1.THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT DIETARY FATTY ACID COMPOSITION ON SERUM LIPID LEVEL

Objective: To study the effect of different ratios of n-6 to n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid on serum lipid in mice, on the premise that the ratio of SFA to MUFA to PUFA is 1∶1.7∶1.2 or 1∶1∶1. Methods: Ten experimental diets were made from six oils different in fatty acid composition to raise the mice for 10 w. Then the blood lipids were determined in mice fed with different experimental diets. Results and conclusion: Based on the ratio of S/M/P 1∶1.7∶1.2, which is the current dietary fatty acid intake, n-6/n-3 at 1~5∶1 will have lower serum lipid level. Based on the ratio of S/M/P 1∶1∶1 , n-6/n-3 at 1∶1 will have lower serum lipid level. Based on the ratio of n-6 /n-3 10∶1 which is the current dietary fatty acid composition abroad , S/M/P 1∶1.7∶1.2 will have lower serum lipid level.
2.Design of medical library information service model according semantic Web and SOA

An information service model of subject librarians was proposed according to the semantic-linked data, changing retrieval methods of ontology technology users, and ontology.This model provides an open application in-terface by making use of SOA for the semantic-based information service, establishes the expanded semantic-linked relation between resources by constructing the driving engine and knowledge database based on linked data technolo-gy, and builds subject librarian platform, medical expert platform and subject user platform.Subject librarians can thus provide intelligent information retrieval service for medical users at semantic level under the help of medical experts.
3.Clinical application of the expert type terminal of remote electronic fetal heart rate home monitoring system

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the expert type terminal of long distance electronic fetal heart rate home monitoring system in the application to self monitoring of pregnant woman at home in peripartum Methods All the pregnant women ( n =284) were divided into two groups Research group ( n = 134) contained 73 high risk gravida There were 78 high risk gravida in control group ( n =150) In the research group, self monitoring at home in 134 women was taken by the expert type terminal of long distance electronic fetal heart rate monitoring system through telephone and fetal movement counting The women were requested to auscultate and transfer fetal heart rate (FHR) to electronic FHR monitoring center in hospital Non stress test(NST) was made 1~2 times every week when fetal movement was active When women felt any abnormality of baby, she should immediately test NST and then the photograph of NST was send to FHR monitoring center by telephone Doctor would make a diagnosis and management in time according to the photograph of NST In the control group, the way of fetal monitoring was fetal movement counting and regular NST test in the outpatient clinic Results The incidence of abnormal NST was significantly higher in the research group than that in the control group (respectively 22 0% vs 13 5%, P 0 05) Conclusions The expert type terminal of long distance electronic FHR monitoring system through telephone is a new way of the FHR self monitoring at home The application of this method could ease mental press of the women, decrease significantly perinatal mortality, decrease incidence of neonatal asphyxia, and improve quality of obstetrics Whatever there are high risk factors in any pregnant women, the system should be appied to all late pregnant women
4.Study on Correlativity between Changes of Respiratory at Sleep and TCM Syndrome Types in the Patient of Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe characteristics of TCM syndrome types in the patient of cerebral infarction,and cerebral infarction with respiratory disorder at sleep.Methods:90 in-patients of cerebral infarction were monitored by polychannel sommocinematogram (PSG)within 72 hours of admission,which were used as diagnosis of respiratory disturbance at sleep,and all of the patients with apoplexy involving the channels and collaterals were divided into 3 types,collaterals hollow and pathogenic wind attacking the interior;Yin-deficiency of the liver and kidney,and wind-Yang stirring upper,hot phlegm and excess of Fu-organs,and wind- phlegm stirring the upper.Results:The patient had sleep structure disorder,with large change of blood pressure and lower heart variety,and decrease of degree of blood oxygen saturation.The apnea indexes were the highest for the patient with phlegm-heat hollow-organ excess,wind-phlegm stirring the upper,and baic normal for collateral hollow and pathogenic wind attacking the interior.Conclusion:There is close relation of cerebral infarction,especially in the patient of hot phlegm and excess of Fu-organ, with respiratory disorder at sleep.
5.EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON BOLBOSTEMMOSAPONINS USED AS INTRAVAGINAL SPERMATOCIDAL AGENTS

This experiment has proved that bolbostemmosaponin and its constituents A and D have relatively powerful spermatocidal effects. They can kill all spermatozoa in a moment at the concentrations of 0.04%, 0.04% and 0.03% respectively. These spermatocidal agents mainly distroy the biomembrane system of sperm. Using the fixed gelatin membrane technique proved that all of them can strongly inhibit tne activity of a single sperm acrosin at the concentration of 0.05%.
6.Research of Serial Communication in Multi-Axis Controller Based on .NET

