1.Practicing medical education criteria and advancing the course reform systematically
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
Based on the basic requirement of medical education criteria,we reform courses by improving the goal, content, form and teaching method, and search for the method of improving the quality of teaching and cultivating.
3.Evaluation on Physical Performance of the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(11):975-977
Physical performance is an ability with which the sufferers of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) achieve daily work and basic physical activity, including daily activities(such as the diverting movement from standing to sitting),functioning state of nerves and muscles, dailyworking ability and walking gait, etc.;abilities of body performance relative to pains, such as walking ten meters with loads,sit-stand test and Tread mill walk, etc. Most of current rehabilitation evaluation may be influenced by the subjective factors of the examinee or the examiner, but intelligent device for energy expenditure and activity(IDEEA) may be helpful to evaluate physical performance of the LDH patients in a complete,quantity-fixing,systematic and dynamic way.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(7):539-544
In recent years, much attention has been paid to arterial stiffness detection, but the relation between arterial stiffness and cerebrovascular disease has not been fully elucidated. This article reviews the detective methods of arterial stiffness and its relationship between the risk factors for cerebrovascular disease, ischemic stroke (including asymptomatic cerebral infarction) and cerebral hemorrhage.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(16):2312-2314
Objective To learn the awareness rate of HIV/Syphilis knowledge, condom usage, group behaviors and the infections among men who have sex with men (MSM)in Zhuhai and provide scientific foundation for preparing control measures. Methods The internet community was used for calling MSM to join the research.A MSM survey questionnaire was used to collect messages in the place of HIV Voluntary Counseling & Testing(VCT).The blood samples were collected to proceed biological detection.Re-sults Total 247 MSMs were tested, positive rates of HIV,TP specific antibody and non-specific antibody were 8.10% (20/247), 13.36%(33/247)and 10.72% (24/247).The separation between cognition and behavior was common existed in such population. HIV/syphilis infection rates were significant different between MSMs who had multiple sexual partners and those who did not. Conclusion Because the high risk behaviors are commonly existed among MSM in Zhuhai, the prevalence rates of HIV/Syphilis in them are high.It is necessary promote the screening of HIV/Syphilis,enhance the health education of disease control and block the transmission to develop a safe awareness and behaviors in MSM.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2003;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the effects of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 on cell proliferation and cell cycle progression in mouse osteoblasts. Methods Sterile bones of skull of mouse were taken from 30 newborn mouse, and the osteoblast were separated by enzyme digestion methods. After 1,25(OH)_2D_3 in different concentrations were added into culture medium, the effects of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 on cell proliferation of mouse osteoblasts and on cell cycle progression were examined by mono-nuclear celldirect cytotoxicity assay(MTT)reduction assay and flow cytometry respectively. Results After 24,48,72 h of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 incubation, the cell number of osteoblast had significant difference among groups of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 of 10~(-8),10~(-9),10~(-11)mol/L.Significant differences were found in the cell cycle progression in response to 1,25(OH)_2D_3 treatment from the Gl(84.30?1.90)to the G2-M (7.70?0.667)and S(8.00?1.42)phases when compared with those in the control group. Conclusions Cell proliferation of mouse osteoblasts can be inhibited by 1,25(OH)_2D_3 in a concentration-dependent manner.
9.RP-HPLC determination of valproate concentration in serum
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for determining serum level of valproate. Methods A symmetryshield RP18 column (5?m,3.9mm?150mm) was used. The mobile phase,methanol-water(80:20) was used at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The detector was Waters 2487 dual?absorbance detector, which was set at the wavelength of 248nm.Serum sample was extracted with 2ml acetic n-hexane,then valproic acid in organic layer was derived by adding into?-bromoacetophenone,and cyclohcxanecarboxyiic acid was selected as an internal stan- dard. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.0 to 250.0vtg/ml.The average recovery rate was 98.23%,and the RSD within-day and between-day were both less than 3 %.Conclusion This method is suitable for therapeutic drug monitoring of phenytoin.

Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2017;33(7):667-668
We investigated the current situation about free-ranging dogs infection with plague and provided relevant data for plague prevention and control in Karamay City.We examined the dog serum F1 antibody by indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA).Results showed that the F1 antibody was found in 1 of 13 dogs serum samples, and the positive rate was 7.69%.The free-ranging dogs plays an important role in controlling animal plague epidemic, and there are potential risk for local people's infection of plague.
