Objective:To explore the role of the inpatient education platform of internet plus 317 nursing that was assistant of health education of nurse in the clinical nursing work.Method: 100 patients with orthopedic disease were divided into observation group (50 cases)and control group (50 cases) as random number table. The patients of observation group received admission education and health education by using internet plus 317 nursing, which was assistant of health education of nurse, while the patients of control group received routine education mode including dictate of cramming mode, blackboard newspaper, propaganda handbook and telephone follow-up and so on. And then the score of anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result: The scores of SAS of observation group in admission and 7 d later were (49.66±9.126) points and (46.32±7.02) points, respectively, and the scores of them of control group respectively were (48.18±9.260) points and (45.22±6.53) points. And the differences between the two time point in each group were not statistically significant (t=0.805.81,t=0.812,P>0.05). At discharge, the score of observation group (39.08±3.59) points was significantly lower than that of control group (42.86±4.25) points (t=4.81,P<0.05). Besides, the satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(x2=0.925, P=0.031).Conclusion: The inpatient education platform of internet plus 317 nursing can guide health of patients in time, and quickly solve problems during hospitalization, and reduce the SAS score of patients, and increase the patient's satisfaction degree for clinical nursing quality.

4.Genistein can induce apoptosis of human primary gastric cancer cells implanted in nude mice

Objective To investigate the mechanism of the apoptosis of human primary gastric cancer cells implanted in nude mice induced by genistein. Methods Human primary gastric cancer cells were implanted into Balb/c nude mice to establish the cancer model, and the growth curve of implanted tumor was measured. Twenty-five nude mice with implanted gastric cancer cells were divided 5 groups. Genistein at different doses (0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mg/kg), normal saline and dimethyl sulfoxide were injected around the neoplasm. After treatment, transmission electron microscope and TUNEL staining were used to detect the apoptosis of implanted tumor cells. Immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax in implanted tumor. Results Genistein could significantly inhibit carcinoma growth when it was injected near the carcinoma. The apoptosis of tumor cells in implanted tumor induced by genistein was detected by transmission electron microscopy. 5.Evaluation of detection methods for ventricular septal defect in pig hearts in vitro by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography

Objective To establish the optimal section planes for observing ventricular septal defect(VSD) by real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods In 6 pig hearts with different types of VSD, after high pressural perfusion with coupling reagent, two dimensional, dual plane and RT-3DE were performed with different section planes, estimating with half quantificational visional grade:4 marks,very clear;3 marks,clear;2 marks,not clear enough; 1 marks,not clear. Results Observation by RT-3DE, en-face view of atrial-ventricular(S2a) and en-face view of left ventricular septum(L1a) provided relatively ideal section planes in sub-arterial ventricular septal defect, S2a and en-face view of right ventricular septum(L2a) provided relatively ideal section planes in perimembranous and muscular VSD. Conclusions S2a reflects relatively ideal section plane in sub-arterial, perimembranous and muscular VSD.
