1.Inhibitory effect of RRTJ and NoniJ on growth of human ovarian cancer cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2006;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of rose roxburghii tratt juice(RRTJ) and morinda citrifolia juice(NoniJ) on the growth of human ovarian cancer cell line COC_2 in vitro. Methods Three treatment groups(RRTJ alone,NoniJ alone,RRTJ plus NoniJ) were used respectively to incubate with COC_2 cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Inhibitory effect of juice on cells was determined by counting the living cells.Flow CytoMeter(FCM) was used to investigate the cell cycle, and Hoechst 33258 fluorescent staining method for examining the cellular apoptosis.LDH released into medium was measured to evaluate the virulent effect of juice on the mononuclear cells. Results The inhibition of RRTJ to the growth of COC_2 was dose-dependent.After incubating with RRTJ(concentration from 4 ?l/ml-16 ?l/ml) for 48 h,the cells were arrested in G0/G1 phase(P
2.Challenges in the U.S.healthcare system and their implications for China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(2):32-37
This article discusses challenges in the current U .S.healthcare system and their fundamental cau-ses.Such challenges include increasing health expenditure , deficiency and excess in health service utilization , worse health outcomes than other developed countries , and insufficient GP numbers .We suggest that mistakes in early healthcare legislation and an imperfect health management system are the primary causes for these problems .Implica-tions for China ’ s current ongoing healthcare reform are outlined .We draw on the experience in the U .S.and other developed countries but keep China ’ s unique features in mind .Factors that need to be considered in China are ensu-ring the right of healthcare for all , giving full play to the role of government and primary medical institutions , strengthening support for GPs , reforming payment modes , controlling the growth of health expenditure , strengthening legislation, and handling medical accidents and disputes reasonably .
3.Research Progress of Therapy for Chronic Constipation
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(6):380-382
Chronic constipation is a common clinical disorder, which has different influences on patients’quality of life and work. With the increase in pressure and pace of modern life, the aging of population, the changes in dietary pattern and the challenge of social psychological problems, the overall prevalence of chronic constipation in general population is increasing in recent decades. However, the therapeutic efficacy of chronic constipation is still not satisfactory. This article reviewed the advances in study on treatment of chronic constipation.
4.The Diagnostic Value of the C_2 “Hypertrophic sign” in the Axis Fracture on the Conventional Radiography
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the C 2 “hypertrophic sign” in the axis fracture. Methods 37 cases with C 2 fracture confirmed by radiography,CT and operation partly retrospectively analysed, there were 29 men and 8 woman. After trauma all cases were examined by X-ray and 11 cases by CT scan.27 cases underwent operation. Results The incidence rate of the C 2 “hypertrophic sign” was 53.13%.This sign characterized by the distance increased between the anterior and posterior of the axis on the lateral conventional radiography compared with that of C 3 vertebrae. The maximal increasing distance was 11 mm and minimal one was 2.3 mm with average 4.3 mm.Fracture line and swollen soft tissue in front of the vertebra were showed in some cases. Conclusion The C 2 “hypertrophic sign” is main radiographic sign of C2 fracture.
5.THE INHIBITORY EFFECT OF ACTINIDIA CHINENSIS PLANCH ON THE ENDOGENOUS FORMATION OF N-NITROSO COMPOUNDS IN SUBJECTS FROM A HIGH- RISK AREA FOR GASTRIC CANCER
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
The inhibitory effect of Actinidia chinensis Planch(ACP) juice on the endogenous formation of N-nitroso compounds (NOC) in the subjects from a high-risk area for gastric cancer were observed. Total concentration of volatile N-nitrosamines(VNA)in fasting gastric juice and 24-h urinary excretion of N-nitrosoproline (NPRO) were used as indices of endogenous exposure. After iagestion of 30 ml ACP juice the average total VNA concentration was significantly decreased from 2.08?1.06?g/L to 0.42?0.43?g/L (p
6.Progress in researches on the mechanisms of Morinda citrifolia L.
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Morinda citrifolia L.(noni) has been used as a folk remedy for thousands of years and reported to have a broad range of therapeutic effects.Recent studies of noni have indentified some of its useful pharmacologic compounds and indicated its anti-cancer and anti-oxidation mechanisms. The recent advances in noni researches are reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;22(8):124-128
Standardization, objectification, and normalization of TCM syndromes are emphasis, difficulty, and hot issue of inheritance and development of TCM.With the technological development of computer and extensive application of multi-disciplinary integration, research methods for the identification of TCM syndrome classification emerge in endlessly. This article analyzed the application status of multivariate statistical analysis in the identification of TCM symdrome classification, summarized application status and existing problems of cluster analysis, PCA and factor analysis, discriminant analysis and Logistic regression analysis, and structure equation model in the identification of TCM symdrome classification, which provided references for further studies on identification methods of TCM symdrome classification.

Objective The research aimed to probe into the complications of the treatment that endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and endoscopic sphincterotomy (ERCP/EST) combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for the patients suffered from gallstone disease combined with common bile duct stones and investigate the nursing methods. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients suffered from gallstone disease combined with common bile duct stones were included in this retrospective analysis. At first, they underwent the treatment of ERCP/EST,and underwent LC in 1 to 5 days later. All the clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results Of all the patients,104 patients successfully underwent the treatment of ERCP/EST.And of the 104 patients,100 patients successfully underwent LC,the other 4 patients underwent open cholecystectomy.Nineteen complicated with acute pancreatitises, one with hemorrhage and two suffered from infections of bile duct were observed in this study. Conclusions Combination of ERCP/EST with LC is a safe and effective treatment for gallstone disease combined with common bile duct stones. The preoperative psychological counseling, and the surveillance and nursing of complications play significant roles in the successful treatment.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Exelon and the high pressure oxygen uniting to treat the old-age period of dementia and influence of Exelon on plasma transforming growth factor ?(TGF-?), insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in patients with elderly dementia. Methods 172 cases with ?lzheimer's diseases (AD) and 202 cases with vascular dementia (VD) were randomly divided into Exelon group, high pressure oxygen group, uniting group (taking Exelon and doing the high pressure oxygen together) and piracetam group. The MMSE scores were graded before and after treatment. TGF-?, IGF-1 and ICAM-1 were detected in Exelon group before and after treatment. Results MMSE scores had improved in Exelon group, high pressure oxygen group and uniting group after the treatment in AD group and VD group (all P
