1.Progress and application of cellular immunotherapy
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(1):1-3
Incidence of autoimmune diseases (AID) and tumors has increased dramatically, which seriously affects the survival and the quality of life in patients.Recently, cellular immunotherapy has become more and more attractive in the treatment of AID and tumors.Emerging studies have shown that cellular immunotherapy can alleviate or even reverse the course of AID and tumors. We reviewed to focus on the advances of cellular immunotherapy in AID and tumors.
2.Clinical Observation of Jin's Three-needle Manipulation Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Treatment of Spastic Cerebral Palsy Children
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1999;0(02):-
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jin's three-needle manipulation combined with rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy children, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods One hundred and thirty-five spastic cerebral palsy children were equally randomized into three groups: the treatment group was given Jin's three-needle manipulation combined with rehabilitation training, control group 1 given Jin's three-needle manipulation, and the control group 2 given rehabilitation training. The improvement of symptoms, activities of daily living(ADL) and event-related potentials(ERP) P300 were observed in the three groups. Results ADL score was increased in the three groups after treatment(P

Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine 2015;(6):497-500
Objective:To study the protective effect of telmisartan on rats with renal failure and its mechanism. Methods:60 Wistar rats were chosen as study objective, and were divided into 4 groups randomly:15 in group A (sham operation group), 15 in group B (model group), 15 in group C (telmisartan group) and 15 in group D (telmisartan+GW9962 group). The difference of survival rate, blood-urine biochemical indexes, renal pathological change, and the expression level of PPARγ and nNOS were compared. Results:After 12 weeks, the survival rate of group A was 93.33%(14/15), that of group B was 46.67%(7/15), that of group C was 86.67%(13/15), that of group D was 60.00%(9/15), and the difference among 4 groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). After 1 week, the difference of Scr, that of BUN and that of 24h protein urine among 4 groups was not statistical significant (P>0.05);after 3 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks, these difference was statistical significant (P<0.05). The difference of blood-urine biochemical indexes, that of renal pathological change, and that of the expression level of PPAR毭and nNOS was statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Telmisartan has protective effect on renal failure caused by 5/6 nephrectomy, which might be relative to the expression level of PPARγ and nNOS.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;33(5):665-669
Objective To observe the clinical effect of preoperative acupuncture on hypercoagulability of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Sixty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were evenly randomized into control group and acupuncture group. Both groups were treated with external application of Shangke Huangshui gauze on the affected region, and additionally the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on bilateral acupoints of Huantiao, Xuehai, Liangqiu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, and Taichong. The treatment for the two groups was performed from the hospitalized day to the day before operation. The parameters of thrombelastograph (TEG) before and after treatment and the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) were observed . Results After treatment, the difference of TEG parameters of the control group was insignificant as compared with those before treatment (P>0.05). In the acupuncture group, the coagulation reaction time(R) and clot formation time(K) were significantly prolonged(P < 0.05) , and coagulation angle alpha (α), maximal amplitude (MA)of thrombus and clot strength (G) were significantly decreased (P <0.05), the effect being superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Till the day before operation , 3 cases from the control group suffered from DVT, but none of acupuncture group suffered from DVT, the difference between the two groups being insignificant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative application of acupuncture can improve the hypercoagulability of elderly patients after hip fracture.

[Objective] To observe the effects of modified Zhengrong Decoction combined with acupuncture for acquired paralytic strabismus (APS). [ Methods ] Forty - one cases of APS were treated with modified Zhengrong Decoction combined with acupuncture of Jingming (BL1) point mainly. [Results] Four (9.8%) cases were cured after one treatment course (10 days), 23 (56.1%) cured in 2 ~ 3 treatment courses and after 4 ~ 6 treatment courses 12 (29.3%) cured, 1 (2.4%) ineffective, and 1 (2.4%) relapsed, the total effective rate being 95.2% . [Conclusion] Modified Zhengrong Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective and safe for APS.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(12):-
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture cooperated with music therapy on cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups with 30 in each: acupuncture group and acupuncture plus music group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture only while the acupuncture plus music group treated with acupuncture at 5 groups of acupoints and music movement, once every other day,36 treatments as one course, totally 3 courses. The effect and movement improvement of both groups were observed for comparison. Results The comprehensive functions of all children were improved, but the total effective rate of acupuncture plus music group was obviously higher than that in acupuncture Group(P

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
From the angle of view of ecology morals,to explain the content and function of ecology moral education,to analyze the present situation and the origin of medico's ecology demoralization, discussesing its countermeasure.Pointed out that establishing ecology morals idea,we must enrich and widen the angle of view of medico's traditional moral education.Currently we should strengthen medico's ecology moral education from the ecology environment education, the ecology ethics education and the ecology morals practice education, and it has the the vital significance to the medico that Seting up the scientific ecology moral outlook, improving the ecology morals quality, promoting the forming of moral character and personality, cultivating well medical ethics.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1997;0(11):-
Objective: To study protective effect of taurine on gut barrier after hemorrhagic shock-reperfusion. Method: Twenty-four white rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups: taurine group (A),shock group (B), control group (C). Result: Malondialdehyde and Ca~(2+) contents of intestinal mucosa remained unchanged in group A, but increased significantly in group B, Incidence of bacterial translocation in B group was markedly higher than that in C group at 30 min following reperfusion. Under light and electronic microscope,in comparsion with A and C groups, intestinl mucosa damage in B group became more severe. Conclusion: Taurine can protect gut barrier from intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury induced by hemorrhagic shock through reducing oxide free radical and preventing calcium overload.
