Objective:To explore effect of Shao Pai febrile diseases nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of lung and kidney deficiency type. Methods:From January 2019 to August 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 100 patients with COPD of lung and kidney deficiency type in the Respiratory Department, Shaoxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the nursing group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional nursing, while the nursing group conducted Shao Pai febrile diseases nursing on the basis of conventional nursing, and the intervention was continued for three months. The modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) and St George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) were used to evaluate the influence of dyspnea on quality of life. The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) , FEV1 as a percentage of predicted force vital capacity (FEV1%) , and peak expiratory flow (PEF) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the dyspnea in the nursing group was better than that in the control group, and the total score of SGRQ and the scores of each dimension were lower than those in the control group, and the FEV1, FEV1% and PEF were higher than those in the control group, and the above differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The Shao Pai febrile diseases nursing can further improve the lung function of patients with COPD of lung and kidney deficiency type, reduce the degree of dyspnea, and improve the quality of life of the patients.

Objective:Discuss and analyze the mechanisms of spine fine adjusting through the observation of the therapeutic effect in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)and the conversion of cervical curvature. Methods: Randomly divide 106 CSR patients into two groups–manipulation therapy group and traction therapy group,53 for each.Judge the therapeutic effect by evaluation scales and measure the cervical curvature on X-ray photographs. Results:The symptoms and physical signs of the patients in both two groups have been improved(P
