Electric and electronic products are required to pass through the certification on electrical safety performance before entering into the market in order to reduce electrical shock and electrical fire so as to protect the safety of people and property. The leakage current is the most important factor in testing the electrical safety performance and the test theory is based on the perception current effect and threshold. The traditional method testing the current threshold for perception only depends on the sensing of the human body and is affected by psychological factors. Some authors filter the effect of subjective sensation by using physiological and psychological statistical algorithm in recent years and the reliability and consistency of the experiment data are improved. We established an experiment system of testing the human hody's current threshold for perception based on EEG feature analysis, and obtained 967 groups of data. We used wavelet packet analysis to detect a wave from EEG, and used FFT to do spectral analysis on alpha wave before and after the current flew through the human body. The study has shown that about 97.72% alpha wave energy changes significantly when electrical stimulation occurs. It is well proved that when the EEG feature identification is applied to test the human body current threshold for perception, and meanwhile alpha wave energy change and human body sensing are used together to confirm if the current flowing through the human body reaches the perception threshold, the measurement of the human body current threshold for perception could be carried out objectively and accurately.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with XELOX program chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative local recurrence of rectal cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty-nine patients with postoperative local recurrence of rectal cancer were divided by random digits table method into treatment group (65 cases) and control group (64 cases). The patients in treatment group were treated with three-dimensional confonmal radiotherapy combined with XELOX program chemotherapy. The patients in control group were treated with XELOX program chemotherapy. The short-term effect, symptom control rate,long-term efficacy and adverse reaction were observed. Results The efficiency rate in treatment group [ 90.8% (59/65) ] was significantly higher than that in control group [ 73.4%(47/64) ] (P < 0.05 ).The improvement rates of pain, hematochezia and incomplete obstruction between treatment group and control group had significantly statistical differences [95.2%(40/42) vs.75.0%(27/36),92.9%(26/28) vs.79.5%(31/39),94.7%(18/19) vs.75.0%(9/12)](P <0.05).The 1,2,3-year survival rates between treatment group and control group had significantly statistical differences [ 67.7% ( 42/62 ) vs.43.5 % ( 27/62 ),53.2% ( 33/62 ) vs.30.6% ( 19/62 ),38.7% ( 24/62 )vs.14.5% (9/62)] (P < 0.01 ).The adverse reaction in two groups were mainly bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions,hand-fcot syndrome and radiation cystitis. The incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was slightly higher than that in control group, but there was no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with XELOX program chemotherapy in patients with postoperative local recurrence of rectal cancer can improve the short-term effect, symptom control rate and long-term survival rate.

To develop a standard defibrillation energy source which can output monophasic and biphasic de-fibrillation impulses and can display standard energy values. The storage capacitor was charged by single-end flyback transformator and discharged through the H bridge composed of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT). Impulse voltage and current were collected by divider while discharging, and the energy value was calculated by STM32. The en-ergy value and waveform were displayed through the control module. The energy source could output both monophsic and biphasic waveforms, and the accuracy of displayed value was higher than ±2% or ±1 J. The standard defibrillation energy source can be used as standard device for defibrillator analyzer, and the metrological trace-ability system of defibrillation energy may come to be completed.

Hemodialysis monitoring and information management software was used to establish an intelligent electronic system to manage hemodialysis patients' information, with hardware and software moderations. The electronic information management system for hemodialysis functioned steadily since 2008.This system changed not only the existing medical process of the center, but also contributed to safer treatments, more accurate operations of doctor’ s instructions, and better medical information records as well The results indicate that the electronic information management system in hemodialysis centers not only irnproves work efficiency and management quality significantly, but also effectively ensures the safety and caliber of hemodialysis treatment with less manpower costs.

During coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic, the treatment of severe trauma has been impacted. The Consensus on emergency surgery and infection prevention and control for severe trauma patients with 2019 novel corona virus pneumonia was published online on February 12, 2020, providing a strong guidance for the emergency treatment of severe trauma and the self-protection of medical staffs in the early stage of the epidemic. With the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council renaming "novel coronavirus pneumonia" to "novel coronavirus infection" and the infection being managed with measures against class B infectious diseases since January 8, 2023, the consensus published in 2020 is no longer applicable to the emergency treatment of severe trauma in the new stage of epidemic prevention and control. In this context, led by the Chinese Traumatology Association, Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association, Trauma Medicine Branch of Chinese International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care, and Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology, the Chinese expert consensus on emergency surgery for severe trauma and infection prevention during coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic ( version 2023) is formulated to ensure the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of severe trauma in the new stage. Based on the policy of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and by using evidence-based medical evidence as well as Delphi expert consultation and voting, 16 recommendations are put forward from the four aspects of the related definitions, infection prevention, preoperative assessment and preparation, emergency operation and postoperative management, hoping to provide a reference for severe trauma care in the new stage of the epidemic prevention and control.
