ObjectiveTo study the clinical value and efficacy of intracranial hemorrhage smashpuncture needle with YL-1 type disposable under CT monitoring in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.MethodsThe data of 80 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients who accepted the transcranial puncture under CT monitoring application of YL-1 type disposable intracranial hemorrhage smash puncture needle and drainage of hemorrhage,punctuated with urokinase washout and drainaged residual blood clot.Evaluation criteria:hemorrhage volume reduction,average operation time,preoperative and postoperative Glasgow coma scale(GCS) score,the clinical effect of long-term follow-up.ResultsOperation time was 15-45 (25.0 ± 2.8) minutes;hemorrhage volume was reduced by an average of 30％-80％ (56.8 ± 3.2)％,the average increase of GCS was(2.3 ±0.3) scores,10 cases death in 80 patients,70 survivors' activities of daily living (ADL) assessments:grade ADL 1 in 17 cases ( 24.3 ％ ),grade ADL2 in 36 cases( 51.4％ ),grade ADL3 in 13 cases ( 18.6％ ),grade ADL4 in 3 cases(4.3％ ),grade ADL5 in 1 case ( 1.4％ ).ConclusionsYL-1 type disposable intracranial hemorrhage smash puncture needle under CT monitoring in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is a simple,fast and accurate positioning,without craniotomy and blood transfusion,safe and effective operation,but should pay attention to operation indications.

Objective To study the hemostnsis effects of compression cords oppressing after femoral artery puncture and encheiresis. Methods Self-made compression cords were used to stop bleeding of femoral artery puncture sites in 2164 patients underwent 3046 cases of arteriopuncture encheiresis. The total eases were divided into group A (1482 eases) and group B (1564 cases) according to different treatment of oppression and breaking duration which were 8-10 hours for group A and 5-6 hours for group B, the hemostasis effects, discomfortableness and related complications within two groups were evaluated. Results The proportion of patients who got good hemostasis effects were 99.2% in group A, 99.0% in group B. There was no difference in hemostasis effects between two groups (P> 0.05). While the rate of discomfortableness in group A (63.8%) was higher than that in group B(42.9%) (P<0.05). The related serious complications were 2 patients in group A, but no occurred in group B. Conclusion Self-made compression cords op- pressing and 5-6 hours breaking time course can achieve both finer hemostasis effect and lower frequency of complications after femoral artery puncture and encheiresis.

Objective To investigate significance of interferon-γ/interleukin-4(IFN-γ/IL-4) and macrophages in uterus in early embryo loss (or resorption), and to elucidate the anti-abortive effect and the immunological modulation at maternal-fetal interface with quercetin and bornvl acetate. Methods Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)(0.10μg/mouse)was injected via tail vein in order to induce abortion in 7-day-gestation mice which received quercetin and bornvl acetate at days 4-7 of gestation. Levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in uterus lysate supernatant were measured using enzyme-linked immuno-absorbent assay (ELISA), and uterine macrophages of each group ( n =10) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The amount of macrophages was much higher in the uteri of LPS-induced abortion mice than that in control mice. The abortion rate of mouse declined to certain level. The therapy of quercetin combined with bornyl acetate reversed LPS-induced abortion. Conclusion The increase of IFN-γ/IL-4 and the amount of macrophages in the LPS-treated mouse uterus is associated with the embryo loss, and quercetin and bornyl acetate have the anti-abortive effect through modulation of maternal-fetal interface immunity balance.

Objective To compare the three different methods of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),to select the best method for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Addcare ELISA800,TECAN freedom evolyzer and manual ELISA method were used to detect hepatitis B virus Pre S1 antigen(preS1Ag) hepatitis B virus Pre S2 antigen(preS2Ag) in confrontation control product samples and serum specimens from patients with HBV,and the results were analyzed by statistical methods.Results The batch precisions of the three methods to detect pre-S1Ag were 4.73%,5.38%,11.87%,the batch precisions of the three methods to detect pre-S2Ag were 4.91%,5.04%,11.75%.The inter batch precisions of the three methods to detect pre-S1Ag were 6.63%,7.90%,13.26%,the inter batch precisions of the three methods to detect pre-S2Ag were 6.74%,7.81%,12.59%.All the sensitivities were 100.00%.Conclusion All the three methods have good consistency,which could be used in the detection of Pre-S1Ag and Pre-S2Ag.The precision of Addcare ELISA800 is the best,which could further improve the quality of clinical testing.

