2.Study pediatric fundus imaging techniques to improve the diagnosis of retinal diseases in children
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(3):237-242
Fundus photograph, angiography, optical coherence tomography, ultrasonography and other image technology and visual electrophysiology can provide a wealth of information for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric retinal diseases. However,it put forward higher requirements on pediatric retinal imaging equipment and techniques which will be quite different from adult, because of pediatric retinal disease has its own characteristics, such as disease spectrum, pathogenesis, and pathophysiology. The principles and methods of image results interpretation on adult were not quite ready for children. It is necessary to further study the fundus imaging techniques suitable for children, gradually establish standardized examination procedures and clinical interpretation system,to promote the diagnosis of retinopathy in children.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
The segmental distribution of sensory and motor neurons in Neiguan (内关P6) acupoint areas was studied respectively in 8 rabbits with a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) method. The labeled neurons were found in C5-T1 segments of the spinal ganglia and in C7-T1 segments of the spinal cords (injected sides). Most labeled neurons were found concentrated in C8 and T1 of the spinal ganglia, and principally located in the circumferental areas of the spinal ganglia (47.27%). In spinal cord, the labeled neurons were located in the lateral areas of the ventral horns and the juncture of it and the lateral horns (Ⅷ-Ⅸlayers). In addition, the relation of the relative specifity of acupoints to the distributional segments of the neurons and its concentration was discussed.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of microRNA-499 (miR-499)levels in acute myocardial infarction (AMI)diagnosis. Methods Retrieve Articles,Wanfang,China Knowledge Network,NCBI PubmMed,EMBSASE database 2010~2015 years met the inclusion criteria published abroad in relation to miR-499 diagnosis ten cases of human AMI litera-ture.The quality of the sudies was evaluated by QUADAS tools through a comprehensive analysis of the random effects model effect size, the use of meta-disc 1.4 software for statistical analysis software. Results Ten studies met the included criteria. The summary estimates for miR-499 diagnosis of MI sensitivity was 83% (95% CI,0.81 ~ 0.85),specificity of 81% (95% CI,0.78~0.83),positive predictive value of 4.53 (95% CI,3.12~ 6.58),negative predictive value was 0.22 (95% CI,0.14~0.33),diagnostic odds ratio 22.73 (95% CI,10.78~47.93).The area under the curve (AUC)for miR-499 was 0.90 with Q value of 0.84.Conclusion MiR-499 has high diagnostic value for acute myocardial infarction.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
Aging changes of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) -immuno reactive neurons in the locus coeruleus were examined in young (3 month-old). adult(12 month-old) and aged(20 month-old) Wistar male rats, using the IGSS method and image quantitative analysis. The results obtained are as follows: ① The number of TH-immunoreactive neurons docreased markedly (P

Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(7):692-696
Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are a small subset of cancer cells in the tumor, which possess the exclusive ability to proliferate indefmitely and multiple differentiation. These tumor cells play a crucial role in the maintenance of malignant proliferation, drug resistance, metastasis and recurrence.Majority of ocular malignancies have the properties of high recurrence, metastasis and poor prognosis.Recently,CSCs was found to exist in the ocular malignancies, also might be involved in the tumor initiation and progression. This article reviews the research progress on CSCs in ocular malignancy.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2000;0(04):-
Objective To explore the changes of multifocal electroretinogram (mERG) before and after retinal detachment surgery and its clinical significance. Methods Eighteen patients suffered from rhegmatogenous retinal detachment underwent mERG before and after surgery using VERIS Science TM 4.0. The mERG at different area was compared between preoperative and postoperative surgery. Results Preoperatively, the latencies of a wave and b wave in detached area were statistically longer than in attached area ( t =4.541 and 6.784, P

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the factors and effective preventive method of nosocomial lower respiratory(infection) after general anesthesia through trachea intubation.METHODS Using bacterial culture and identification technique to detect the samples collected from pipe and the sides of anesthetic machine, from disposable virus/(bacteri)a respiratory filter and buccal and bronchial secretion of patients with general anesthesia through trachea(intubation.) RESULTS Eight of 15 anesthetic machines without disinfection were with positive bacterial culture. All sides of virus/bacteria respiratory filter, and buccal and bronchial secretion of patients during operation had same(bacteria.) No bacteria growth was found in anesthetic machine and disposable virus/bacteria respiratory filter used after operation. The same bacteria as from buccal secretion were isolated from anesthetic machine in patients(without) using virus/bacteris respiratory filter.CONCLUSIONS The(results) showed the anesthetic machine is more easy to be contaminated by patients, and the reuse of anesthetic machine is an important factor for nosocomial(lower) respiratory infection after general anesthesia through trachea intubation.Intensifying periodic disinfection of(anesthetic) machine and using virus/bacteria respiratory filter can prevent contamination between anesthetic(machine) and patients and decrease nosocomial lower respiratory(infection) after operation.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ulinastatin on capillary injury improvement of renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever and renal leakage. Methods Patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table. The experimental group(25 cases)was given with ulinastatin and the control group(25 cases) was given 5% sugar solution as a blank control. All patients were treated with nutritional support ,rehydration , prevention of bleeding and other symptoms. In addition, according to the number of days of fever in the experimental group, the patients were divided into two groups. The experimental group A(9 cases)had fever 1 ~ 4 days;the experimental group B(16 cases)had fever 5 ~ 7 days. All patients were measured in microalbuminuria ,serum creatinine, plasma albumin and other clinical indicators after 7 day treatment. Results Compared with the control group, microalbuminuria of the experimental group was significantly decreased;Creatinine recovery rate was faster than that in the control group;Plasma albumin had significantly increased; The number of symptomatic days of concurrent perfusion of other tissues had also significantly reduced. Compared with the experimental group B , microalbuminuria of the experimental group A was significantly decreased;Creatinine recovery rate was faster than that in the experimental group B;Plasma albumin had significantly increased; The number of symptomatic days of concurrent perfusion of other tissues was also significantly reduced. Conclusion Ulinastatin could effectively treat vascular injury and syndrome due to capillary leakage caused by epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus ,and the best effect occurs in early application in the fever.
