1.Analysis on the Relevant Factors of Distribution of TCM Syndrome for Ankylosing Spondylitis
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(04):-
Objective To analyse the relevant factors of distribution of TCM syndrome for ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods 194 AS patients visiting the department of Rheumat Immunity, Guanganmen Hospital, were investigated in the way of horizontal study. And the relationship between TCM syndrome and age, sextuality, staging, grading of sacroiliac joint, laboratory index was studied. Results It was no significant difference of AS TCM syndrome with different age, sextuality, early、medium、advanced stage, and grading of sacroiliac joint. But it was different between the active stage and inactive stage. For the laboratory index, the ESR and CRP of each syndrome was different, while the comparison with the data of blood routine examination was no evident difference. Conclusion The distribution of AS TCM syndrome on active stage is mainly about the retention of damp-heat, and the inactive stage is mainly on the deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome. Compared with other sydromes, ERS and CRP in the syndrome of retention of damp-heat are significantly high. It is no significant changes of syndrome on aspects of different age, early、medium、advanced stages, and grading of sacroiliac joint.
2.Pharmacological Meaning of Noun Part in Traditional Chinese Medicine Effect Terminology
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(4):620-627
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) effect terminology is usually composed of a verb-noun structure such as clearing lung, expelling wind, killing worm and etc. The noun part, indicating objects of the ac-tion of TCM, is usually involved with some core concepts of TCM theory system. In this research, the 30 volumes of TCM work, which is Zhong Hua Ben Cao, were set as data source of the analysis. We collected TCM effect terms from 1702 TCM items. The most commonly used nouns were extracted, including 6 organ nouns, 11 concept nouns, and 9 illness nouns. Combined with modern pharmacological activity data for the 1702 TCM items, chi-square analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were employed to profile the modern pharmacological meanings of these noun terms.
3.Progress and application of cellular immunotherapy
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(1):1-3
Incidence of autoimmune diseases (AID) and tumors has increased dramatically, which seriously affects the survival and the quality of life in patients.Recently, cellular immunotherapy has become more and more attractive in the treatment of AID and tumors.Emerging studies have shown that cellular immunotherapy can alleviate or even reverse the course of AID and tumors. We reviewed to focus on the advances of cellular immunotherapy in AID and tumors.
4.Design and development of mapping model among medical images with different modes in virtual reality
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
This paper is to establish a mathematical mapping m odel of different medical images for the same human tissue or organ.According to the mathematical mapping model of gray level, the merging and matching methods of medical image information, including CT and MRI,are studied. The coordinate sy stems of different medical images are normalized to be at the same three-dime nsional position, and then the new-mode images are showed to the users. This study establishes the basis of three-dimensional visibility of the information merge of medical images with different mode.
5.Correlation between Anxiety and Severity of Myocardial Bridge of Left Anterior Descending of Coronary Artery
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(1):91-92
Objective To explore the correlation between anxiety and the severity of myocardial brigde of left anterior descending. Methods 118 patients with isolated myocardial bridge of left anterior descending underwent coronary angiography were evaluated with Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). They were divided into anxiety group and non-anxiety group. Results There were 48 cases in the non-anxiety group, and 70 cases in the anxiety group. The stricture of myocardial bridge was more serious in the anxiety group than in the non-anxiety group (P<0.01), and positively correlated with the SAS score (r=0.765, P<0.01). Conclusion The anxiety is frequent in patients with isolated myocardial bridge of left anterior descending, and correlated with the severity of myocardial bridge.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the apoptosis of human primary gastric cancer cells implanted in nude mice induced by genistein. Methods Human primary gastric cancer cells were implanted into Balb/c nude mice to establish the cancer model, and the growth curve of implanted tumor was measured. Twenty-five nude mice with implanted gastric cancer cells were divided 5 groups. Genistein at different doses (0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mg/kg), normal saline and dimethyl sulfoxide were injected around the neoplasm. After treatment, transmission electron microscope and TUNEL staining were used to detect the apoptosis of implanted tumor cells. Immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax in implanted tumor. Results Genistein could significantly inhibit carcinoma growth when it was injected near the carcinoma. The apoptosis of tumor cells in implanted tumor induced by genistein was detected by transmission electron microscopy. The apoptosis index of the genistein treatment groups (28.7%?1.1%, 33.4%?1.4% and 37.1%?1.0%) was significantly higher than that of control groups(11.8%?0.4% and 11.7%?0.4%; P

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1997;0(11):-
Objective: To observe the effect of cooling on systemic and regional oxygen metabolism in febrile critically ill patients. Method: Twenty-five critically ill patients with fever were cooled by ice blankets or by ibuprofen/indomethacin. Oxygen metabolism in whole body and regional organ and hemodynamics were measured. Result: As the temperature was reduced form 38.9?1.1℃ to 37.8?1.5℃,HR,cardiac index (CI),oxygen delivery (DO_2I),and oxygen consumption (VO_2I) decreased significantly, but gastric intramucosal pH increased from 7.26 to 7.37 and the PCO_2 difference between gastric rnucosa and arterial blood decreased markedly. PO_2 and oxygen content in cardiac coronary venous blood and oxygen exrtaction remained unchanged. Conclusion: After cooling the febrile pateints,CI, DO_2I and VO_2I decrease but tissue hypoxia can be improved.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1997;0(11):-
Objective To study the effects of permissive hypercapnia (PHC)on cardiovascular system, oxygen metabolism and gastrointestinal function with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). Methods In 18 sheep with LPS induced ARDS, hemodynamics, oxygen metabolism and gastrointestinal intramucosal pH(pHi)were observed at different tidal volume(V T).Results PHC was induced by decreasing V T from 16 ml/kg to 4 7ml/kg.Compared with those at V T 16 ml/kg, cardiac index decreased significantly in PHC (P

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2003;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the method of screening metra scar flaw of late trimester of pregnancy with B ultrasound and predict the risk of scar uterine rupture. Methods The depth and scar of lower uterine segment were observed continuously by B ultrasound between 33~41 weeks of gravida having the history of cesarean section. Results Lower uterine segment has all been formed after 33 weeks of 396 gravida. Lower uterine segment flaw was found in 69 cases by B ultrasound, nine cases were diagnosed to be aura uterine rupture which were confirmed in operation. Conclusion With B ultrasound we can observe the development of lower uterine segment during pregnancy so as to predict aura uterine rupture.
