In order to explore the effect of flipped classroom in theoretical teaching of biochemistry, lipids metabolism was selected to carry out four stages flipped classroom. The teaching effect of flipped classroom was evaluated by test and questionnaire survey of students. The results indicated that most undergraduate students could accept novel teaching method. However, the consciousness and the ability of students' independent learning need to be further improved. It also takes time for the students to adapt to the transition from traditional teaching to flipped c1assroom.In summary, the specificity of Biochemistry may limit the carrying out of flipped classroom to some extent. Therefore, which kind of teaching method is adopted depends on the biochemistry theoretical content. Our work may provide some references for further application of flipped classroom in biochemistry teaching.
2.What is significance of subtemporal decompression in the traumatic total anterior circulation infarcts
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(7):391-392
Objective To explore clinical significance of subtemporal decompression in traumatic total anterior circulation infarcts(TTACI).Methods 24 TTACI cases accepted subtemporal decompression were analyzed including CT scan feature, pre operative observation to temporal superficial artery, operative cranial pressure classification and blood circulation in cortical small artery. Results Clinical symptom compared between before and after operation: good 4 cases, unchanged 14 cases, dead 6 cases. CT scan showed infarct areas became smaller in 4 cases, unchanged in 9 cases, larger in 2 cases three months after operation. Conclusion Subtemporal decompression cannot reduce the areas of infarcts and mortality, nor improve neurological function and promote quality of survivor.

Objective:To explore novel compounds with anti-EV71 activity. Methods: A series of oligopeptides were designed based on the active groove of the EV71 3C protease using molecular simulation technology. Furthermore, some oligopeptides were syn-thesized and tested for the inhibition ability against EV71 in vitro. Results:Pentapeptides had higher binding affinity to the EV71 3C protease than the other oligopeptides, such as compounds 25 and 16. Therefore, compounds 25 and 16 were synthesized and tested in vitro for the anti-EV71 activity, and compound 25 exhibited potent anti-EV71 activity(EC50 =1. 36 μmol·L-1, CC50 =211. 94 μmol ·L-1, SI=155. 84), while compound 16 had no evident effect on EV71. Conclusion: It is worthy of further investigation on com-pound 25 as a novel scaffold of anti-EV71inhibitor.

Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC). Methods Data were collected from 94 patients with BAC (including 67 cases with pure bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, 16 cases with BAC by local infiltration and 11 cases with adenocarcinoma having BAC character). All patients were proved pathologically bronchioloalveolar carcinoma from January 1989 to December 2003. Clinical features, characteristics of radiology, methods of treatment and survival status were studied retrospectively. Surgical treatment and efficacy approaches according to different TNM stages and clinical patterns were also analyzed. Results Ninety-eight patients underwent complete resection and 4 underwent palliative operation and 2 underwent exploratory thoractomy. The 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates were 75.5 %, 53.2 %, 41.5 %. According to international staging system of lung cancer, there were marked difference in stage Ⅰ group, stage Ⅱ group and stage Ⅲ group (P <0.01). According to pathological classification, there were marked difference in pure bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, BAC with local infiltration and adenocarcinoma having BAC character (P <0.01). Conclusion Bronchioalveoar carcinoma is a special form of lung cancer. It has its own characteristics on biology, radiology, clinic or pathology. Lobectomy is performed commonly in patients with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma. It may be concluded that the early diagnosis, early therapy are the key points for improving the survival rate of BAC.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2007;27(1):111-3
A new, convenient, and rapid method for kinetic measurement of human fibrinolysis was established. The alteration of absorbance (A) in the process of blood coagulation and lyses was automatically scanned and recorded using a UV2000 spectrophotometer connected to a computer. The parameters of human fibrinolysis kinetics were established. Urokinase at 20 U/mL was the optimal concentration used. There was significant difference in fibrinolysis kinetics and plasma plasminogen concentration between 22 normal subjects and 27 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia (P<0.05 and <0.01 respectively). The coefficience of variation was (5.24+/-1.51)%. This method could also be used to measure the plasma fibrinogen concentration at the same time. It was concluded that this method was stable and was capable of providing dynamic, direct experimental data and multiparemeters for clinicians. It was also valuable in evaluating the anti-and pro-fibrinolytic capcity of patients' plasmas, allowing for monitoring of therapy, choice of drugs and adjustment of drug concentrations.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2013;29(12):939-941
Objective To build the method of computerized case classification, for the purpose of perfecting the diseases typing and classification, and supporting the management based on the quality and expenses of the disease. Methods 875 cases were defined into two types.Eight parameters were selected for non-surgery cases, namely the disease diagnosis, severity at admission, and age.For surgery cases, five parameters were defined, namely the disease diagnosis, operative quantity, and severity at admission. Then Fisher function was called into play to obtain the function descriminant equation, realizing computerized classification. Results The rate of matching was 86.2% between computerized classification and manual classification. The high accuracy of function descriminant equation proves the satisfactory outcomes of the classification.Collusion The computerized classification is satisfactory in its outcomes, and therefore it can better quality of care and cost management of diseases in clinical practice.
