Objective To explore the relation between serum TGF?1 and diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Forty-five cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into three groups according to urine albumium excretion rate (UAER): normoalbuminuria (NA)group; microalbuminuria (MA) group; macroalbuminuria group (overt DN). Serum TGF?1, fasting blood glucose (FBG), HbAlc.BUN. Cr. Ccr were detected in all cases. Microalbundnuria group and macroalbuminuria group were respectively divided into group.treated with captopril and regular treatment group. Results Serum TGF?1, had significantly differences in four groups(23. 95?8. 01ng/ml vs 35.02?6. 70ng/ml, 39.3i? 5. 35ng/ml vs 58. 58?9. 56ng/ml,P

Objective To investigate the effect of bcl-2 gene tr ansfection on the apoptosis and bioactivity of cultured islet cells. Met hods Adenovirus-mediated gene transfection was employed to transfect b cl-2 into the islet cells, the expression of bcl-2 was determined by RT-PCR a nd immunocytochemical staining, and the apoptosis of islet cells was detected by TUNEL, the viability was determined by trypan blue staining and islets function was evaluated by insulin detection. Results Bcl-2 protein exp ressed in 70% of transfected rat islet cells. The apoptosis rate of transfected cells reduced significantly compared with untransfected cells (6% vs. 22%). The viability of transfected cells was higher than that of untransfected cells (91% vs. 68%). Insulin secrete capacity of transfected islet cells in high glucose me dium was superior to untransfected cells. Conclusions Islet cel ls may be successfully transfected with adenovirus-mediated gene transfection t echniques. The apoptosis may be declined by bcl-2 gene transfection, so the isl et cells' function improved.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2011;17(1):77-78
In the 40 years of last centry American scientists put forward a concep of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapeutic technique and had done some technical and clinical studies. Since 90 years the HIFU surgery technique treating tumors anew rised abruptly in the world. China firstly put out a comprehensive HIFU tumor treating sistem and successfully treated many solid tumors such as breast cancer, bone tumor, liver cancer etc.. Now the treating sistem has already exported to England, Italy,Spain, Japan, Colea etc. and treated tens thousands tumor patients. In the field of noninvasive ultrasound treating tumor technique China has continually kept the leading position in the world.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2017;44(6):660-662
Objective To obtain a clear and qualified compound glycyrrhiza oral solution by using NaSO3 and EDTA as stabi-lizers and Tween80 as solubilizer so as to solve the problem of morphine content instability. Methods NaSO34g and EDTA 0.6 g as stabilizers, and Tween803 g as solubilizer were added in the traditional method. The pH of the solution was adjusted to 8.0. Then the solution was obtained and filled in the brown polyester bottle. Results The preparation was clear, qualified and the content of mor-phine was steady. Conclusion The improved method is feasible, simple, stabilized and suitable for manufacturing.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of superparamagnetic chitosan FGF-2 gelatin microspheres (SPCFGM) on the proliferation and differentiation of mouse mesenchymal stem cells. The superparamagnetic iron oxide chitosan nanoparticles (SPIOCNs) were synthesized by means of chemical co-precipitation, combined with FGF-2. Then The SPCFGM and superparamagnetic chitosan gelatin microspheres (SPCGM) were prepared by means of crosslinking-emulsion. The properties of SPCFGM and SPIONs were measured by laser diffraction particle size analyser and transmisson electron microscopy. The SPCFGM were measured for drug loading capacity, encapsulation efficiency and release pharmaceutical properties in vitro. The C3H10 cells were grouped according to the different ingredients being added to the culture medium: SPCFGM group, SPCGM group and DMEM as control group. Cell apoptosis was analyzed by DAPI staining. The protein expression level of FGF-2 was determined by Western blot. The proliferation activity and cell cycle phase of C3H10 were examined by CCK8 and flow cytometry. The results demonstrated that both of the SPIOCNs and SPCFGM were exhibited structure of spherical crystallization with a diameter of (25 ± 9) nm and (140 ± 12) μm, respectively. There were no apoptosis cells in the three group cells. Both the protein expression level of FGF-2 and cell proliferation activity increased significantly in the SPCFGM group cells (P < 0.05). The SPCFGM is successfully constructed and it can controlled-release FGF-2, remained the biological activity of FGF-2, which can promote proliferation activity of C3H10 cells, and are non-toxic to the cell.

Chinese Circulation Journal 2014;(7):505-508
Objective:To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin and lfuvastatin on patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) combing impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).
Methods: A total of 215 consecutive ACS patients combing IGT treated in our hospital from 2009-05 to 2011-05 were studied. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, Rosuvastatin group, the patients received rosuvastatin10mg/day, n=108 and Fluvastatin group, the patients received fluvastatin 40mg/day, n=107. The total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels before and at 6, 12, 24 months after medication, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial glucose (2hPBG) and the number of new-onset of diabetes patients were compared between 2 groups.
Results: After treatment, the TC, LDL-C levels were decreased (6, 12, 24 months) and the HDL-C level (12, 24 months), 2hPBG (24 months) were increased in both groups. Compared with Fluvastatin group, Rosuvastatin group had decreased TC and LDL-C (6, 12, 24 months), and increased LDL-C (24 months). With 6, 12, 24 months treatment, the blood lipids reached the standard were more in Rosuvastatin group than those in Fluvastatin group as 35.3%vs 26.1%, 36.4% vs 22.0%, 43.1% vs 31.8% respectively, all P<0.05. With 12 and 24 months treatment, the new-onset diabetes patients in Rosuvastatin group were 11 and 18, in Fluvastatin group were 12 and 17. With 12, 24 months treatment, FBG, 2hPBG levels and the number of new-onset diabetes patients were similar between 2 groups, P>0.05.
Conclusion: Compared with lfuvastatin, the conventional dose of rosuvastatin could better reduce the blood lipids level in ACS patients combing IGT, the effects for preventing ACS patients from IGT to diabetes were similar for both drugs.
