1.Evaluation for embryonic stem cell study with the theory of Marx's ethics
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(1):126-128
Stem cell has a prospective future in cells therapy. However, the harvesting of stem cells is a paradoxical issue. In fact.the essence of dispute on stem cell studies is a combat between utilitarianism and moralism. The point of view of Marx's Ethics about stem cell studies present dialectical harmony between utilitarianism and moralism. The development of an embryo is a developing process from cell mass to natural persons.but not social persons which have characteristics of sociality and consciousness.Embryo is not completely a person,so embryonic stem cell harvesting is consistent with Marx's Ethics. But the timing of harvesting stem cells and the way to deal with the embryo need further discussion.

Conclusion It was effective to treat infantile viral myocarditis with Huangqi Injection united Vitamin C.
6.The effect evaluation of bronchodilation agents in the treatment of childrens with airway hyperresponsive dis-ease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(z1):1-3
Objective To objectively evaluated of the efficacy of bronchodilation agent by using pulmonary function .Methods 104 childrens with airway hyperresponsive diseases who saw doctor at the Guangdong Women and Children′s Hospital, aged 0~6 years. They were classified into three groups:salbutamol group(n=36);ipratropium bromide group(n=32) and two drugs group(n =36).Each group received salbutamol or ipratropium bromide or both. Then tidal breathing flow-volume loop and parameters were obtained before and after aerosol inhalation to evalu-ate the effects of drugs .Results There were significant improvement in each group after the inhalation of bronchodi -lators.Conclusion The two drugs of Salbutamol and ipratropium bromide can be used as the selective drugs of bron -chodilation .
7.Gene polymorphisms predict efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer
Tumor 2010;(2):164-169
Objective:The efficacy and toxicity of anticancer drugs differ in different tumor patients. It could not meet the requirements of optimization of tumor treatment if only under the guidance of clinical and pathologic characteristics. More and more attention is focused on individualized therapy based on individual gene profiles. It has been identified that gene polymorphisms are responsible for different outcomes of individuals. Gene polymorphisms, including sequence polymorphism and single nucleotide polymorphism, will decrease the clinical efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs or increase adverse reactions by influencing the expression or activity of the corresponding proteins. In recent years several gene polymorphisms related to drug metabolism, transportation, or inactivation may affect the outcomes of chemotherapy and the frequency of adverse reactions. Identification of the polymorphism genes is important for individual therapy for tumor patients.
8.Plate fixation and small splint for intraarticular fracture of distal radius:comparison of curative effects
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(4):631-636
BACKGROUND:At present, there are many clinical trials concerning plate fixation and smal splint for distal radius fracture, but there is lack of systemic evaluation.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the curative effect of the plate fixation and smal splint in the treatment of intraarticular fractures of the distal radius.
METHODS:We retrieved the Chinese biomedical database (1979-2008), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (1979-2008), VIP database (1989-2008) and Wanfang Digital Periodical Group (1998-2008). Of them, China National Knowledge Infrastructure contained Chinese periodical databases, important meeting ful-text databases, and Master-Doctor thesis database. Foreign databases included PubMed (1966-2008), EMbase (1980-2008) and the Cochrane Library (2008, 4th). The ful text that could access was supplemented by manual search back issues of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University Library repository. Clinical randomized control ed trials addressing plate fixation with smal splint in the treatment of intraarticular distal radius fractures were col ected. The data were extracted independent by two evaluators and methodological quality assessment was performed. According to the search strategy and data col ection methods, 363 English articles and 488 Chinese articles were found, including 401 periodical literatures, 79 conference proceedings, and 8 theses. After reading title, abstract, ful text, 12 articles met the inclusion criteria. Meta analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.0.20 software provided by the Cochrane Col aboration Network.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The evaluation of this system involves locking compression plate, normal internal fixation with plate, smal splints and plaster external fixation methods. Meta analysis of the results shows that the curative effects of locking compression plate in the treatment of intraarticular fracture of distal radius were better than that of common plate, smal splint or gypsum. Moreover, there were few complications. There is no significant difference in the effects between common plate fixation in treatment of intraarticular fracture of distal radius and the fixation with smal splint or gypsum.
9.Risk factors and prognosis of cardiac arrest in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2014;21(4):241-243
Cardiac arrest in children is one of the most critical clinical situations, posing a serious threat to life. With the progress of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the advanced life support technology, children's cardiac arrest survival rate is higher than before, but many of the survivors suffer from neurological sequelae.Since the causes of out-hospital cardiac arrest and in-hospital cardiac arrest are different, their prognosis and influence factors are also different.Death risk factors for cardiac arrest in children are cancer, hepatic insufficiency, acute renal failure, sepsis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, etc.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation,as the main emergency treatment of cardiac arrest,is also one of the main factors affecting survival of cardiac arrest child.
