently, that is, "select clinical indicators and clarify clinical pathways -- construct database -- use deep learning to intelligently predict decision indicators -- intelligent execution of clinical pathways -- brain-inspired intelligence of implant decision-making". Combined with the previous research results of our team, this review also describes the process of realization of brain-inspired intelligence for immediate implant timing decisions, providing an example of the comprehensive realization of brain-inspired intelligence of implant surgery robots in the future. In the future, how to excavate and summarize other clinical decision factors and select the best way to realize the automatic prediction of evidence-based clinical indicators and pathways and finally realize the complete intellectualization of clinical diagnosis and treatment processes will be one of the directions that dental clinicians need to strive for.