Objective To detect and explore the expression of ARD1 and its clinical significance in the nasopharyngeal in-flammatory tissue ,nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and its subgroups .Methods Expression of ARD1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (56 cases) and nasopharyngeal inflammatory tissue (20 cases) were detected by immunohistochemical staining SP ,the correlation between the expression of ARD1 and age ,gender ,histological grade ,TNM clinical stage and tumor metastasis were analysed . Results The positive expression rate of ARD1 were 10 .00% (2/20) ,55 .35% (31/56) in the nasopharyngeal inflammatory tissue and nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,respectively .The expression level of ARD1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than in the nasopharyngeal inflammatory tissue ,the difference was significant (P< 0 .05) ;expression of ARD1 in the nasopharynge-al carcinoma was correlated with the histological grade of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P< 0 .05) and the expression was increased in poor differenciation tissue .But there was no statistical difference between the expression of ARD1 and the patient′s age ,gender , TNM clinical stage ,tumor metastasis(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of ARD1 is high in nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,and has a closely correlation with diffferentiation level of tumor ,which suggested that ARD1 may be involved in the the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .However ,further research needs to be done for its mechanism in the nasopharyngeal car-cinoma .

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the critical value electric reporting system .Methods The critical value data from Aug .1 ,2015 to Jan .31 ,2016 were inquired through the electronic hospital information system (eHIS) .The incidence rate of critical values ,items distribution and department distribution were analyzed .Results A total of 3 405 items of crit‐ical value were reported .The occurrence rate of critical values was 0 .45% .The top 5 of critical values numbers were chlorine (25 .76% ) ,myocardial‐specific isoenzyme of creatine kinase (19 .97% ) ,serum sodium (9 .43% ) ,platelet count (9 .05% ) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (6 .40% ) .The top 5 departments of critical values reported number were the cardiology department (18 .94% ) ,followed by neurological intensive care unit (12 .04% ) ,intensive care unit (9 .52% ) ,second wards of neurosurgery (5 .11% ) and neurovascular wards (5 .02% ) .The median time of critical value report was reduced by 33 .33% and the quartile range time weas reduced by 40 .00% .Conclusion The application of critical value electric reporting system reduces the elapsed time of critical value report ,increases the promptness and accuracy of critical value report ,and has an important significance to guarantee the medical quality .

Objective To analyze the differences of morphological and microvascular characteristics between hyperplastic polyps and colorectal adenoma (CA) under narrow band imaging (NBI) without magnification endoscopy,and to evaluate the value of NBI in differential diagnosis.Methods Patients with rectal polyps diagnosed by common endoscopy and pathologically confirmed CA and hyperplastic polyps were recruited in this study and under NBI examination.The pit pattern was divided into type A and B according to modified Kudo pit pattern classification.And the vascular pattern was classified into three types,type Ⅰ with invisible microvascular,type Ⅱ with even microvascular arranged along pit and type Ⅲ with uneven microvascular and irregular arranged.The differences of morphological and microvascular characteristics between hyperplastic polyps and CA were compared and the inter-observer consistency of NBI without magnification endoscopy was evaluated.Results Overall,87 patients with 107 polyps (73 CAs,34 hyperplastic polyps) underwent NBI without magnification endoscopy examination.The maximum diameter and the proportion of polyps with sublobe was higher in CA group than that of hyperplastic polyps group (P =0.0023 and 0.0047).In CA group,most pit shapes were type B (86.3％,63/73),and most vascular pattern types were Ⅱ/Ⅲ (82.2％,60/73).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CA diagnosed with features of type B pit shape or Ⅱ/Ⅲ vascular pattern type was 97.3％,82.4％ and 92.5％.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CA diagnosed with combined features of type B pit shape and Ⅱ/Ⅲ vascular pattern type was 71.2％,91.2％ and 77.6％.The mean kappa value of inter-observer consistency was 0.761.Conclusions There are differences in pit shapes and vascular pattern characteristics between CA and hyperplastic polyps.According to these two facts,CA and hyperplastic polyps can be initially differential diagnosed by NBI without magnification endoscopy.
