1.Effects of xy9902 on the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Aim To investigate the effects of xy9902 on the proliferation and differentiation in MC3T3-E1 cells and its mechanism. Methods Effects of xy9902 on the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells was determined by MTT and ALP activity measurement.Competitive estrogen-receptor binding assay was used to investigate the affinity of xy9902 to ER.Results xy9902 induced cell proliferation and increased alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity of MC3T3-E1 cells.Antiestrogen tamoxifen eliminated the stimulation of proliferation and ALP activity of MC3T3-E1 induced by xy9902.The relative binding affinity of xy9902 for ER? and ER? showed an IC_(50)of 8.45?10~(-6) mol?L~(-1) and 1.66?10~(-6) mol?L~(-1) respectively. Conclusion xy9902 directly stimulates cell proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells through ligand-receptor binding, which indicated that xy9902 behaves as an estrogen agonist in MC3T3-E1 cells.
2.Diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography for pancreatic head mass
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(12):1255-1258
The differential diagnosis of pancreatic head mass has been clinical difficulties.Endoscopic ultrasonography is now recognized as one of the sensitive and effective methods for the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases. This paper discusses the diagnostic performance of endo-scopic ultrasonography for various common types of pancreatic head mass,as well as the radiological features of this disease, reviews the di-agnostic value and safety of endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine needle aspiration for pancreatic head mass, and briefly introduces the advances in the application of additional new techniques of endoscopic ultrasonography for this disease. Finally,it is pointed out that endo-scopic ultrasonography has a high diagnostic value for pancreatic head mass.
3.Progress in additional new techniques of endoscopic ultrasound in treatment of pancreatic tumors
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2015;31(5):671-673
With the development of endoscopic techniques, the recent emergence of additional techniques of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) have provided a novel means for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic tumors, which has received more and more attention and recogni-tion from around the world. This article reviews the progress in additional new techniques of EUS in the treatment of common pancreatic tumors. Finally,we can conclude that the additional techniques of EUS have high therapeutic values for pancreatic tumors.
4.lnfluences of Rhodospirillaceae on immune function of mice
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the influences of Rhodospirillaceae on immune function of mice. Methods Four tests were performed in mice after 4 w medication with different doses of Rhodospirillaceae ig,including:1.The transformation of spleen lymphocyte(MTT method);2.The phagocytosis of macrophagocyte(semi-vivo method);3.The value of HC50; 4.The activity of NK cell(LDH method).Results1.The transformation of spleen lymphocyte;2.The phagocytosis of macrophagocyte, the Value of HC50 and the activity of NK cell in test groups were all raised, the differences were significant and very significant when compared with the control group.Couclusions Rhodospirillaceae could enhance the cellular and humoral immunity of mice.
5.Clinical analysis to 23 cases of acute laryngeal damage
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(01):-
Objective To research the way ro deal with the acute laryngeal damage. Methods Data of 23 cases with acute laryngeal damage were analyzed. Results Among 23 cases, there were 6 cases who received non-surgical treatment and their phonation were normal except one case who had mild hoarseness.Among 17 cases who had been performed operation,13 cases had normal phonation after operation.4 cases still had roughness of voice. There were 15 cases with normal respiration but two cases with larynostenosis and difficulty in decannulation. And these two cases were decannulated respectively after 2 months and 3 years after operation.15 cases made of 80% in all were cured and decannulated within 1 month. Conclusion Acute laryngeal damage patients should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible according to the damage degree so as to recover the laryngeal and tracheals function and prevent the sequelae and increase the cure rate.
6.Clinical analysis to 35 cases of noninvasive and invasive naso-sinus fungus
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(05):-
Objective To study the clinical features, diagnosis and management of nose and nasal sinusen fungus. Methods Different manner of surgical procedure was taken according to the areas and degree of pathological changes. The patients with noninvasive fungus were treated with radical maxillary sinusotomy(cald-well-Luc operation) or endoscopic sinus surgery. The patients with invasive form were undergone by the sinusotomy of enlarging areas, and combined with a postoperatively antifungal therapy. Results Twenty-six patients were involved in noninvasive fungus, and 25 cases in them were cured in single surgery through different manner.Nine patients were in invasive one,and 7 in them were also cured by single surgery in dfferent manner. One patient with invasivi fungus died 5 months postoperatively for extensive area and noneffective treatment although four surgical excisions were done. Conclusion CT scan is very important in their diagnosis, and the histopathology leads to identification of the fungus.Surgical removal is a radical kind of treatment. It is essential to exercise and open entirely the involved sinus cavity whatever type, and to enlarge areas for the extensive invasive fungus.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(10):-
Objective To report the surgical treatment results of cardiac and esophageal cancer of remnant stomach. Methods From 1980 to 2005,11 patients with cardiac and esophageal cancer of remnant stomach were treated surgically. Results Primary cardiac and esophageal carcinoma of remnant stomach developed in male patients more than females.Of 11 patients,7 underwent subtotal gastrectomy with Billroth Ⅱ reconstruction at first time. The mean interval between two operations was 13 years.Clinical symptoms frequently included abdominal distension, pain and hemorrhage.Thirty patients received radical resection. Conclusion Cancer in remnant stomach should be suspected in patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy 5 years and over have clinical symptoms of upper gastrointestinal tract.Early diagnosis and early curative resection should be done. For esophageal cancer of remnant stomachmcolon reconstruction after the resection of esophageal cancer is recommmended.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral infarction is not only a focal damage, but also causes secondary damage in areas remote from the ischemic territory, which will retard the recovery of neurological function.Ephrin receptor B2 (EphB2) plays an important role in the development and repair mechanism of central nervous system.Blocking the effect of EphB2 in brain by using a specific inhibitor may enhance proliferation and migration of endogeneous neuronal stem cells after experimental cerebral infarc- tion, improve neurological function and influence angiogenesis and neuroplasticity in remote sites. It is expected to become a new approach for decreasing damages in areas remote from the cerebral infarction and promoting the recovery of neurological function.
