ObjectiveTo study the method and effect of individualized education on children with learning disability (LD).Methods30 children during 7-10 year old in a local boarding elementary school were chosen and guided individually as the following: sensory integration dysfunction drill, subtle motion drill, life skills drill, cognitive capability drill, behavior therapy, game therapy, music therapy and parents education. One and a half year later, the index of Sensory Integration Rating Scales and study marks were determined and compared with that of the normal children.ResultsThere is not significant difference between the LD children and the normal ones in the sensory integration of behavior and the learning achievement.ConclusionIndividualized education is a valid approach improving the potentiality of the LD children\'s physiology and psychology.

Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods36 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and research group. Both two groups were treated with traditional treatment. The research group was added with stellate ganglion block.ResultsAfter 20 days treatment, the Neuro-function Deficit(NFD) scores of both two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);but the NFD scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI) of both two groups were significantly higher after treatment(P<0.01);but the scores of FMA and BI of the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionStellate ganglion block can improve the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction.

Objective To develop a new type of gene vaccine against plague. Methods caf1 gene of caf Operon Encoding F1 Antigen of Y. pestis was inserted into pHSS6-mTn-3xHA/lacZ library plasmids, the recombinant plasmids were linearized with Not I and transformed into yeast cell by lithium acetate (LiAc) method to induce homologous recombination. Positive recombinants were then selected with uracil-lack medium. Results These recombinants were confirmed by colony PCR to have the target gene fragments. Conclusion The present study provided a platform for constructing a novel expression system for expressing Y. pestis F1 Antigen via homologous recombination in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which may contribute to the genetic prevention of plague through digestive-tract-route (DTR).

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Objective:To analyze the effect of lymphocyte in patients with psoriasis on proliferation of keratinocytes. Methods:Lymphocytes in lesion and peripheral blood were isolated and multiplied, then cultured together with normal keratinocytes. By MTT method, the living cells were counted in the mixed culture. Results:Compared with normal controls, lymphocytes in lesion and peripheral blood of psoriasis both promote the proliferation of keratinocyte(P
5.Intrapentoneal chemotherapy for malignant ascites
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(11):-
The formation of malignant ascites is concerned with non-obstructive factors including immunity regulator(IL-2,TNF,IFN-?)and factors of inducing blood vessel penetrability(VEGF,MMP) besides obstructive factors. Intraperitoneal chemotherapy makes drug directly act on peritoneum and arrives at the aim of controlling and treating malignant ascites.

There is no a systemic performance metrics for clinical data management. While the CDMC in China starts to develop the quality metrics for clinical data management, it is essential to think over the performance and pursue metrics implementation of clinical data management in China. This article provides the basic concept, development and implementation of the performance metric in clinical data management.

Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(12):1616-1619
Objective This study is to investigate the influences of USP7 on the cytobiological characteristics of laryngeal cancer cells by small interfering RNA (siRNA) interfering the USP7 expression in the laryngeal cancer cells .Methods The self‐de‐signed highly efficient siRNA was used to conduct the specific interference on USP7 expression in laryngeal cancer HEP2 cells . Then the influence on the capacity of cell proliferation and migration ,as well as apoptosise after USP7 interference were observed by using the CCK‐8 method ,Transwell chamber migration test and flow cytometry .Results The self‐designed siRNA could effi‐ciently inhibit the expression of USP7 mRNA in laryngeal cancer cells ,furthermore markedly suppressed the proliferation and mi‐gration of laryngeal cancer cells ,enhanced the cell apoptosis in laryngeal cancer HEP2 cells in vitro .Conclusion The siRNA inter‐fering USP7 can inhibit the proliferation and migration capacity of laryngeal cancer cells ,and promoted their apoptosis .

Objective To prepared cleavable PEG modified paclitaxel loaded liposome (CLP-PTX) and to study its capability for tumor targeting. Methods Liposome was prepared by film-ultrasonic method.Cellular uptake by HepG2 cells was explored. The anti-proliferation efficiency of CLP-PTX was evaluated by MTF assay.HepG2 cells were xenografted in athymic nude mice to establish the animal models, which were used to evaluate the anti-cancer effect. Results The mean size of CLP-PTX was (95±9.5) nm with the Zeta potential of (-3±1.05) mV,and the entrapment efficiency of PTX was 85.6%.The cellular uptake of liposomes with addition of cysteine (Cys)was 2.8 times as high as that in the absence of Cys,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Fluorescent microscopy qualitative observation demonstrated that the cells showed higher fluorescence intensity in the presence of Cys.The MTT assay showed the anti-proliferative activity against HepG2 cells of CLP-PTX depended on the paclitaxel concentration, and the inhibition ratio of CLP-PTX with addition of Cys was 1.6 times as high as that in the absence of Cys (P<0.01),which was consistent with the cellular uptake results. Conclusions Comparing with paclitaxel,CLP-PTX inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells more persistently.Thus,CLP-PTX,as a new nanometer drug, has a special application value for tumor therapy.
