Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation therapy after revision of the totally replaced hip. Methods Forty one patients with various revision operations on the totally replaced hip were administered with rehabilitation exercises protocols different from those with the first time total hip replacement(THR), and evaluated with Harris hip function score before and after treatment. Results According to the rehabilitation therapy and exercise program that we planned meticulously, the hip function recovered well, and the total Harris hip function score of pain, function, ROM and deformity improved significantly from (39.71?6.68) to (76.37?11.23)( P

Objective To study the factors effecting on flow cytometric sperm chromatin structure assay. Methods The SCSA explores the metachromatic properties of acridine orange (AO) and flow cytometry to monitor the susceptibility of sperm chromatin DNA to acid induced denaturation in situ because of the low pH treatment. Results COMP?t, ?t, SD?t value were different upon on the storage methods (①sperm was preserved in 4℃, ②sperm was cryopreservated after dilution ③sperm was cryopreservated). Results show that the second method above made the least artificial injury to sperm DNA. It did not affect the results if the samples were quickly thawed in a 37℃ water bath and detected immediately and the detect current velocity was lower than 300 cell/sec. The intra -CV was 7 28% and the internal CV was 8 92%. Mean and standard deviations of COMP?t were 8 7?11 0% in 511 healthy men. Because data present right skew distribution, the reference range of COMP?t is

Objective To investigate the change and effect of SSeCKS(src suppressed c kinase substrates)in the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs).Methods HSCs were isolated from normal rats, the change of SSeCKS mRNA expression on HSCs culture in vitro was determined using real.time PCR.protein level was determined by Western blot and immunofluorescence methods.A rat model of liver fibrosis was established. The expression and location of SSeCKS and α-SMA(α-smooth muscle actin)in liver tissues were detected by immunofluorescence methods. Results SSeCKS mRNA expression WaS loW in freshly isolated HSCs cell and the expression increased in activated HSCs in vitro. In liver fibrosis tissue, the number of SSeCKS-positive cells was increased and these cells were distributed along the sinusoids which also contained α-SMA positive cells. Conclusion The expression of SSeCKS was increased in activated HSCs in vitro.Therefore.SSeCKS may be involved in the liver inflammation and fibrosis.

Objective To investigate the relationship between CD4+CD25+ regulatory T(T-Reg)ceils and the higher prevalence of tumor in elderly people. Methods The frequencies of T-Reg in peripheral blood from 64 health adults.52 healthy elderly people and 64 elderly cancer patients were determined by multi-color detection and multi-parameter flow cytometry.and the relationships among the 3 groups were analyzed and the correlation among CD4+CD25high,CD4+CD25+FoxP3+and CD4+CD25+CD127low were studied. Results Be gated on CD4+ lymphocytes, the reference ranges of CD4+CD25high T cells in the groups of health adults.healthy elderly people and elderly cancer patients were(1.390±0.412)%,(1.729±0.247)%and(2.150±O.769)%respectively,while CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ T cells were(1.1 80±0.343)%,(2.477±0.400)%and (4.980±2.177)%respectively,and CD4+CD25+CD127low T cells were(5.213±0.942)%,(6.186±1.196)%and(7.194±1.538)%respectively.There was the same change rule in CD4+CD25high,CD4+CD25+FoxP3+and CD4+CD25+CD127low T cells of the 3 groups.elderly cancer patients was at the highest.then was healthy elderly people, and the last was health adults. The 3 markers were positively correlated among 3 groups(all P<0.05).There were gender difference in 3 groups of CD4+CD25high,CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ and CD4+CD25+CD127low T cells. Conclusions The percentages of CD4+CD25high are increased with age and its excessive accumulation is possibly correlated with immunosenescence and the tumor development.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(23):1796-1800
Objective:This study aims to investigate Mental health nurses′ perceptions of patient safety culture in different levels of hospitals, so as to provide the basis for understanding the perceptions of patients' safety culture among psychiatric nurses in different levels of hospitals. Methods:The self-designed general data questionnaire and the Hospital Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire were used to collect and analyze the data of 2 624 psychiatric nurses from level 3, level 2 and Level 1 hospitals in the seven administrative regions of China. Results:The scores of nurses in primary and secondary hospitals were 132.74±1.35 and 151.99±1.74, lower than 154.76±1.85 in tertiary hospitals ( χ2 value was 19.228, P < 0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the non-punitive response to error, feedback and communications about error, communication openness, hospital management support for patient safety, and frequency of events reported, overall perception of patient safety among psychiatric nurses at different levels of hospitals ( χ2 value was 7.997-37.681, P<0.05). Conclusions:The mental health nurses′ perceptions of patient safety culture in different levels of hospitals need to be improved, and hospital managers at all levels should focus on the non-punitive response to errors and personnel allocation. In addition, managers of primary and secondary hospitals also need to strengthen the training of nurses in such dimensions as feedback and communication of errors, openness of communication, management support for patient safety, frequency of adverse event reports, and overall sense of patient safety.

Objective:To understand the cognition and attitude of nursing managers to horizontal violence among nurses. Methods:From October to December 2018, semi-structured interviews were conducted with nursing managers in a Class ⅢGrade A hospital in Shanghai by using the purposive sampling method. Results:Five themes were extracted, namely, the low level of understanding of nurse managers on horizontal violence among nurses, effects of horizontal violence among nurses on psychology and work of nurses, the lack of enthusiasm of nursing managers in dealing with horizontal violence among nurses, nursing managers thoughthorizontalviolence was influenced by many factors and nursing managers thought that there was a lack of support for nurses suffering from horizontal violence. Conclusions:Nursing managers should enrich relevant knowledge, timely find and deal with horizontal violence in time and provide psychological support to victim nurses. Medical institutions should also formulate relevant rules and regulations to provide a basis for nursing managers when dealing with horizontal violence.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(7):895-899
Objective:To explore the current situation of stigma and posttraumatic growth in female infertility patients, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods:From January to May 2019, this study selected 110 female infertility patients of reproductive medicine center in a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital of Zhejiang Province as subjects by convenience sampling. Those infertility patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire, Infertility Stigma Scale (ISS) and the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory-Chinese version (PTGI-C) . A total of 110 questionnaire were sent out and 104 valid of them were collected. Results:Among 104 female infertility patients, the score of ISS was (67.14±14.33) with the intermediate level; the score of PTGI-C was (63.92±11.76) also with the intermediate level. There were statistical differences in the scores of post-traumatic growth among female infertility patients with different education levels, characteristics and whether being the only child ( P<0.05) . The scores of ISS of female infertility patients had statistically negative correlations with the total score and dimension scores of PTGI-C ( P<0.01) . Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of posttraumatic growth in female infertility patients were the education levels, years of infertility, total score of stigma and scores of emotion and behavior with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Stigma of female infertility patients is negatively correlated with the posttraumatic growth, which points that nurses could positively reduce the stigma of those patients so as to improve their posttraumatic growth.
