1.The effect of cervical conization on the outcome of subsequent fertility and adverse pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;(1):130-132
Objective To evaluate the effect of cervical conization on the outcome of subsequent fertility and adverse pregnancy. Methods 87 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)patients cured by cervical coniza-tion were choosed as observation group. And randomly 90 cases women from pregnancy clinic were choosed as control group.the pregnancy outcomes were compared beween the two groups. Results The observation group:pregnancy rate was 88.5%(77 cases). The control group:pregnancy rate was 91.1%(82 cases)(P >0.05).The difference was not statistically significant. The observation group:premature rate was 14.9%(13 cases)and PROM rate was 17.2%(15 cases),which were higher than 6.7% and 8.9% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (χ2 =3.45,3.04,all P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the abortion rate and cesarean section rate. (χ2 =0.02,0.15,all P <0.05)Conclusion Cervical conization has no obvious effect on the ability of pregnancy, abortion rate and cesarean section rate, but the premature rate and rate of premature rupture of membranes increase.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(09):-
Objective To establish the prevalence of renal involvement in a large group of patients with type 2 diabetes and evaluate several risk factors of early stages and advanced stages of albuminuria. Methods Five hundred and sixty-six patients(265 males, mean age:57.8?13.3 years, diabetes duration 8.35?6.4 years;301 females, mean age:60.0?12.4 years, diabetes duration 9.9?7.3 years) from the endocrinology unit of Beijing Tongren hospital were included in this study. Urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),age ,diabetes duration, arterial blood pressure, body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio(WHR),fasting blood glucose(FBG),HbA1c,lipid profile were evaluated. Results The prevalence of microalbuminuria, macroalbuminuria was 24.6% and 16.8% respectively. On logistic regression analysis, using the presence or absence of microalbuminuria as dependent variable, arterial blood pressure and, fasting blood glucose were included in the model in both males and females. When analyzing patients with microalbuminuria vs those with macroalbuminuria, in females, arterial blood pressure and triglycerides were included in the model. In males, only blood pressure was included in the mole. Conclusions High fasting blood glucose and arterial blood pressure were independent risk factors of microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetic patients .High arterial blood pressure and disorder in lipid profile were independently associated with macroalbuminuria.

Objective To investigate the role of homocysteine(Hcy)and homocysteine thiolactone(HcyT)in the development of macrovascular complications in patients with type 2 DM.Methods A total of 160 subjects were recruited in this study:40 healthy controls,120 with type 2 DM.Plasma Hcy levels were measured by Polarization Immunoassay(FPIA),and HcyT concentrations were monitored using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)on a reversephase C18 column with ultraviolet detection.Plasma folic acid and Vitamin B12 levels were measured with radioimmunoassay method. Results Plasma Hcy and HcyT concentrations in type 2 DM patients were significantly higher than healthy controls[Hcy:9.28(7.51~11.82)?mol/L vs 5.64(5.17~8.00)?mol/L,P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To explore the microneurosurgical treatment of recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors. Methods The clinical data on the microsurgical parameters, operative procedures, operative efficacy and post-operative complications of 16 cases with recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors from June 1993 to June 2002 were reviewed retrospectively. Results Under the operative microscope, the tumors were totally removed in 10 cases, subtotally in 4 cases, and partially in 2 cases. Fllowed up from 5 months to 8 years, 11 cases recovered well, 4 cases suffered from moderate disability, and 1 case died. Preoperative CT or MRI scan, knowledge of the anatomy and structures, and skillful operative techinique all were important to microsurgical treatment of recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors. Conclusion Once diagnosis of recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors, the operative treatment is effective. Radiation therapy for the malignant tumors or incompletely removed recurrent tumors is necessary.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(23):-
Objective To analyse the clinical characteristics of male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Methods Clinical data of 87 cases of male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism were retrospectively analyzed. Results Mean age was(18.8?4)years old,and 25 patients were diagnosed as Kallman syndrome. The level of serum LH,FSH,and T was low,and LH responded poorly to GnRH stimulation. Most patients' bone age was delayed, and all patients' CT or MRI of pituitary was normal. Conclusion According to the above clinical features, and testosterone replacement or hCG and/or plus hMG are the choice of treatment.

BACKGROUND: Decoy receptor 1 (DcR1), which acts as decoy receptors, is resistant to apoptosis induction by related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL). OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of the DcR1 (TRAIL-R3) protein in human herniated and normal lumbar intervertebral discs (IVD). METHODS: The expression and distribution of DcR1 proteins were assessed by using immunohistochemistry in 20 herniated lumbar IVD and 8 normal lumbar IVD tissues samples following discoidectomy from January to September 2010. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Percentage of nucleus pulposus and anulus fibrous cells with DCR1 expression was obviously more in the herniated group than in normal IVD group. The current results indicate that the expression of DCR1 rises after herniation.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism of N 5,10 methy lenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene and the susceptibility to diabetic microangiopathy (DMAP) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) of Han nationality in north China. Methods By PCR RFLP, MTHFR C677T mutation was detected in 229 type 2 diabetic patients, including 102 non complication diabetics (NCD group), 67 diabetic nephropathy (DN group) and 60 diabetic retinopathy (DR group), and 62 healthy persons as control (CON group). Results The frequency of homozygous BB genotype and allele B in DN and DR were significantly higher than that in NCD and CON, but NCD and COD showed similar frequency of BB genotype and allele B. Conclusion In type 2 DM of Han nationality in north China, there is a strong correlation between the polymorphism of MTHFR gene and DMAP, and the allele B may be a susceptibile gene of DMAP.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(5):420-
Objective To observe clinical effects of fleabane injection treating patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods One hundred and sixty cases with UAP were randomly recruited into two groups: a control group (including 80 patients) received Asprin and Nitrate medication, and a treatment group(including 80 patients) received fleabane injection (20 mg/d, ivdrip) on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed significantly better clinical effects and electrocardiograph. Conclusion Fleabane injection has obvious clinical effects for treating patients with UAP.
