Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2009;15(4):226-228
Objective To explore the indication of implant prosthesis immediately after removing polyacrylamide hydrogel for augmentation mammaplasty. Methods MRI and pathologic examinations were made in 226 patients with the postoperative complications of augmentation mammaplasty by injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel and with the specific conditions in operation to analyze the possibility of implant prosthesis while removing polyacrylamide hydrogel. Based on MRI examination, physical examination and specific conditions in operation, we chosen 61 cases who requested for implant prosthesis while removing polyacrylamide hydrogel. Results The patients who did the operation for simply removing polyacrylamide hydrogel recovered well and symptoms such as pain, sclerosis, mass and others disappeared almostly; the patients who did implanting at the same time were satisfied with the breast shape and had no side-effect occured. Conclusion With MRI examination, physical examination and specific conditions in operation, it can achive good effects to do implanting immediately after removing polyacrylamide hydrogel for those suitable and willing to implant prosthesis.

China Pharmacy 2015;(22):3106-3108
OBJECTIVE:To study the liver damage mechanism in mice caused by the incompatibility of Daphne genkwa com-bined with Glycyrrhiza uralensis in aspect of liver transporter. METHODS:40 mice were equally randomized into a normal control (isometric normal saline)group,a group of G. uralensis [15 g(medicinal matierias)/kg],a group of D. genkwa [15 g(medicinal tatierias)/kg],a group of D. genkwa with G. uralensis in the ratio of 1∶1 [15 g(crude drug)/kg],a group of D. genkwa with G. uralensis in the ratio of 1∶3 [15 g(medicinal matierias)/kg](n=8). The mice were given the corresponding drug,ig,once a day for 7 consecutive days. HE staining was performed and then the pathomorphology of liver tissues were observed under the light mi-croscope,and calculation was made for pathological grading. Western blot method was employed to determine the protein expre-ssion of the transporter Ntcp protein in the livers of mice. The contents of total bile acids(TBA)in livers of mice were determined. RESULTS:Compared to the mice in the normal control group, those in the group of 1∶1 and 1∶3 demonstrated higher protein ex-pression of Ntcp. In the group of 1∶1,the mice with grade“+++”hepatocyte degeneration were more (8). The mice with grade“+++”and“++”hepatocyte degeneration in the groups of 1∶3 were more (2 and 8 respectively). CONCLUSIONS:D. genkwa combined with G. uralensis can induce liver damage in mice by a mechanism which may be related to the accumulation of a large amount of TBA in the liver as a result of the increase in the expression of Ntcp in mice.

Objective To study the changes and the significance of the frangible lymphocyte in patients with fulminant viral hepatitis and investigate the relationship between the degree of frangible lymphocyte and the severe of fulminant viral hepatitis. Methods 32 cases confirmed with fulminant viral hepatitis, 66 cases with chronic hepatitis have been studied. 15 cases children from 3 to 5 years old and 46 cases adults have been used with control groups. 100?l lymphocytes (1?106/ml) and 100?l tumor cells(1?105/ml) mixed with 100?l self-serum at 37℃ for 5min to 30min. The fragmental lymphocyte can defined as a frangible lymphocyte. The lymphocyte attached with tumor cell is undestroyed anything can be regarded as negative frangible lymphocyte. Less than 30 percent of lymphocyte attached with tumor cells is destroyed will be conformed as low-grade frangible lymphocyte, between 30 percent to 60 percent regard as mid-grade, and more than 60 percent as severe-grade mode. Results The equiform frangible lymphocyte is detected in fulminant viral hepatitis and other groups like that in SARS in 2003 years. There is none of children have frangible lymphocyte. Only 3 person’s lymphocytes show severe-grade frangible and 9 people display mid-grade in 46 adult individuals. Contrarily There is high of 46.9 percent of cases with fulminant viral hepatitis show severe-grade frangible lymphocytes, only 4 cases is negative and 3 cases is recovered in one months of them. The frangible lymphocytes in fulminant viral hepatitis are significantly lower than those in chronic hepatitis patients not only in mid-grade frangible but in severe type. There is no significant recovery of frangible lymphocyte from acute to recover in fulminant viral hepatitis, but the degree of the lymphocytes are closely relate to the state of an illness. Conclusion The percent of frangible lymphocytes in children is lowest among adult people, chronic hepatitis and fulminant viral hepatitis. The proportion of frangible lymphocytes in fulminant viral hepatitis is highest, and significantly higher than that in chronic hepatitis. The phenomenon of frangible lymphocytes may be an important characteristic of an innate immunology reaction of the body.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(3):220-222
High mobility group box-1 (HMGB1) is a nonhistone nuclear protein.Normally,as one component of the chromatin,HMGB1 regulate life activities such as genetic transcription, recombination and gene repair.HMGB1 can be realeased to the outside of the cell, which can be bound up with cells multiplication, differentiation, migration and the growth of nerve axon.Studies show that HMGB1 is correlated with tumor (s) occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis, such as lung cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and so on.The studies about the relativity between HMGB1 and gastric cancer play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancers.

Objective To analyze the related factors of local recurrence in patients with rectal cancer after Dixon operation. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 100 patients from September 2005 to September 2007 in our hospital by TME standard surgicai treatment of low rectal cancer was carried out. Results Of 100 patients, the pre-sacral recurrence rate was 10. 0%, with gender, age, tumor size, tunor invasion lumen circumference, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and Duke's stage has nothing to do with the gross type, histological type and lumen, peritoneal tumor cell shedding, and as an independent prognostic factor. Of 90 patients without local recurrence, the 5-year survival rate was 76. 0% ,haff of the survival of 62 months;10 cases of local recurrence,5-year survival rate was 5. 0%, half of the survival of 24 months, suggested that local recurrence in patients influenced the prognosis. Conclusion The low local recurrence of rectal cancer related factors were gross type, histological type and the intestine, peritoneal tumor cells shed, seriously affect the prognosis of patients with local recurrence.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(2):269-274
The impulsive electroencephalograph (EEG) noises in evoked potential (EP) signals is very strong, usually with a heavy tail and infinite variance characteristics like the acceleration noise impact, hypoxia and etc., as shown in other special tests. The noises can be described by a stable distribution model. In this paper, Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) and pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution (PWVD) time-frequency distribution based on the fractional lower order moment are presented to be improved. We got fractional lower order WVD (FLO-WVD) and fractional lower order PWVD (FLO-PWVD) time-frequency distribution which could be suitable for a stable distribution process. We also proposed the fractional lower order spatial time-frequency distribution matrix (FLO-STFM) concept. Therefore, combining with time-frequency underdetermined blind source separation (TF-UBSS), we proposed a new fractional lower order spatial time-frequency underdetermined blind source separation (FLO-TF-UBSS) which can work in a stable distribution environment. We used the FLO-TF-UBSS algorithm to extract EPs. Simulations showed that the proposed method could effectively extract EPs in EEG noises, and the separated EPs and EEG signals based on FLO-TF-UBSS were almost the same as the original signal, but blind separation based on TF-UBSS had certain deviation. The correlation coefficient of the FLO-TF-UBSS algorithm was higher than the TF-UBSS algorithm when generalized signal-to-noise ratio (GSNR) changed from 10 dB to 30 dB and a varied from 1. 06 to 1. 94, and was approximately e- qual to 1. Hence, the proposed FLO-TF-UBSS method might be better than the TF-UBSS algorithm based on second order for extracting EP signal under an EEG noise environment.
