This paper focus on conductive education approach during exercise therapy of cerbral palsy childrens, which emphasis the children active participation in the exercises and their phsycological reactions. Its main feature is using the rythmicl intention, task analysis and task series as the tools to perform the goal - directed activities in group setting and carry it out in the children' s daily life. The current studies on the motor control and motor learning are reviwed in this paper as well.

Purpose:The current study analyzed the polymorp hisms of DNA repair gene XRCC1 and relationship between genetic variations and s usceptibility to lung cancer Methods:A case-control study of 111 patients with lung cancer a nd 210 normal residents as controls was conducted to detect XRCC1 polymorphisms at Arg399Gln loci . Genotypes were analyzed by PCR-based restriction fragment le ngth polymorphism(RLFP) techniques. Results:XRCC1 codon 399 heterozygous genotype Arg/Gln might hav e weaker protection effect on squamous cell carcinoma and reduce the risk of lun g cancer on smokers. Homozygous genotype Gln/Gln of XRCC1 codon 399 might increa se the risk of lung cancer and have synergistic effect with smoking. Conclusions:The results demonstrated that genetic polymorphism of XRCC1 DNA repair gene might contribute to the susceptibility to lung cancer a nd have synergistic effect with smoking.

Objective: To examine the effect of artificial fiber complexes (AFC) on growth and RBC membrane fluidity in comparison with three single fibers. Methods: 48 healthy, female Wistar rats (50-80 g) were randomly divided into 6 groups based on body weight. All five kinds of DF (cellulose, pectin, sodium alginate, cellulose pectin complex, cellulose sodium alginate complex) were given at a level of 10% in a lipid rich diet. The control group was fed lipid rich diet alone without DF. After 8 weeks, the effect on growth and development, lipid peroxidation, RBC membrane fluidity were studied. Results: 1.All DF groups did not affect the growth and development of the rats. 2.The fecal weight and its fat content in all DF groups were significantly higher than that in control group, especially for AFC group.3. All kinds of DF could increase serum SOD and GSH Px activities and reduce MDA content (except cellulose and sodium alginate group). RBC membrane fluidity was significantly increased in DF groups, and AFC groups were the most effective. Conclusion: All these kinds of DF have the effect of increasing RBC membrane fluidity, and AFC is the best.

Objective To explore the diagnostic values of adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity,C-readive protein (CRP) content and IFN-γ content for tuberculous pleurisy.Methods Fifty-nine cases with tuberettlous pleurisy,20 cases malignant tumor with pleural fluid and 12 cases of the other pleural fluid were studied,ADA activity,CRP content and IFN-γ content of pleurnl fluid and serum were detected in those patients.Results The pleural fluid activity of ADA[(50.98±13.07)U/L],content of CRP[(142.90±51.42)mg/L]and content of IFN-γ [(139.46±70.43)ng/L] in tuberculous pleurisy were significantly higher than those in malignant tumor and the other pleural fluid (P＜0.05 or＜0.01).When regarded 45 U/L as critical value of ADA in tnberculous pleurisy,the sensitive rate,special rate and clinical diagnose accordance rate were 80.4%,96.9%and 86.4%respectively,110,mg/L as critical value of CRP,they were 78.6%,81.2%,and 79.5% respectvely.100 ng/L as critical value of IFH-γ,they were 83.9%,93.8% and 87.5% respeelively.Combined detection of them in tuberculous pleurisy,the sensitive tale,specinl rate and clinical diagnose accordance rate were 94.5%,97.8% and 94.3% respectively.Conclusion Combined delection of ADA activity,CRP content and IFN-γ content in pleural fluid can improve the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.

Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Rhizoma belamcandae by using high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector/electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD/ESI-MS).Methods: Dried Belamcanda chinensis powder was extracted with 70% ethanol by sonication.The chromatographic separation was performed on a YMC ODS-C18 column (250 mm?4.6 mm I.D.,5 ?m) with a mobile phase composed of 20%CH3OH(A)-70%ACN(B) (0→30→45→65 min,20→30→90→100 B),eluted at a flow rate of 0.45 ml/min,and the UV detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.Positive ionization mode with a needle voltage of 5 000 V,a capillary voltage of 20 V,a gas(N2)press of 20 psi and a temperature of the drying gas of 300℃ was selected.Relative molecular mass data acquisition was performed from m/z 250 to 550 in full MS scan mode.Results: Nine major isoflavones were identified from Rhizoma belamcandae based on their retention behavior obtained on-line by their UV spectra and the HPLC-DAD/ESI-MS.Conclusion: A rapid and efficient HPLC-DAD/ESI-MS method for identifying the chemical constituents of Belamcandae chinensis has been established,which provides more scientific information for quality control of Rhizoma belamcandae.

