Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
0.05) found between the three subtypes of osteosarcoma with rates of the A deletion being 30% (3/10), 40% (2/5), and 40% (2/5) in three subtypes, respectively. The T16519C mutation and the A deletion in the nucleotide position 16 132 (5′ end) were co-detected in 4 (20%) out of 20 samples. The levels of the two mutations in patients with osteosarcoma were significantly higher than those in healthy human. Conclusion The two mutations have high rates in osteosarcoma and may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of osteosarcoma.

China Pharmacist 2014;(5):769-773
Objective:To prepare compound isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release capsules and study the drug release. Meth-ods:Isosorbide mononitrate pellets were prepared by the fluidized bed coating technology. The influencing factors in the preparation process were examined and the major factors were optimized by single factor experiments. The drug release was determined by HPLC. The best formula was screened by optimizing aspirin coating solution. Results:The compound isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release capsules were prepared by the best formula. Both the two drugs could achieve promising release, and in vitro release behavior of isosor-bide mononitrate was fitted Higuchi equation, which was similar to that of the imported preparations. The release of aspirin in acidic and alkaline media was in coincidence with the release requirements. Conclusion:The formula is reasonable and the preparation process is stable with promising sustained release property.
4.The Situation and Problems Research on Immediate Settlement on Ecdemic Medical Care at Different Locations for Floating Population
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(1):26-28
With the intensification of population floating in China, there has been a growing demand for ecdemic medical care. Because basic medical insurance in China conduct localized management, the differentiation between reimbursement policy and level in different areas result in the difficulty of immediate settlement. The great quantity of floating population are faced with rather heavy personal burden when need medical care at different locations, which to some extent restrict in-time healthcare for floating population. On the basis of analyzing the features of endemic medical care for floating population, it described three mode of typical immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care, discussed the main problems in restricting the flowing population get immediate settlement at different locations and put forward suggestions on improving the immediate settlement at different locations.

6.Clinical and Pathological Features of Canceration of Epidermoid Cyst
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(8):808-809
Objective To study and research the clinical pathologic features, immunohistochemistry and prognosis of epidermoid cyst with cancerous changes. Methods Six cases of epidermoid cyst with cancerous changes were studied of their clinical pathologic features and immunohistochemistic expression and their prognosis was evaluated by follow-up vis-its. Results Clinical features: All six cases showed local enclosed mass and underwent extensive resection. No recur-rence nor metastasis were shown in one year follow up. Pathological examination show irregular cystic mass with bean curd like fillings in it. Microscopic examination showed those cysts were lined with squamous epithelium which indicate invasive growth. Pathological diagnosis: Epidermoid cyst canceration to squamous cell carcinoma. Immuno-phenotype: CK 5/6 and P63 were positive in all six squamous cell cancer cases. Conclusion Epidermoid cyst with cancerous changes are quite rare. Diagnosis of the tumor largely relies on histopathology and immunohistochemical markers also assist diagnosis. Local appropriate expanded resection is preferred. Its malignant degree is low and prognosis is good.
7.The in vitro HAART pharmacodynamics study with dolutegravir as the "anchor".
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):50-8
This study is to evaluate the HAART pharmacodynamics with dolutegravir as the "anchor" in vitro. A nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) resistant recombinant virus model (VSVG/HIV-1(RT-D67N,K70R,T215F)) and an integrase inhibitors (INIs) resistant recombinant virus model (VSVG/HIV-1(IN-G140S,QI48H)) were constructed and established. The anti-viral pharmacodynamics was evaluated with drug combinations including two NRTIs along with one INI or one NNRTI. The results showed that the combination with an INI gave a stronger synergism on wild type HIV-1 replication comparing to that with an NNRTI. Comparing the two INIs as the "anchor" for HAART, DTG exhibited an equivalent CI to that of RAL on wild type HIV-1 replication; but a greater synergy than RAL on INI-resistant HIV-1 replication. Besides of the pharmacodynamics results of DTG-based drug combination, the results may contribute to clinical antiviral therapy.
