Objective To evaluate the effect of a nurse-lead rehabilitation training on quality of life and psychotic symptoms of schizophrenia inpatients. Methods Totally 190 schizophrenia inpatients were divided into the intervention group (96 cases) and the control group (94 cases). In addition to rehabilitation activities which can be chosen freely, the schizophrenia in the intervention group received rehabilitation training including medication training, life skills training, social skill training and physical training, while the schizophrenia in the control group could only chose rehabilitation activities freely. The quality of life and the psychotic symptoms of the schizophrenia while enrolled and discharged were evaluated. Results No significant difference was found in the score of Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale (SQLS) and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) between the two groups(P>0.05)while enrolled. The scores of SQLS, psychosocial and motivation/energy in the control group were 30.22 ± 17.21, 30.22 ± 17.21 and 18.28± 9.33, while 21.41±14.63,19.76± 18.85 and 15.95± 8.80 in the intervention group one month after intervention, the difference was significant (t=-2.14,-2.19,-1.99,P<0.05). The scores of BPRS and hostile suspiciousness in the control group were 26.39 ± 6.37 and 4.11 ± 1.87 , while 23.67 ± 6.37 and 3.44± 1.26 in the intervention group one month after intervention, the difference was significant (t=-2.33,-2.54, P<0.05). Conclusions The nurse-lead rehabilitation training can improve the quality of life and psychotic symptoms of schizophrenia inpatients.

Objective To analyze the correlation of serum estradiol (E2),testosterone (T),estradiol/testosterone (E2 /T) ratio and BMD(Bone mineral density), bone turnover markers in postmenopausal women, and then to provide a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis. It might point to a new diagnostic indicator for postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP).MethodsFrom October 2014 to September 2016, 283 cases of postmenopausal women were recruited from the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.Bone mineral density was measured by dual energy X-ray absorption apparatus, and the recruiters were classified into three group: normal controls (95 cases), osteopenia (94 cases) and osteoporosis group (94 cases).Serum calium (Ca),alkaline phosphatase (ALP),and propetide of type-Ⅰ procollagen (PINP) and β C-terminal cross-linked telopeptide of type I collagen (β-CTX) were detected by Roche cobas 6000 analyzer.Serum E2 and T were measured by Siemens Advia Centaur XP analyzer. All statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS 15.0 software. Results Compared with the normal controls, Serum E2[(22.65±5.35)pg/ml vs (18.64±6.18 )pg/ml,(17.04±6.73) pg/ml,P<0.01]and E2/T ratio (9.03±3.21 vs 7.44±1.78,6.67±1.50,P=0.01) were significantly decreased in the group of osteopenia and osteoporosis. But the bone turnover marker PINP was significantly increased[(38.92±19.23) ng/ml vs (43.94±15.52) ng/ml,(46.28±19.21) ng/ml,P=0.04].Correlation analysis results showed that serum E2 and E2/T ratio was negatively correlated with PINP (r=-0.273,P<0.05;r=-0.284,P<0.05),but positively associated with total hip BMD(r2=0.053,P=0.001;r2=-0.136,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed serum E2 and E2/T ratio could explain 17.6% and 28.9% of the total hip BMD variance after adjustment for age, BMI and years after menopause. The area under curve (AUC) of combined E2 and E2/T as a indicator for the diagnosis of PMOP was 0.824 (95% CI:0.765-0.884,P<0.01), which was significantly better than that of E2 or E2/T (P<0.01) only. Conclusions Serum E2 and E2/T ratio was negatively correlated with PINP, but positively associated with total hip BMD.The decrease of serum E2 and E2/T ratio showed a strong association with PMOP.The combined detection of E2 and E2/T is expected to be a valuable indicator for the prediction of PMOP and to monitor the process of osteoporosis.

Objective To investigate the different effect of positive and negative emotion induced by film clips on explicit and implicit memory, and whether there is mood congruency effect. Methods Thirty participants who were randomly assigned to three experimental groups were investigated. They were exposed in different film clips and then worked on memory task. After each emotional condition, the 5-point Self Assessment Scale was registered , Buchner's processing dissociation corrected model was employed to separate explicit and implicit memory. Results (1) The emotion arousal level of different films is significantly different, the scores of negative film and positive film were more than that of neutral film( (3.24 ± 1.02),(2.85 ± 1.35),(1.12 ± 1.42) , P<0.01) ; the scores of emotional valence of positive, negative and neutral priming condition were (4. 10 ±0. 20), (3. 60 ± 0.22) and (3.20 ±0. 97), and there was a significant difference between emotion priming conditions (F(2,27) = 46.81, P< 0. 01). (2) There was a significant difference among different emotion priming conditions in R (F(2,87) = 30.129, P<0.05) .and there was no significant difference among different emotion priming conditions in A. (3) In R,there was a main effect in emotional words(F(2,81) = 10.516, P<0.05) ,the R scores of neutral words were significantly higher than those of negative words(P<0.01) ,there was a main effect in emotion priming conditions(F (2,81) =10.516, P<0.05) ,the R scores of positive emotion priming group and neutral emotion priming group were significantly higher than those of negative emotion priming group (P<0.05). There was an interaction of emotional words and emotion priming conditions(F(4,81) = 10.640, P < 0.01). Under positive emotion priming condition, the R scores of positive and neutral words were significantly higher than those of negative words (P<0.05);under negative emotion priming condition, the R scores of negative words were significantly higher than those of positive words (P <0.05); under neutral emotion priming condition, the R scores of positive and neutral words were significantly higher than those of negative words (P<0.05). (4) In A, the main effect of emotion priming conditions and emotional words and interaction effect between them were not significant(P>0.05). Conclusions Explicit memory showed mood congruency memory effect, but implicit memory, neither the positive emotion priming group nor the negative emotion priming group exhibited mood congruency memory effect.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):599-604
1H NMR-based metabolomic approach combined with multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the quality of 21 Farfarae Flos (FF) samples from different growth regions. Principal component analysis showed that wild and cultivated FF could be separated clearly, suggesting a big chemical difference existed between them. Supervised PLS-DA analysis indicated that the wild samples showed higher levels of secondary metabolites, such as bauer-7-ene-3β, 16α-diol, chlorogenic acid, rutin, 7-(3'-ethylcrotonoyloxy)-1α-(2'-methyl-butyryloxy)-3, 14-dehydro-Z-notonipetranone (EMDNT), tussilagone, β-sitosterol and sitosterone. This is consistent with traditional experience that the quality of wild samples are better than that of cultivated ones. The content of pyrrolizidine alkaloids senkirkine also differed greatly among samples from different habitats. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that senkirkine is positively correlated with 4, 5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,4-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, rutin, kampferol analogues, to a statistically significant extent. The correlation between the toxic compounds and the bioactive components in FF should be further studied.
