Purpose:To compare the therapeutic effect and significance of different drugs poured in intravesical instillation for superficial biadder tumor after transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods:117 patients of superficial bladder cancer after transurethral vesection were divided into four groups. Ballistocardiogram group(n=26);Mitomycin C group (n=27);adriamycin group (n=27);hydroxycamptothecin group(n=37).Results:The tumor recurrent rate in Ballistocardiogram group, mitomycin groups, adriamycin group, hydroxycamptothecin group were 30.77%,40.74% 33.33%,24.32% respectively. The tumor recurrent rate differed significantly between the hydroxycamptothecin group and the mitomycin and Adriamycin groups.Conclusions:Intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin for patients with superficial bladder tumor after transurethral resection of bladder tumour could decrease tumor recurrent rate, prolong the tumor-free survival period.

Methods:The plasma recal-cification time affected by the water decoction extract, ultrasonic extract and organic solvent extract from T. asiatica were determined to observe the effects of different extracts from T. asiatica on plasma recalcification time of rabbits. Objective To explore the role of EphB4 in proliferation of glioma cells. Methods The mRNA and protein expressions of EphB4 were detected using RT-PCR, immunochemistry, and Western-blot, respectively. EphB4 siRNA was synthesized and transfected into U251 cells using Lipofectamine 2000. Glioma cell proliferation, apoptosis, and invasion were determined by MTT assay, TUNEL and transwell experiment, respectively. Results The expression (P<0.05) and proliferation of EphB4 were obviously decreased in U251 transfected with EphB4 siRNA and the proliferation was further decreased with the increased concetrations of siRNA. Compared with U251 group and siRNASCR group, EphB4 siRNA at different concentrations (25, 50 or 100 nmol/L) significantly reduced the invasion ability of cells and increased the number of apoptotic cells (P<0.05). Conclusions EphB4 plays an important role in the regulation of glioma cell proliferation, apoptosis and invasion.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy in treating in-stent restenosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods From May 2015 to Sep 2016, the clinical data of 9 cases of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who were with in-stent restenosis(3 were stent graft)were retrospectively collected, and of which 7 were males and 2 were females with a mean age of (75.4 ± 6.3)years old. All the cases were treated by mechanical thrombectomy of Rotarex catheter. All the patients were diagnosed via low-extremity artery CTA, and treated by means of the Rotarex catheter, combined with angioplasty and stent if necessary. All patients received antiplatelet therapy. Doppler ultrasonography was taken during the followed-up. Results All the 9 cases were successed in technology, without complications in hospital. All patients received Rotarex mechanical thrombectomy. Six of which used balloon and 1 stent implanted. The ABI increased from 0.29 ± 0.07 to 0.88 ± 0.07 after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(t=28.875,P<0.05). All the patients were followed up for 3—18 (median time, 11.5)months. No death and symptoms recurrence appeared during the follow-up. Conclusions Mechanical thrombectomy using Rotarex catheter is a safe and effective treatment for in-stent restenosis in lower extremity arterial diseases.

Objective:To explore the efficiency of a new scoring system of gastric cancer screening for early gastric cancer in health examination population.Methods:The risk score of gastric cancer was assessed based on the new scoring system in health examination population. A notice for further gastroscopy was sent to the medium-risk and high-risk people. Gastroscopy was performed on those who agreed to undergo the examination.Results:From January to April 2019, a total of 5 357 people in health system visited the Physical Examination Center of Shanghai Songjiang Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University for health examination. Seven hundred and forty people were classified as medium- and high-risk groups by the new screening system, 576 in medium-risk group, and 164 in high-risk group. Among them, 131 cases (17.70%) came for further gastroscopy, of whom 91 (69.47%) were in the medium-risk group and 40 (30.53%) in the high-risk group. After gastroscopy, 4 cases of gastric cancer and 1 case of esophageal cancer were detected, and both were early cancer. In the medium-risk group, 2 cases (2/91, 2.20%) of early gastric cancer and 1 case (1/91, 1.10%) of early esophageal cancer were found. In the high-risk group, 2 cases (2/40, 5.00%)of early gastric cancer were found. The tumor detection rate of high-risk group (5.00%) was higher than that of medium-risk group (3.30%), but there was no significant difference ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Risk stratification with the new scoring system of gastric cancer screening can improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of early rehabilitation on motor function, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-1（IL-1） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods160 patients with ACI were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n=80) and control group (n=80), who accepted early rehabilitation and routine medicine or medicine only, respectively. They were assessed with modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian Stroke Scale (MESSS) and their peripheral level of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 were detected before and 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks after treatment. Results4 and 8 weeks after treatment, the level of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 were lower in rehabilitation group than in control group（P＜0.05）, as well as the scores of the MESSS （P＜0.01）. The incidence of improvement is more in rehabilitation group than in control group（P＜0.05）. ConclusionEarly rehabilitation can reduce the expression of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-6, and improve the neurological function in patients with ACI.

Objective This study aims to explore the characteristics of gender and age in six different suicide methods in urban area of China. Methods We collected 548 suicides from Shanghai, Jinhua, Wuhan, Loudi and Duyun, and then analyzed the age and gender characteristics in each suicide method. Results In the age characteristics, the mean age for jumping and hanging was oldest (about 55 years old), followed by drowning and hanging (about 49 years old), oral intake poisoning was much younger (about 49 years old), while carbon monoxide poisoning was youngest (about 37 years old). In the gender differences, male were more than females in suicides by sharp object (52:24), hanging (67:33) and jumping (55:45), while females were more than males in suicides by drowning (58:42). Conclusion The age and gender difference was eminent in different suicide methods. Carbon monoxide poisoning was the youngest age group in suicides and males involved more than females in suicides by mechanical methods.
