Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of cerebral angio spasm after aneurysm rupture subarachmoid hemorrhage by Fasudil, Methods The clinical data of cerebral angio spasm after aneurysm rupture subarachnoid hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed, which was divided into detection group and control group.Results The GCS score of detection group was better than control group;the average blood flow rate of arteria cerebri media after curing in detection group the difference had statistical significance( all P ＜0. 05 ). The mutilation rate、rate of death of detection group were lower than control goup, the difference had statistical significance ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusion The clinical curative effect was good of cerebral angio spasm after aneurysm rupture subarachnoid hemorrhage by Fasudil, and prognosis was good.

Objective To assess the application of MRI in diagnosis of oblique vaginal septum syndrome (OVSS).Methods Clinical and imaging data of 41 patients with OVSS confirmed by surgery from March 2011 to November 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The average age of patients was 20.5 year (10-46 years).The primary clinical symptoms were menorrhalgia (16 cases) and menorrhagia (13 cases).There were 12 cases of type Ⅰ,23 cases of type Ⅱ,5 cases of type Ⅲ and 1 case of type Ⅳamong 41 cases of OVSS.The resections for OVSS were performed in 35 cases.Forty two cases were diagnosed as OVSS by MRI scan,and 41 were confirmed by surgery,the accuracy of MRI diagnosis was 97.6％ (41/42).MRI showed uterus didelphys,hydrocolpos or hematocolpos with varying degrees,and revealed ipsilateral renal agenesis in all 41 cases.Conclusion MRI scan can accurately diagnose oblique vaginal septum syndrome and provide comprehensive information for clinical treatment.

Objective:To explore the effects of anterior temporal lobectomy on the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score, memory of patients with intractable temporal lobe epilepsy.Methods:104 patients with refractory temporal lobe epilepsy admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2019 were selected, of which 68 cases were treated surgically as the observation group and 36 cases were treated medically as the control group. MMSE score, memory and social functions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.59%, which was significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group ( P<0.05). The MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 month and 6 months after treatment ( P<0.05); the MMSE score of the control group at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment ( P<0.05). Six months after treatment, performance intelligence quotient (PIQ), verbal intelligence quotient (VIQ) and full intelligence quotient (FIQ) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). The memory quotient (MQ) of observation group was lower than that of control group 1 month after treatment ( P<0.05), and higher than that of control group six months after treatment ( P<0.05). Six months after treatment, the scores of social function and comprehensive quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05). There were 4 cases of complications in the observation group after treatment, all of them improved after drug treatment, without other serious complications. Conclusions:Anterior temporal lobectomy is effective in the treatment of refractory temporal lobe epilepsy, it can improve cognitive and memory functions and social behavior function of patients, and has less complications after operation, with certain clinical application value.

Objective To systematically retrieve,evaluate and integrate the best evidences on the early fluid resuscitation management in the patients with acute pancreatitis(AP)at home and abroad to provide ref-erence for clinical decision.Methods The related evidences on the early fluid resuscitation management in the AP patients were retrieved by computer from the databases of BMJ Best Practice,Up To Date,JBI,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,Registered Nurses Association of Ontario,Guideline International Network,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,International Association of Pancreatology,American Pancreatic Association,American College of Gastroenterology,Yimaitong,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Em-bass,CINAHL,The Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang databases.The retrieval time limit was from the data-base establishment to March 20,2022.The literatures types included thematic evidence summarization,guide-lines,evidence summaries,systematic reviews and expert consensus.The researchers conducted the literature quality evaluation.The literatures meeting the standard conducted the evidence extraction.Results A total of 13 arti-cles were included,including 3 special subject evidence summary,4 guidelines,2 evidence summary,2 systematic evalu-ation and 2 expert consensus.A total of 16 pieces of best evidence were integrated,involving 4 aspects of organization management,evaluation and monitoring,fluid infusion strategy and health education.Conclusion It is recommended to use the target-oriented therapy for early fluid resuscitation management,and perform the fluid resuscitation immediate-ly after diagnosis,according to the patient's underlying disease,disease changes and monitoring indicators,implement precise early fluid resuscitation in order to reverse pancreatic microcirculation disorder,increase tissue perfusion and improve the patient's prognosis.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of unplanned rehospitalization with-in one year after surgery among adult renal transplant recipients.Methods The clinical data of 299 recipients who underwent renal transplant surgery in the Department of Organ Transplantation of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospec-tively analyzed.The recipients were divided into unplanned rehospitalization group and non-rehospital-ization group based on whether they experienced unplanned rehospitalization within one year after sur-gery.Univariate analysis and binary Logistic regression analysis were performed to explore the influen-cing factors of unplanned rehospitalization within one year after renal transplantation.Results Among the 299 recipients,102 experienced unplanned rehospitalization,with an incidence rate of 34.11％.Univariate analysis revealedstatistically significant differences were noted between the two groups in terms of gender,occupational status,preoperative underlying disease,rejection reactions,nosocomial infections,immunosuppressive medication regimens,serum creatinine,cystatin C,serum phosphor-us,serum potassium,and initial hospitalization duration(P＜0.05).Binary Logistic regression a-nalysis showed that having ≥3 kinds of preoperative underlying disease(OR=2.122,95％CI,1.198 to 3.759)and experiencing rejection reactions(OR=3.162,95％CI,1.217 to 8.218)were independent risk factors for unplanned rehospitalization within one year after renal transplantation(P＜0.05).Conclusion The rate of unplanned rehospitalization within one year after surgery is relatively high among adult renal transplant recipients.Having ≥3 preoperative underlying disease and experiencing rejection reactions are independent risk factors for unplanned rehospitalization with-in one year after surgery.Transplantation healthcare teams can develop corresponding strategies tar-geting these risk factors to reduce the rate of unplanned rehospitalization and alleviate the burden of disease.
