OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet plus mosapride citrate dispersible tablet for abdominal distention in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).METHODS:A total of 80 patients with the chief complaint of abdominal distention were randomized to treatment group(Group A,n=40) to be treated with mosapride citrate dispersed tablets plus compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet,or control group in which the patients were treated bu mosapride citrate dispersed tablets(Group B,n=20) or compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets(Group C,n=20).Comp-ound azintamide enteric-coated tablets were administered orally tid(2 tablets) immediately after meal while the mosapride citrate dispersed tablets(5mg) were administered orally tid 30min before meal for 2 weeks. The main outcome measures were changes of symptom scores of abdominal distension, the total effective rates in improvement of abdominal distension, and drug side effects before and after treatment.RESULTS:After 1-week and 2-week treatment, the average index scores of abdominal distention in the treatment group(Group A) were significantly lower than in the control groups(Group B and Group C) (P

Objective To investigate the relationship between gastrin expression and the development of coloreetal neoplasm and cell proliferation. Methods 15 samples of normal coloreetal mucosal tissue,21 samples of coloreetal adenomas and 70 samples of colorectal cancer were selected for evaluation of the expression of gastrin and Ki67 with immunohistochemieal method. Results In normal colorectal mucosal tissues.colorectal adenomas and coloreetal cancer, the positive rates of gastrin expression were 0.28.6%and 25.7%,respectively-which were signff-ieantly hisher in coloreetal cancer and adenomas groups than in the normal colorectal mucosal tissues(P<0.05).But there was no significance between colorectal cancer and adenomas(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Ki67 with the obove samples were 40.0%,76.2%and 82.8%-respectively,with statistical results identical with results of gastrin(P<0.05).There was significant correlation between gastrin and Ki67[P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrin and Ki67 are highly expressed in eolorectal neoplasm.Gastrin miight play an important role in the carcinogen-esis and development of colorectal neoplasm, and might promote tumor cell proliferation.

Practice abilityoriented professional quality training is an important part of thethree orientation talent training mode in Qiqihar Medical School, and it is the key link of the reform and inno-vation of talent training mode. This article mainly expounds the connotation of training mode in the three orientation under the guidance of medical personnel and medical research ability, and the training objec-tives cover innovative thinking ability and scientific research ability, including five aspects of training strat-egy such as reforming the teaching mode of the traditional theory course, setting up scientific research related courses, carrying out academic lecture, reforming the teaching mode of experiment course and con-structing the scientific research team of teachers and students by the scientific research project as well as seven aspects of the evaluation system, such as the literature review, the title of the report, academic report and research application writing, scientific research (comprehensive) experiment report, thesis writing and comprehensive performance, and deeply analyzes the close relationship between the practice ability and the medical research ability of medical students.

OBJECTIVETo investigate in vivo distribution and pharmacokinetics of ginsenoside Rb1 (Rb1), ginsenoside Rg1 (Rg1 ) and sanchinoside R1 (R1) after intratympanic administration (IT) or intravenous administration (IV) of Panax notoginseng saponions (PNS) solution, and provide a novel route for delivering traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to the brain.
METHODThe guinea pigs were employed as experimental animal. Perilymph (PL), cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), brain tissue and plasma were collected periodically after IT and IV of PNS solution. The concentrations of Rb1, Rg1 and R1 were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and statistic program DAS was applied to the calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters. The self-defined weighting coefficients based on area under curve (AUC) of each component were created to obtain the holistic pharmacokinetic profiles of PNS. The integrated pharmacokinetic parameters were then calculated from non-compartmental model analysis.
RESULTRb1, Rg1 and R1 diffused through the round window membrane into PL of the inner ear, and then transported to the brain after IT of PNS solution. However, the pharmacokinetic parameters showed significant differences between the three components. Based on the self-defined AUC weighting coefficients integration approach, the holistic pharmacokinetic profiles of PNS were obtained, from which the integrated pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated. The C(max) in CSF and brain tissues following IT were respectively 1.5 and 0.4-fold higher than those following IV. After IT, the AUC in CSF and brain tissues increased by 0.5 and 1.2 times compared with IV. Furthermore, the C(max) and AUC in plasma following IT were respectively 45.9% and 33.1% lower than those following IV.
CONCLUSIONThis novel intra-cochlear administration might serve as a potential and promising alternative to TCM delivery with enhanced brain-targeted efficiency.

Objective To investigate the effect from circumferential distribution angle of forwards wedge vortex generators on aerodynamic drag reduction during flow around a cylinder, so as to provide theoretical evidences for low drag sprint garment design. Methods Forwards wedge vortex generators were reconstructed based on the NIKE’s AeroBalde. Given that the individual parts of an athlete body can be treated as multiple cylinders with varied dimensions and positions, 48 forwards wedge vortex generators were distributed as four columns on windward side of the cylinder, which were symmetrical with the YOZ plane. When the air flowed through the cylinder at the speed of 32 km/h, large eddy simulation was carried out on the computational domains which were properly meshed with polyhedral mesh to investigate the drag force, flow filed and pressure distributions. Results It was effective for drag reduction of the cylinder induced by airflow when two columns of forwards wedge vortex generators were circumferential distributed in the range of 55°-75°and the circumferential internal angle between two columns was in the range of 10° or 15°. The pressure distribution on leeward side of the cylinder was apparently changed after surface modification, which minimized the pressure drag dominant in aerodynamic drag. The drag reduction mechanism was that micro-vortices were generated downstream after flow through the forwards wedge vortex generators, which resulted in an early transition to critical flow with low drag force. Conclusions Effective aerodynamic drag reduction is achieved if forwards wedge vortex generators are properly distributed. The research findings can provide guidance for wind tunnel test and low drag sprint garment design.
