In order to solve the problem of wide input range of photocurrent, aiming at the shortage of existing pulse signal acquisition system, an adaptive pulse signal acquisition system based on ADS125H02 is designed, which has high collection accuracy, low noise, anti-interference, wide input range, high integration, etc. The measurement range of the system can reach ±10 V, and the accuracy is 0.009 μV. Experimental tests show that the design of the system can extract weak pulse signals, and has good practicality.

2.A Comparative Analysis of Heart Rate Variability of Electrocardiogram and Pulse-wave Using Time Series.

The estimation of power spectrum based on the heart rate variability is studied to evaluate the variation of the tension and physiological workloads by the activity of the autonomic system as evaluation parameter. In this paper, we made an attempt to apply the pulse wave to estimate the variation of physiological condition quantitatively instead of the evaluation of power spectrum of HRV through electrocardiogram in the past by comparing and analyzing time series data for the similarity of the heart rate of electrocardiogram and pulse wave. For the similarity of two signals, we can get the likeness by calculating an average, a variance, a correlation coefficient, and the power peak and the shape of power spectral density from the time series data. In the experimental result, it is shown that same subject have a similar variation of time series and power spectrum density for electrocardiogram and pulse wave. As a result, it is expected to estimate a change of the tension and physical condition quantitatively through the evaluation of a power ~pectrum of HRV by Pulse Wave in the future.

4.QRS complex.

The QRS complex is a group of waves in the electrocardiogram (ECG), and represents ventricular activation. It usually consists of three wave forms. The Q wave is an initial negative wave at the onset of the QRS complex. The R wave is the first positive wave in the QRS complex, and appears at the onset of the QRS complex or following a Q wave. The S wave is a second negative wave in the QRS complex. The morphology of the QRS complex is useful in interpreting a 12-lead ECG because it provides clinical information regarding heart rate, QRS axis, heart position, rotation, and abnormal conduction in the ventricles.

6.Nonlinear Data Presentation Method for Chaotic Analysis of Heart Rate.

Strange attractor can be constructed from time series data such as heart sound. In the area of the recognition and diagnosis problem, signal presentation method is very important because good features can be detected from good presentation. This paper discusses a way to extract a cycle from strange attractor and introduce new attractor construction method using autocorrelation value of the heart rate. The result shows well-formed attractor and good ability for extraction features. Largest Lyapunov Exponent is used to check whether the attractors provide distinguish abilities among different types of heart rate. The result shows good points that can be applied to some areas of human signal processing.

7.Application of heart rate mathematical analysis for body functional state evaluation

Statistical analysis of 100 successive RR interval time in ECG, mean heart rate was carried out in 3 groups. The 1st group consisted of 23 healthy men, aged 19.3. The 2nd group consisted of 8 men, aged 21,6 and suffered from inconciousness during working time. The 3rd group consisted of 6 men, aged 19.2 with bad occupational adaptation. Results: heart rate index of 2nd and 3rd groups at rest clearly represented functional strain in comparison with that of 1st group were decreased, mean HR and SI were increased. After 30 and 60 minutes of stricly standing, all index of 3 groups were significantly greater than that at rest, but the index variation of the 1st group were higher than in 2nd and 3rd groups.

8.Fast Separation Method of Continuous Recording Data in Dynamic Electrocardiogram Database.

The square waves and pulses with obvious porter characteristics are inserted into each different adjacent existing dynamic electrocardiogram data to solve the time-consuming problem in the currently used manual input verification method. The standard database files are converted into analog siginals, then output automatically to the ECG acquisition device according to the sequence of the database files in one time. The data recorded in the acquisition equipment is separated according to the interval data protocol, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid digital examination of dynamic electrocardiogram.

Background:
Hemodynamic instability can occur with the pain from scalp incision to brain retraction during cranial neurosurgery.

To determine the hemodynamic outcomes of patients who received ropivacaine plus lidocaine scalp block.
Design:
Retrospective cohort study.
Setting:
Southern Philippines Medical Center, Davao City.
Participants:
44 patients given scalp block for cranial neurosurgery.
Main outcome measures
Heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and frequencies of tachycardia, hypertension, bradycardia, and hypotension from the time of scalp block administration to 15 minutes after scalp incision (observation period).

OBJECTIVETo analyze and evaluate practical significance of the ebb-flow theory of ying-qi.
METHODSBased on The Yellow Emperior's Internal Classic, the comparisons of the number of channels, collaterals and their bone-length measurement participating in ebb-flow of ying-qi, ying-qi ebb-flow theory with the practically respiratory-pulse ratio, human heart rate and pulse rate, human respiratory times, ying-qi ebb-flow theory with early channel theory, ying-qi ebb-flow theory with degrees of whole day, were tested and verified.
CONCLUSIONPractically, the ying-qi ebb-flow theory conforms few to human body, which possibly is an assumption of the ancients.
