Ubjective To evaluate the clinical effects of Xuesetong injecfion combined with Low-molecular-weight Heparin (LMWH) on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methotis 101 cases of ACI pafiens were randomly divided into three groups:a group one with thirty-three patients were treated only with 5000 IU LMWH twice daily subcutaneously;a group two with thirty-four patients were treated with only 400 mg Xuesetong injection,one daily by intravenous drip;and a group thtee with thirty-four patients were treated with enoxaparin and Xuesetong injection.All the three groups were treated for 14 days.Impaired neurological function score,blood routine,functions of liver and kidney,blood coagulating funcfion were examined before and after the treatment.Results Significant effective rate and the effective rate of the group three were 71%and 91%respectively,higher than the other two groups(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).No severe adverse reactions were found after the treatment.Conclusion Enoxaparin combined with Xuesetong injection is an effective regimen for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

OBJECTIVE: To study an economics model to achieve the sustainable use of Chinese medicinal resources and solve the problem of the shortage of Chinese medicinal resources which restrict the development of Chinese medicine(CM) industry.METHODS:Taking the staple Chinese crude drug Radix Glycyrrhizae as example,the basic model in resource economics was used to analyze the optimal yearly digging(collecting) amount and reserving amount of the wild natural Chinese medicinal resource under the sustainable economics model,meanwhile the value of sustainable use of Chinese medicinal resources was taken into consideration in view of the ecological effect.RESULTS:Taking the ecological effect into consideration is of positive value for the sustainable use of natural resource,which should also be considered as an index in evaluating the value of future resources.CONCLUSION:Ecological effect is an indispensible factor to consider in the process achieving sustainable use of Chinese medicinal resource.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of acute asthma during pregnancy,focusing on management of pregnant women presenting with an acute exacerbation.Methods A prospective observational study was conducted in 30 cases of acute exacerbations during pregnancy.Results The prognosis of 25 patients with mild or moderate asthma was good for both mother and fetus;none had severe complications.Among 5 women who had severe exacerbations,there were 4 pulmonary co-infections,1 with respiratory acidosis,1 with respiratory acidosis plus metabolic allkalosis,and 4 with fetal growth-restriction.Conclusions,This study highlights that pregnancy can worsen asthma control in some women.Effective management and prevention of asthma exacerbations during pregnancy is key to ensuring the safety of the mother and the fetus.

Objective To study the effects of transient cerebral ischemic reperfusion(IR) and flunarizine on the expression of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) protein in brain tissue of gerbils.Methods A cerebral transient ischemic-reperfusion model in gerbils was established by clamping both common carotid.The gerbils were fed with flunarizine before experiment in flunarizine treatment group.The expression of PAI-1 protein in brain tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry technique at the 1,3 and 7 days after IR.Results There was slight expression of PAI-1 protein in the brain tissue of gerbils in the normal control group and sham operation group.Compared with normal control group,the expression of PAI-1 protein in neurons and gliacytes of ischemic gerbils was evidently increased at the 1,3 and 7 days in the cerebral ischemia group(all P

Objective To discuss the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of obstructive jaundice in infants.Methods Infants with obstructive jaundice were examined by ECT to obtain dynamic images of the liver,biliary tract and intestine to find out the position and nature of the obstruction.Results Eight patients with delayed nuclide imagining were diagnosed as obstructive jaundice of cholestasis.Five of which with aggravated jaundice were cured by biliary irrigation and 3 by medication.For 16 patients with congenital biliary atresia,10 were exterior hepatic types and 6 interior hepatic types.They had the nuclide image of liver and biliary tract.Ten cases of the exterior hepatic types and four cases of the interior types received the Kasai operation.And bile was drained after the surgery.Seven patients survived and 4 of interior heaptic types died postoperatively.Due to bile fistula,3 patients died after the hepato-porto-jejunostomy for internal drainage.Two patients of interior hepatic types who had no operation died of the hepatic failure.Conclusion The nature and position of obstructive jaundice could be identified by nuclide imaging.Young patients with jaundice of cholestasis could be treated by antiinflamation,liver function protection,Hymecromone and Dexamethasone for two weeks.Once the serum bilirubin rises,operation would be indicated.In the case of congenital biliary atresia,operation should be done earlier on the basis of medication.

