1.Effects of taurine on platelet aggregation induced by benzo pyrene in vitro activation function
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;(1):116-118
The peripheral renous blood which were taken from healthy volunteers and platelet was isolated. Platelet samples were randomly divided into six groups. The effects of different concentration of taurine( Tau) on benzo py-rene( BAP) induced platelet aggregation in vitro activation function were investigated by detecting the maximum platelet aggregation rate, the positive expression rates of platelet membrane surface CD62P and PAC-1. The results showed that platelet maximum aggregation rate had significant differences between each concentration of BAP-Tau groups and solvent control group in adenosine diphosphate(ADP) and collagen induced (P<0. 01). The positive expression rates of platelet membrane surface CD62 P and PAC-1 in BAP-Tau high concentration group had signifi-cant differences compared with solvent control group ( P<0. 01 ) . Different concentration of Tau could antagonize platelet function damage induced by BAP with a concentration gradient change.

Objective: To examine the developmental characteristics of the pupils' emotion display rules and its relationship to the peer acceptance. Methods: A sample of 157 pupils' emotion display rules and peer acceptance in third and fifth grades were tested by clinical interview and social nomination. Results: Third-graders compared to fifth-graders were more knowledgeable about expression regulation, and used more self-protective display rules. Girls were proposed more norm-maintenance display rules than boys. Urban children compared to country children were more knowledgeable about expression regulation, and used more prosocial display rules. Self-protective display rules can predict peer rejection. Conclusion: Pupils' emotion display rules have different developing characteristics, and can predict peer rejection to a certain extent. The development of display rules is beneficial to moderate children's expression regulation and social development.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2025;56(3):329-335
Traditional experimental methods are insufficient in the study of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) supramolecular structure and hydration expansion performance, and information on interlayer anionic arrangement and structural water molecules cannot be obtained. Aspartic acid intercalated magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite was synthesized using coprecipitation and ion exchange. The structure of hydrotalcite precursor and its aspartic acid composite materials was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and infrared spectroscopy, and Materials Studio software was used to simulate the molecular dynamics of microstructure and hydration properties of LDHs intercalated with the aspartic acid drug. The prepared composite material had a regular layered structure and a single crystal phase. After intercalation with aspartic acid, the interlayer spacing increased from 0.84 nm to 1.13−1.17 nm; after intercalation, the thermal decomposition temperature of aspartic acid increased from 249 °C to 334 °C, greatly improving its thermal stability. The interlayer spacing of the intercalated hydrotalcite obtained from the experiment was close to the molecular dynamics simulation results when Nw=3−4. As more water molecules were inserted between the layers, the greater the interlayer distance became. Hydration energy increased gradually and tended to a certain value. The total number of hydrogen bonds increased gradually, the hydrogen bonds between laminates and anions decreased gradually, but the hydrogen bonds between laminates and water molecules increased gradually. The simulation results are close to the experimental results, which can lay a foundation for the design and synthesis of LDHs-based drug composites.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2017;29(3):184-187
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the laparoscopic radical resection and the conventional laparotomy for colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with colorectal cancer treated by surgery from March 2011 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, including 55 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery (laparoscopic group) and 51 patients treated by traditional surgery (conventional laparotomy group). The clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results The operation time in conventional laparotomy group was shorter than that in laparoscopic group [(141.2 ±40.6) min vs. (192.0±32.5) min, t=7.136, P<0.05]. The blood loss of the laparoscopic operation group was lower than that of conventional laparotomy group [(81.2 ±16.5) ml vs. (168.0 ±36.2) ml, t= 16.077, P< 0.05]. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospital stay time in laparoscopic surgery group were significantly shorter than those in the laparotomy group (t= 12.236, t= 9.524, all P< 0.05). There were no statistical differences in the number of captured lymph nodes, complications and the length of bowel resection between two groups (all P>0.05). There were no severe complications and death case in both groups. Patients were followed up for 10-60 months, and there were no significant differences on recurrence and metastasis between two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional laparotomy, laparoscopic radical resection is an effective method for the treatment of colorectal cancer with small trauma, less bleeding and fast recovery, which is worthy of clinical application.
