2.Exploration in teaching stuff construction of bilingual teaching in internal medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(8):951-953
Bilingual teaching is an important method to train international medical students. While the current bottleneck problem is the shortage of teachers during the exploration and practice in bilingual teaching. Proceeding from requirements and current situation of bilingual teachers, the following approaches should be taken to strengthen the teaching stuff construction of bilingual teaching: demonstration teaching, language training infiltrated in clinic job, guiding foreign students, preparing bilingual teaching materials and professional team building.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(8):1049-1052
OBJECTIVE:To compare the difference in the concentration determination of valproie acid (VPA) in human serum by LC-MS/MS and EMIT.METHODS:Both LC-MS/MS and EMIT methods were applied to determine the serum concentration of VPA in 144 inpatients or outpatients. The paired t-test,Pearson correlation analysis,Bland-Altman deviation chart and other methods were used to evaluate the difference in the results of concentration determination.RESULTS:The results of LC-MS/MS method was pos itively correlated with that of EMIT method (r=0.924,P<0.05);the regression equation of them was cEMIT=0.920 7cLC.MS/MS-1.114 4 (r=0.924).Average serum concentrations of VPA determined by LC-MS/MS and EMIT were (49.9 ± 21.2) and (54.9 ± 21.3) μg/mL,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The serum concentration of VPA determined by EMIT was higher than that by LC-MS/MS 8.3 μg/mL,95% confidence interval was (-13.6,18.7).CONCLUSIONS:The serum concentration of VPA determined by LC-MS/MS and EMIT have high correlation. But the determination results still have certain difference,it is suggested to use same method for long term monitering.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(12):145-147
Objective To observe clinical effect of Danshentong capsule on invisible blood loss after total hip arthroplasty postoperative. Methods 90 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, which were chosen from January 2011 to March 2013, 45 cases in each group. Control group received low molecular weight heparin for prevention invisible blood loss, postoperative.Observation group were given Danshentong capsule for prevention invisible blood loss postoperative.Changes of related indicators were followed up and recorded. Results Hemoglobin were (112.20 ±16.17),(124.79 ±11.53)g/L of observation group 3 and 7 days postoperation, were higher than control group (94.84 ±14.93),(103.52 ±10.62) g/L (P<0.05).Patients in observation group 3 and 7 days platelet values (258.31 ±32.95),(242.16 ±31.06) ×109/L, than control group (225.14 ±30.48,214.95 ±28.68) ×109/L (P<0.05).Patients in observation group hidden hemorrhage (420.59 ±53.96), lower than control group (868.05 ±65.37) U/mL (P<0.05).Postoperative adverse reactions observed ratio of 6.67% in observation group, lower than control group 26.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshentong capsule in hip replacement surgery occult bleeding prevention clinical exact effect, no significant side effects, is worthy of further research and application.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2004;2(4):288-91
OBJECTIVE: To study the possible pathway of the effect of musk on brain disorder, distributing into the brain through blood brain barrier. METHODS: We used the musk ketone (muscone), a main composition of musk, to inject through the tail vein of the rats into the blood and took the brain and other organs at different times to make samples. Then gas chromatography was used to measure the distribution of muscone in the brain and other organs. RESULTS: Muscone could pass through the normal rat's blood brain barrier into the brain and soon reached the highest peak and remained in higher concentration, and more slowly metabolized as compared with other organs. CONCLUSION: Musk distributing into the brain through blood brain barrier provides the basis for its effect in treating brain disorders. Chromatography is an effective method to study the active composition of Chinese herbal medicine distributing through the blood brain barrier into the brain.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;18(7):1188-1194
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs about 18-25 nucleotides in length, involved in post-transcriptional genes regulation process.Previous studies showed that miRNAs played an important regulatory role in pancreatic development, gene expression, and synthesis and secretion of insulin.A variety of miRNAs which expressed in islet β cells may affect the proliferation and differentiation of islet β cells.Since miRNAs showed tissue specificity, their expression changes were closely related to some diseases. Thus, integrative studies with miRNAs over the essence of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine could provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetes.

Hongbing QIN ; Yaling WANG ; Haidong GU
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Haloacetic acids are the main disinfection by-products in chlorinated drinking water, which are known or suspected to carcinogenic. Many countries have promulgated haloacetic acids as the routine monitoring item for drinking water safety. In order to better control the formation of haloacetic acids in chlorinated drinking water, many techniques and analysis methods were exploited. This review summarized the development of techniques and analysis methods and the comparative analysis was conducted in technique cost, method detection limit, sensitivity, resistance to disturb and sample pretreatment. The electrospray mass spectrometry is the best choice, but the instrument and operation cost is much higher,so the standard method based on the gas chromatography will still be the popular method for drinking water quality analysis.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To determine the correlation between HLA gene and Takayasu arteritis(TA) in the Chinese. Methods Forty four TA patients and 135 healthy controls were examined for HLA DQA 1 and HLA DQB 1 locus alleles by PCR/SSOP typing and mass genetics techniques. Results The frequency of DQA 1 0301 allele(14.8%) in TA patients was significantly decreased compared with the controls( 30.7% )(P0.05). Conclusions In Chinese, people with HLAⅡ DQB 1 0601 gene may be susceptible to TA, while people with HLAⅡ DQA 1 0301 gene may be resistant to TA.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor confirmed by operation and pathology in recent 20 years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results About 57.3% of the patients were diagnosed accurately before the operation. Correct diagnostic rates of ultrasound and CT were 60.0% and 84.0% ,respectively.Of them 57cases(76.0%) were malignant and18 (24.0%) benign tumor. Tumor size was not related to the pathological characteristics.Radical resection was done in 42 patients(56.0%),partial resection in 23 patients (30.7%),and biopsy in 10 patients(13.3%).Conclusions Ultrasonic and CT are the major diagnostic methods. Early operation is recommended after necessary preparation. Surgical resection is a major procedure for the management of primary retroperitoneal tumor and might provide long surrival time.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of major arterial injuries of the extremities. Methods In the period between September 1999 and June 2002, 129 patients with 176 arterial injuries were admitted to our hospital. 122 patients of them with 162 arterial injuries underwent microsurgical repair. Results The limbs of 116 patients with 154 arterial injuries survived. The total survival rate of affected extremities was 89.9% ; the blood vessel recanalization rate was 95.06% . Conclusion Careful physical examination and advanced vascular Doppler equipment can avoid missed diagnosis, and microsurgical technique in vascular repair can successfully save limbs.