OBJECTIVE:To compare whether the numbers and species of strains of5probiotic products for medical pur-poses sold in the market are in line with those stated on the labels.METHODS:Viable count of probiotic products was per-formed by selective plating count method and species of the isolated strains were analyzed and identified using16S rDNA se-quencing.RESULTS:Regarding viable count,only one of the total25batches of samples in5products was lower than that stated on the label.As for species,of the10isolated strains,3failed to be in consistent with that stated on the label.CONCLU_ SIONS:For the5products investigated,inconformity was noted between strain species and that stated on the labels,however,the same viable counts are noted between the products and that stated on the labels.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of external fixator with lumbopelvic distraction spondylodesis in treatment of vertically unstable pelvic fractures. Methods From January 2008 to March 2009, 9 patients (4 males and 5 females) with a vertically unstable pelvic fracture were treated with modular external fixator with lumbopelvic distraction spondylodesis. According to the classification of Tile, 9fractures were classified as type C. This fixation construct comprises a vertical lumbopelvic distraction component which fixed L4.5 and the posterior superior iliac spine and a transverse fixation which fixed anterior iliac spine with external fixator. Results All patients were followed up 12-18 months after surgery, with an average of 14.3 months. Postoperative X-ray showed satisfactory reduction of pelvic fracture. Pelvic fractures healed in all patients without loss of reduction 3-6 months after operation. According to Matta reduction evaluation criteria, 6 patients were excellent and 3 good. For the two patients with sacral neurological injuries,appropriate surgical decompression was performed to improve the symptom and minimize the deformity. No iatrogenic complications of neurovascular injury occurred. Patients now walk unassistedly without pain in the waist or legs, and with no shortening of lower limbs or claudication. By considering symptom and satisfactory scores, the Majeed functional assessment revealed that seven patients had excellent results and two good at one year. Conclusion External fixator with lumbopelvic distraction spondylodesis that allowed early mobilization and ambulation, with general applicability and definite safety, is an effective surgical technique for the treatment of vertically unstable pelvic fracture.

Objective　To find out the appropriate bedbound period after Coronary Arteriography (CAG) in order to reduce the complications and uncomfort caused by prolonged Bedbound period and affected limb immobilization.Methods　121 cases of CAG patients were randomly divided into the reduced period group (experiment group) and the conventional group (the control group),two ways of nursing and observation respectively.Result　the rate of complication occurred in the experiment group much less than that of in the control group and the bedbound period were different as well.The above items showed statistics significance (P<0.005～0.05).Conclusion　The reduced bedbound period decreases the suffering of CAG patients and provides the reliable clinical evidence for proper nursing approach in this field.

Objective To investigate the expression of Aiolos transcription factor in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),and to explore their clinical significance.Methods Western blot was performed to detect the protein expression of Aiolos transcription factor in PBMCs from 19 patients with active SLE,13 patients with stable SLE and 30 healthy volunteers.The relationship between the expression of Aiolos transcription factor and SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) was analyzed.Results A significant difference was noted in the relative expression of Aiolos transcription factor between SLE patients and normal controls(0.56±0.17 vs 0.81±0.09,P<0.01) and between patients in active stage and those in stable stage (0.52±0.14 vs 0.65±0.19,P<0.05).In addition,the expression level of Aiolos protein was negatively correlated with SLEDAI in patients (r=-0.65,P<0.01).Conclusion A decrease is observed in the expression of Aiolos transcription factor in SLE patients.which is correlated with the disease activity in SLE.

Objective To investigate the alteration of cell proliferation and heparin-binding epidermal-growth-factor-like growth factor(HB-EGF)mRNA expression in cultured normal human keratinocytes after acitretin treatment.Methods After a 12-hour incubation with 0.1 and 1 ?mol/L acitretin in normal human keratinocytes,the proliferation potency of the cells was detected by MTT colorimetric assay and the expression of HB-EGF mRNA was examined by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results Both keratinocytes growth inhibition and HB-EGF mRNA expression was dose-dependently induced by acitretin.Treatment with 0.1 and 1 ?mol/L acitretin inhibited keratinocyte proliferation by 10.2% and 14.4%,and elevated HB-EGF mRNA by 3.2-and 7.1-fold,respectively.Conclusion Upregulated HB-EGF mRNA expression induced by acitretin in normal human keratinocytes may be involved in regulating keratinocyte growth inhibition after acitretin treatment.
