Journal of Preventive Medicine 2024;36(11):988-991,995
Objective:
To analyze the trend in disease burden of stroke in Linping District, Hangzhou City from 2014 to 2023, so as to provide the basis for prevention and control of stroke.
Methods:
Data on incidence and mortality of stroke in Linping District from 2014 to 2023 were collected through the Chronic Disease and Death Cause Monitoring System of Hangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The disease burden was evaluated by calculating years of life lost (YLL), years lived with disability (YLD) and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) with reference to the methodology of the Global Burden of Disease Study, and standardized using the data of the seventh national population census in 2020. The trend was analyzed using average annual percent change (AAPC). The disease burden of stroke attributed to risk factors was calculated.
Results:
The crude incidence of stroke was 298.13/105 and the crude mortality was 62.72/105 in Linping District from 2014 to 2023. The YYL, YLD and DALY caused by stroke were 49 413.60, 8 197.68, and 57 611.28 person-years, respectively, with decreasing trends in YLL and DALY, and an increasing trend in YLD (AAPC=-12.663%, -10.427% and 3.035%, all P<0.05). The standardized YLL rate, standardized YLD rate and standardized DALY rate were 9.54‰, 1.53‰ and 11.07‰, respectively, showing decreasing trends (AAPC=-16.011%,-0.975% and -13.791%, all P<0.05). Higher standardized DALY rate (P<0.05) and slower decline were seen in men than in women (AAPC=-13.025% vs. -14.550%, both P<0.05). The highest DALY of stroke was attributed to combined risk factors (men, 18 754.05 person-years; women, 13 256.60 person-years), followed by hypertension (men, 12 231.23 person-years; women, 9 373.77 person-years). The DALY of stroke attributed to smoking was 15.67 times higher in men than in women, and the DALY of stroke attributed to a lack of exercise was 1.27 times higher in women than in men.
Conclusion
There was an overall decreasing trend in the disease burden of stroke in Lingping District from 2014 to 2023, with a higher disease burden in men. The coexistence of multiple risk factors had a greater impact on stroke.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2008;20(8):534-536
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound-guided 10 cores plus fixed-point prostate biopsy for diagnosing prostate cancer. Methods The serum PSA level of 181 patients were determined with ELISA.AU the patients underwent 10 cores plus fixed-point prostate biopsy under the guidance of transrectal ultrasound.Resuits 80 cases with prostate cancer(44.2%),63 cases with benign prostatic hypertrophy (34.8%),36 cases with prostatitis(19.9%),1 cage with tuberculosis(0.6%),and 1 cage with prostate leiomyoma(0.6%).When PSA WaS more than 20 μg/L,the incidence rate of prostate cancer was significantly higher than other PSA levels.Meanwhile,Gleason scores were increased with the advance of PSA levels (P<0.001).Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound-guided systematic 10 cores plus fixed-point prostate biopsy could significantly enhance the prostate cancer detection rate, and it was important in diagnosing prostate cancer for patients, especially when PsA was more than 20 μg/L.

Objective To evaluate the effect and the anti-tumor mechanism of nucleoside combination on human hepatoma cell line Bel-7402 with Arg-Gly-Asp sequence labeled by ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (RGD-USPIO).Methods The tumor cells Bel-7402 of logarithmic phlyhase were divided into experimental group and control group, treated with 1 mmol/L nucleoside combination and 1640 medium respectively. The two group were co-cultured for 48 h,and were added RGD-USPIO and co-cultured for 6 h.Then the two groups were proceeded with MR scanning, and the signal intensity of T2WI were measured. After extraction of the total RNA and protein of experiment group and control group, the expression of integrin avβ3 was detected using real-time PCR and Western blot. Results The T2WI signal intensity of experimental group (997.35±42.83) was higher than that of control group (241.05±15.36,t 28.79,P<0.01).Compared with control group, the expression of integrin αvβ3 mRNA in experimental group was (0.22±0.02) times (t=4.50,P<0.01).According to Western blot, the protein bands of experimental group were relatively lighter than that of control group, the expression of integrin αvβ3 in experimental group was lower (t =11.88,P<0.01).Conclusion Nucleoside combination has anti-tumor effect by inhibiting integrin ligand-receptor binding, and the anti tumor mechanism may be related to the induction of tumor cell apoptosis.MR molecular probes can conveniently and accurately evaluate the anti-tumor effect of nucleoside combination on Bel-7402 cells.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(9):865-867
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on the motor function and activity of daily living in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with medicine, while the patients in rehabilitation group were treated with comprehensive therapy, including medicine, physical therapy and neuromuscular electrical stimulation. They were assessed with the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), modified Barthel index (MBI), and the clinical defect of neurol function before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The scores of FMA and MBI improved significantly in both groups after treatment, and improved more in rehabilitation group than in control group (P<0.05). The effective rate was 75% in the rehabilitation group, and 56% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can promote the recovery of motor function and activity of daily living in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

Objective To observe the effects of early rehabilitation training on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expressionand motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly dividedinto rehabilitation group (n=24) and control group (n=24). The control group accepted routine medication, while the rehabilitation group acceptedearly rehabilitation training in addition. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), and the expression of BDNF in serumwas detected before and after treatment. Results The expression of BDNF and the score of FMA increased significantly after treatmentin both groups (P<0.05), but increased more in the rehabilitation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitationtraining can promote the expression of serum BDNF and recovery of motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