Along with increasing use of inferior vena cava (IVC) filter implantation, more and more attention has been paid to the filter - related complications by scholars both at home and abroad. For the present the generally accepted filter- related complications include filter deformation, filter tilt, filter fracture, filter migration, IVC perforation, IVC thrombosis, IVC occlusion, recurrence of pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), post - thrombosis syndrome (PTS), etc. Accurate recognition of filter - related complications and prompt use of appropriate measures that are directed against a given complication in order to reduce or avoid complications are of great clinical significance in applying the inferior vena cava filter to clinical practice in a more safe and effective way. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the filter- related complications and the research progress concerning their prevention in recent years.

Objective: To investigate the effect of combined acupuncture and rehabilitation on intelligence and motor development of high risk infants with perinatal brain injuries. Methods: Ninety-seven survived cases in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) were allocated into a treatment group of 53 cases and a control group of 44 cases following the consent of the parents. Cases in the treatment group were treated by combined acupuncture and rehabilitation; whereas cases in the control group were treated by conventional child care methods. Systemic follow-up has been made for 2 years. Then the infants' intelligence was evaluated respectively in the 6th, 12th and 34th months. Results: Compared with the control group, the mental development indexes (MDI) and physical development indexes (PDI) in the treatment group were increased by 14.96 and 9.82 respectively. There was a significant difference (X2=8.1659, P<0.01) in the abnormal intelligence rates between the treatment group (15.1%) and the control group (40.9%,). Conclusion: Combined acupuncture and rehabilitation can effectively improve the mental and physical development of high-risk infants with perinatal brain injuries. Additionally, this therapy can decrease the disability rates and increase the infants' quality of life.

Objective To assess the effective of helicobacter pylori in gallbladder malignant disease ,cholelithiasis ,cholecysti‐tis .Methods The literature about helicobacter pylori and gallbladder disease were collected in EMbase ,Pubmed ,VIP and CBM from inception to May ,2015 .Two reviewers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria , extracted the data ,and assessed the quality ,and then the meta‐analysis were performed by using Stata11 software .Results A total of 24 case control study were included .The results of meta‐analysis showed that ,helicobacter pylori had a higher incidence rate in gallbladder maliganant disease and cholelithiasis(OR=5 .31 ,95% CI:2 .34 -12 .05 ,P= 0 .000)and (OR=1 .84 ,95% CI:1 .13-2 .98 ,P=0 .014) compared with control group .Also it have influence on cholecystitis (OR= 9 .92 ,95% CI:4 .04 -24 .39 ,P=0 .000) .Conclusion Helicobacter pylori is a risk factor of inducing cholelithiasis and gallbladder malignancy disease ,cholecystitis .

Abstract Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) are a common severe complication during pregnancy, which is characterized by complex etiology, unclear pathogenesis and lack of effective tools for early diagnosis and prediction. Recently, the development of omics technology provides new insights into the research into HDP. Based on national and international publications from 2011 to 2022, this review summarizes the application of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and microbiomics in the pathogenesis and prediction of HDP, so as to provide insights into the prediction, prevention and precise treatment of HDP.

Objective To evaluate multi-slice spiral CT venography (MSCTV) and digital subtraction venography (DSV) in diagnosing iliac vein compression syndrome (IVCS) and secondary thrombosis. Methods The imaging materials, including MSCTV and DSV performed before and after the thrombolysis therapy, of 38 patients with clinically-suspected IVCS were collected. The inner diameters of the compressed iliac veins were measured on MSCTV images and the compression ratio was calculated. Usingχ2 test, the detection rates of IVCS by MSCTV and DSV were compared. Results Of 38 patients, IVCS was detected by MSCTV in 29, by pretreatment DSV in 20 and by post-treatment DSV in 29. The difference in the detection rate of IVCS between MSCTV and pre-treatment DSV was statistically significant (χ2=4.65, 0.010.05). Conclusion For the diagnosis of IVCS, MSCTV is superior to pre-treatment DSV in the diagnostic accuracy of iliac vein compression syndrome. Therefore, MSCTV should be used as the preferred method of examination.(J Intervent Radiol, 2015, 24:301-305)
