2.Pathogenesis of diseases with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(2):279-282
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of diseases with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)and its diagnostic value in primary small vessel vasculitis. Methods 57 patients with serum ANCA positive were involved in this study, and ELISA was employed to assay anti-MPO.Patients with ANCA positive,anti-MPO positive and/or anti-PR3 positive were involved in group A.Patients with ANCA positive,anti-MPO negative and anti-PR3 negative were involved in group B.X2 was used to analyze the differences between the two groups. Results The etiology of 57 ANCA positive patients included primary small vessel vasculitis (20 cases,35.1%),non inflam-matory connective tissue disease(19 cases,33.3%),non connective tissue disease(18 cases,31.6%).A group of primary small vessel vasculitis accounted for 58.6%,which was significantly higher than 10.7% of the B group (χ2 =14.354,P<0.01);while the B group of non inflammatory connective tissue disease accounted for 50%,which was significantly higher than 17.2%of the A group (χ2 =6.879,P<0.01).Conclusion ANCA should be found in many kinds of diseases,so combined detection of anti-MPO and anti-PR3 should be employed to improve the diag-nosis specificity in primary small vessel vasculitis.Furthermore, non vessel vasculitis connective tissue disease should be excluded in patients with ANCA positive,anti-MPO and anti-PR3 negative.
3.Asian Resilience Scale’s Preliminary Revision, Reliability and Validity in Chinese College Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To explore the Asian Resilience Scale’s preliminary revision, reliability and validity in college students of China. Methods: 646 students were investigated with the Asian Resilience Scale and the short form of NEO Five-Factor Inventory. Results: ①Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and explained 47.1% of variance. ②Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fit between the data and the construct of scale, ?2/df=2.36,RMSEA= 0.055,GFI=0.923,CFI=0.908,NNFI (TLI)=0.894. ③The Cronbach’s ? coefficients, split-half and retest reliability of the total scores were 0.865, 0.836 and 0.894 respectively. ④The total score of the Asian Resilience Scale was significantly negatively correlated with neuroticism and positively correlated with extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness. Conclusion: Reliability and validity of the Asian Resilience Scale’s revised Chinese version is corresponded with psychometric standard, and it could be used to assess the resilience of Chinese college students.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of expansive cervical laminoplasty by anterior and posterior cervical decompression in the treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Myelopathy with developmental cervical stenosis. Methods Retrospective analyze 32 patients of cervical spondylosis myelopathy treated with expansive cervical laminoplasty by anterior and posterior cervical decompression from Mar 1995 to Aug 2000 years, there were 21 males and 11 females, developmental cervical stenosis (DCS) with cervical intervertebral disc protrusion in 25 cases, with the ossification of cervical posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) in 7 cases. Neural functionality (JOA Scoring System), cervical axial symptoms, and pre-and post-surgery dynamic cervical spine lateral x-ray films and cervical vertebra MRI were evaluated. Results 32 cases had been followed up for an average of 24.3 months, with an average age 58.9 years (range 38-72). The average rate of improvement of the third and sixth in month postoperative, the first and third postoperative year was 58.1%,65.9%,69.1% and 68.4% respectively;the excellent and good was 71.9%,81.3%,78.1%,77.3% respectivery. Cervical axial symptoms were reduced. Instability of the cervical spine were not found and decompression was confirmed on MRI. Conclusion Expansive cervical laminoplasty by anterior and posterior cervical decompression in the treatement of cervical spondylosis myelopathy with developmental cervical stenosis have good efficacy and it is a stable operative method.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To explore the effect of human placenta lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and dexamethasone (DXM) on spontaneous resorption of herniated intervertebral disc. Methods The animal model of intervertebral disc herniation was set up by placing the harvested disc into the epidural space at L4 or L5 of the same rahbit. Then the 24 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. In human placenta LPS group, rabbits were intraperitoneally injected 2ml of human placenta LPS at the second, 6th and 10th days after surgery. In DXM group, rahbits were intravenously injected 1mg/kg of DXM at the second to 15th days after surgery. In control group, rubbits were intravenously injected 3ml/kg of normal saline at the second to 15th days after surgery. All rahbits were killed, and herniated intervertebral disc was removed for histological and immunohisto- chemical examination at the 12th weeks after surgery. Results A great amount of newly formed vessles and inflammation cells were founded in the disc tissues in the LPS group. In the control group, a lot of granular tissues were founded in the disc tissues. In the DXM group, small amount of granular tissues were founded in the disc tissues. The expression levels of bFGF, CD68 and VEGF in the LPS group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(1):76-80
Objective To explore the relationship among emotional resilience, stress and school adjustment. Methods Adolescent life events check-list,adolescent emotional resilience scale and school adjustment scale of middle school students were conducted among 394 junior high school students. Results (1)The emotional resilience score and emotion recovery score of male junior high school students(46.07±8.56,24.43±5.80) were higher than that of female ones(44.39±8.39,23.27±5.37),and the differences were statistically significant(t=1.97,2.05,P<0.05).The total score of emotional resilience(45.46±8.50,44.83±8.56) was not statistically related with whether they were the only children(t=0.68,P=0.50).The emotional resilience score and positive emotion score of rural junior high school students(44.04±8.53,20.63±5.35)were lower than that of urban ones (46.46± 8.34,22.15 ±4.72),and the differences were statistically significant(t=-2.86,-2.99,P<0.01).The total score of emotional resilience (47.23±7.82,44.63±8.45,43.00±8.97) in different grades was statistically significant (F=8.86,P=0.00),and the first grade students were higher than the second and third year students.(2)Psychological stress was negatively related with emotional resilience and school adjustment(r=-0.23~-0.35,P<0.01),and emotional resilience was positively correlated with school adjustment(r=0.12 ~ 0.29,P<0.01).The relationship between stress and school adjustment were mediated by positive emotion and emotional recovery (the mediating effect were 11.11%,21.15%).Conclusion Frotional resilience plays a mediating role between psychological stress and school adjustment.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(4):48-50
Objective To develop a fixed ruler for the simulated locator to measure the distance between human organs. Methods Analyses were carried out on the problems of the existing measures of the simulated locator and clinical requirements, and then the matching of the ruler with the locator and etc were explored. The structures of the fixing hole and slots were determined, and the ruler base was selected. The ruler was composed of an organic glass plate with multi slots and multi cylindrical copper wires. Results At the isocenter of the locator, the fixed scale values of the ruler equaled to those of the ruler on the screen, and the values for multi point distances could be obtained with the fixed ruler and stored in medical image. Conclusion The fixed ruler measures the distance between human organs simply and accurately, and lays a foundation for the development of likely product.
