Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
The serum level of cholygylycine acid was determined in 118 patients with liver cirrhosis and the patients were followed up for 1 year.37 patients out of the 118 died in the fol-lowup period. It was found that the serum level of cholygylycine acid was more closely correlated with the mortality rate of the patients with liver cirrhosis than other commonly used indices such as hepatic encephalopathy, ascites.nutritional status, hihrubin, albumin and gamma-globulin.The serum level of cholygylycine acid was compared with Child's grading concerning the prediction of the mortality rate. After Logistic regression analysis.it was confirmed that the serum level of cholygylycine acid was the most ideal index for the prognosis of the patients with liver cirrhosis.

The standard treatment mode of locally advanced prostate cancer is still controversial. With the progress of medical technology, treatments of prostate cancer achieve different progresses in surgical treatment, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy. The three treatment modes have diverse tumor growth control rate and survival period, which have different complications and different influences on the quality of life.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Two major family factors: parenting style and parental behavior cast important influence on mentality and behaviour of children. Parenting style has considerable influence on children's cognitive development, emotional support and stress coping methods. It also affects children's understanding of filial belief and behavior. Apart from family violence, divorce and other direct factors, parenting style and parental behavior produce significant effects on children's mind and behavior.

Immunological Journal 2005;(2):136-141
Objective To build the forecasting system on spatial coverage of cumulative phenotypic frequency (CPF) of HLA- Ⅰ for designing HLA-based vaccines (epitopes or DNA vaccines) and evaluating their effects in China. Methods The spatial database of HLA- Ⅰgenes of Chinese (across the land of China) was set up, and then the spatial forecasting system of CPF was designed using Kriging technique. Results Using this spatial forecasting system, the vaccine designer could predict the spatial coverage of CPF for any combination of the alleles confined to a single class Ⅰ locus, either HLA-A or HLA-B, as well as for any combination of alleles at these two loci of each given population at any geographical location across the land of China. Conclusions This system is applicable in the following rields: ①To provide for the identification of alleles that represent a desired percentage of populations across the land of China and that can be targeted for vaccine composition. ② To predict the theoretical responder status of vaccines whose HLA restricted epitopes have already been known in given population at any geographical location across the land of China. (③) To identify how many individuals will be non-responders to a HLA-based vaccine across the land of China.

Objective To investigate the relationship among age, menopausal status, serum 25 (OH)VD and skeletal metabolism index as PTH (Parathyroid Hormone),CA(Calcium),P (Phosphorus) and boned mineral density (BMD) of climacteric female in Xi'an.Methods 352 cases of healthy women at the age of 40~60 were collected who did routine examination in outpatient building of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2016 to April 2016.According to the results of skeletal density test, all subjects were divided into 3 groups as the normal group (T>-1),the reduction group (-2.5<T<-1),the osteoporosis group (T<-2.5).Electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA) was used to detect levels of serum 25 (OH)VD,PTH,CA and P.Kruskal-Wallis test and chi-square test were used to analyze differences of age, serum 25(OH)VD,PTH,CA and P in different levels of bone mineral density groups. Results Compared with bone density normal group 2.24(2.18~2.29)mmol/L,serum CA levels of bone mineral density reduction group 2.27 (2.20 ~ 2.32)mmol/L and osteoporosis group 2.27(2.23~2.33)mmol/L were significantly higher (Z=9.669,P<0.01).Serum P levels of bone mineral density reduction group 1.15 (1.09~ 1.23)mmol/L and osteoporosis group 1.18 (1.09~ 1.25)mmol/L were obviously higher than bone density normal group,1.11 (0.99 ~ 1.23) mmol/L (Z =13.64,P< 0.01).Ages of osteoporosis group 54(50~57) years and bone mineral density reduction group 51 (47~ 54) years were significantly older than Bone density normal group 47(43~50) years (Z=73.08,P<0.01).The rate of menopause in osteoporosis group and bone mineral density reduction group were significantly higher than in bone density normal group (x2 =13.81,P< 0.01).There was no statistical difference in serum 25(OH)VD and PTH between groups. Conclusion This study found boned density of climacteric women is more likely correlated with age, menopause status and levels of serum CA and P.There was not enough evidence to prove that 25 (OH)VD and PTH have effect on skeletal density. Therefore,to monitor and detect the menopause status and levels of serum CA and P of climacteric female is critical for the prevention and treatment on osteoporosis of women.

This article mainly summarise the results of the chemical compositions and their pharmacological activities of Arnebiae Radix since 1966. The chemistry components isolated from Arnebiae Radix are mainly naphthoquinone, monoterpene phenol and quinone, phenolic acids and their salts, alkaloids, aliphatic and esters. Pharmacological results showed that the chemical compositions and the extracts of Arnebiae Radix have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, hepatoprotection, antioxidant, anti-tumor and immune function and other activities. This article hopefully to provide a reference for further research, development and utilization of Arnebiae Radix.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Purple bacteria are extensively used in bacterial photosynthesis research. This review describes the structure of light-harvesting I, light-harvesting II and reaction center of photosynthetic apparatus of pur- ple bacteria and discusses the regulation mechanisms of photosynthesis (PS) gene transcription, with an emphasis laid on the transcriptional regulation of PS gene by PpsR/AppA system.
