Objective To analyze the perioperative conditions and long-term survival of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods 119 patients with NSCLC underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy from January 2006 to December 2012 were enrolled in the study, then collecting and analyzing their perioperative indicators, pathological results and follow-up data. Results 9 patients converted to thoracotomy with a conversion rate of 7.0 %. The median operation time, the median intraoperative blood loss and off-bed activity time were 170 min (65~440 min), 90 ml (15~3 000 ml) and (32.9 ± 16.3) h after operation respectively. The time and amount of postoperative drainage, the length of hospital stay were (6.7 ± 3.2) d, (1 690.0 ± 410.5) ml, (9.2 ± 4.0) d respectively. The incidence of perioperative mortality and postoperative complications were 0.8 %, 13.4 % respectively. For postoperative pathological type, 96 cases of adenocarcinoma, 19 cases of squamous carcinoma, 2 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma and 2 cases of large cell carcinoma. For discharge patients, the median follow-up time was 34.5 months (0 ~ 102 months). The incidence of local recurrence and distant metastasis in observation group were 5.0 % and 17.6 % respectively. 1-year overall survival (OS) and disease free survival (DFS) were 85.3 % and 79.5 %, 3-year OS and DFS were 69.8 % and 64.8 %, 5-year OS and DFS were 60.8 %and 58.6 % respectively. There was no significant difference in 1-year, 3-year and 5-year OS and DFS between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma (P > 0.05) while there were significant difference in local recurrence and distant metastasis among different stages (P < 0.05). In addition to slightly low OS, DFS of Ⅲ a , Ⅲ b and Ⅳ DFS and OS, the overall living conditions among all stage were similar. Conclusions The long-term survival condition of thoracoscopic lobectomy for NSCLC is ideal, and it’s a safe and effective operation, worthy of clinical promoting.

Experiment Ⅰ. Twenty-eight rats were randomly assigned into Near-Infrared Information Radiation (NIIR) group and control group. Two weeks later each rat was innoculated intraperitoneally with Salmonella typhosa H antigen (HAg) and cyclophosphamide (CY). Peripheral lymphocyte counts in the NIIR group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the fifth day after administration of CY. Experiment Ⅱ, Fifty-four rats were randomly divided into NIIR group given CY and H Ag intraperitoneally, CY and H Ag group and H Ag group for treatment. By the end of the fourth week, the survival rate and serum IgG level in the NIIR group were significantly higher than those in the CY and HAg group. By the end of 2nd week, the titer of the anti-H antibody of the HAg group and NIIR group was significantly higher than that of the CY and HAg group. Experiment Ⅲ. Thirty rats were randomly allocated to NIIR group and control group. Spleen cells were taken and cultured with Con A for 24h to induce IL-2 and the activity of IL-2 in the NIIR group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The NK activity in NIIR group was higher but not significant and ADCC in the NIIR group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The results suggest that NIIR is capable of enhancing immunoreaction in immunosuppressive bodies by promoting the function recovery of T helper cells, therefore NIIR is effective to regulate the immunological function on chronic active hepatitis.

Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is a disorder of calcium metabolism, which is characterized by elevated blood calcium and PTH urine calcium, which is easy to involve multiple systems. The disease is mainly caused by a benign adenoma of parathyroid tissue, a few of which are parathyroid hyperplasia or parathyroid adenocarcinoma. As awareness of physical examination increased, the proportion of asymptomatic PHPT patients gradually increased. The disease can be cured by surgical resection of the parathyroid gland, most of which is a real good prognosis, but a few of them are complex and difficult to diagnose and treat. At present, there continue to be many controversies about the diagnosis and treatment of PHPT.This article is a review of the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of PHPT.

Aim To study the inhibitory effect of isoquercitrin on Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway in HepG2 cells. Methods MTT was used to detect the proliferation of human liver cancer HepG2 cells after the treatment of isoquercitrin. The morphology and growth of cells were observed under inverted microscope after the different concentrations of isoquercitrin(0, 40, 80, 160, 320 μmol·L-1) to treat HepG2 cells for 24 and 48 h.Cell cycle was assessed by flow cytometry.Ras, Raf, MEK, ERK expression was assayed by Western blot, and mRNA expression was detected by quantitative fluorescence PCR.Results Isoquercitrin could inhibit the growth of HepG2 cells in a concentration-and time-dependent manner.Typical morphological changes of apoptosis were observed by inverted microscopy after HepG2 cells were treated with different concentrations of of isoquercitrin for 24 h or 48 h.The cell cycle assay showed that with the increasing concentration of isoquerditrin, the number of cells that was arrested in G1 phase gradually increased.Compared with the blank group, the expressions of Ras, Raf, MEK, ERK mRNA were down-regulated, and related proteins expression were also down-regulated(P<0.05), and these results had statistical significance. Conclusion Isoquercitrin can induce the apoptosis of HepG2 cells, which may be related to the Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway.