Objective A solution of serial communication in Multi-Axis Controller which uses programmable multi-axis controller (PMAC) as down processor and PC as up processor is introduced. By the PComm32.dll provided with Delta Tau Data Systems Inc., the serial communication between PC and PMAC is realized based on .NET. Methods In order to realize the programming techniques of serial communication, a new method that managed codes invoked the unmanaged codes in Common Language Runtime environment by using Platform Invocation Services was adopted. The serial communication program was designed by using the program language C#. Besides the single axis locomotion,the debugging procession of the multi-axis joint locomotion was also recounted based on the five-DOF robot. Results The results indicated that the serial communication between PC and PMAC was completely realized. Conclusion The developed serial communication software module is of good correctness, stability and reliability, and also shows that the software is convenient and easy to use, which can accord with system requirements.
7.Clinical investigation of nalaxone in treatment of 52 cases with first acute heart failure

Objective To investigate the nalaxone treating first acute right heart failure.Methods52 patients with FARHF were divided into the naloxone group(30cases)and control group(20cases)at random.Patients in control group were given general comprehensively treating.Patients in naloxone group were given naloxone as well as comprehensively treating,were given intravenously 0.8 mg of first dose,if it was necessary,repeated 0.8 mg of dose,and continuously dropped for 1.2 mg was added into liquid 500 mL.After treatment of 24 hours,were compared the changes of HR、SBP、SV and heart function.ResultsIn the naloxone group,the total effective rates were 84.4%,the mortality rates were 6.6%;in control group.The total effective rates were 60%,the mortality rates were 18.3%.The difference of the effective rate of the naloxone group be treatment was statistically significant(P
8.Cilostazol suppresses expression of lectin like oxidized low density lipoprotein recep- tor-1 after balloon injury in rats

Objective To explore the expression of lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 ( LOX-1) in a rat model after balloon arterial injury and investigate the effect of cilostazol on the mRNA and protein expressions of LOX-1. Methods Twenty-four male SPF SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n =8 for each group) ,sham operation group,balloon arterial injury group and cilostazol treatment group. For the rats from balloon arterial injury group and cilostazol treatment group,the left common carotid artery were in- juried by a balloon catheter. The expression of LOX-1 mRNA and protein in neointimal hyperplasia after balloon arterial injury were examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively. The contents of MDA in blood serum was examined by TBA. Results LOX-1 mRNA and protein were expressed in the neointimal hyperplasia after balloon arterial injury but not in the sham-operation group. 9.Epidemiological study and key-point analysis of severe heatstroke patients

Objective To investigate and analyze the cause of the illness, types and conditions combined with dysfunction of important organs and death of severe heatstroke patients in military hospitals in southern China. Methods 117 cases of heatstroke patients from Jan 1988 to Mar 2005 admitted to 8 military hospitals were retrospectively analyzed. Results 94.02% of the cases occurred during military drill; 10% of patients complained of slight discomfort before or during the drill; the incidence of thermoplegia, heat cramp and heat exhaustion were 43.26%, 42.55% and 13.86%, respectively, in severe heatstroke, and the respective death rate was 9.76%, 5% and 23%. The incidence of severe heatstroke combined with liver dysfunction was 31.9%, with central nervous impairment was 14.9%, and with MOF was 21.3%. All patients survived when no organ dysfunction occurred; the death rate in those with single organ dysfunction was 3.6%, while it was 35% in MOF patients. Conclusion An attempt to set up a predicting index of heatstroke might be beneficial for scientifically supervising the military drill for the servicemen. Reduction of the core temperature is the“the first critical point”in the treatment. Other “critical point” in the treatment may also be emphasized for those with MOF. The present therapeutic system for heat stroke as executed in the military needs to be perfected.
10.Detection of serum interleukin-10,interleukin-13,interleukin-15 levels in patients with viral hepatitis B and their significance

Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-13(IL-13)and interleukin-15(IL-15)in serums of patients with hepatitis B.Methods The expression of IL-10,IL-13 and IL-15 in serums of 109 patients was measured by ELISA.Results The serum levels of IL-10,IL-13 in patients with moderate degree chronic hepatitis B(CHB)group were significantly higher than that in patients with chronic severe hepatitis group,severe degree CHB group,acute hepatitis group and normal group.The serum level of IL-15 was increased in patients with acute hepatitis、moderate degree CHB group,severe degree CHB group and chronic severe hepatitis compared with normotensives.The proportion of IL-15/IL-10 and IL-15/IL-13 in patients with chronic severe hepatitis group,severe degree CHB group and acute hepatitis group were higher than that in patients with moderate degree CHB group and normotensives.The serum level of IL-15 and the proportion of IL-15/IL-10 and IL-15/IL-13 in dead group were significantly higher than that in improving group with chronic severe hepatitis.Conclusion There is an abnormal cell-mediated immune response in patients with hepatitis B.Combining detection on the levels of serum IL-10,IL-13 and IL-15,and the proportion of IL-15/IL-10 and IL-15/IL-13 would nicely show the cellular active status and be helpful to the prediction of prognosis and direction of therapy in patients with hepatitis B of different kinds of clinical type.
