1.Effects of long-term Tai Ji Quan exercise on automatic nervous modulation in the elderly.
Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2015;31(2):158-163
OBJECTIVETo examine the effects of long-term Tai Ji Quan (Chinnese Traditional Exercise) on automatic nervous modulation in the elders.
METHODSThe 18 subjects from Tai Ji Quan exercise class in Liaoning University of Retired Veteran Cadres were assigned into long-term Tai Ji Quan exercise group including 10 subjects and novice group including 8 subjects. Electrocardiography, respiratory and blood pressure data were collected on the following time points: at rest before Tai Ji Qhuan exercise and 30 min or 60 min after Tai Ji Quan exercise.
RESULTSThe subjects at rest state in the long-term Tai Ji Quan exercise group showed higher than the subjects in the novice group in resperitory rate (RR), standard deviations of normal to normal intervals (SDNN), total power (TP), low frequency power (LFP), high frequency power (HFP), normalized high frequency power (nHFP), but lower in LFP/HFP, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate. At rest state the respiratory rate of subjects in long-term Tai Ji Quan exercise group was significantly lower than the novices. After Tai Ji Quan exercise, TP, nHFP, LFP/HFP, heart rate and systolic pressure showed significantly changes, and the change level of Tai Ji Quan on these indices was larger in Tai Ji Quan exercise group than that in the novice group.
CONCLUSIONLong-term Tai Ji Quan exercise can improve vagal modulations, and tend to reduce the sympathetic modulations.

2.To establish an up-to-dete experimental study system for modern systemic immunology
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Siegel et al (1981) first put forward a new concept of the erythrocyte immune system. Guo Feng et al (1982) were the first ones to find red blood cell could adhering to complement coated yeast cells, red blood cell could adhering to complement coated cancer cells in 1986, blood cells (including Red blood cell, white blood cell) could adhering to complement Coated Cancer cells in 1999, and erythrocytes accounted for 99% in the formation cosettes when adherent to cancer cells. In 2001, The author and his colleagues (2001) found that activity of red cell in enhancing lymphocyte CR1 innate immune activity (or T lymphocyte or NK cell activity ) might be related to ECR1 genomic density polymorphism. In 2005the author postulated the main pathway of erythrocyte innate immune reaction, and the proposed algorithm consisted of: activation of complements by antigen (cancer cells or yeast cells et al) adherence of C3b adherence to red blood cell adheherence to white blood cells activation of blood immune reaction system. The author hypothesized that in blood immune reaction against antigen, there were 4 essential elements: antigen, plasma (complement), red blood cells, and white blood cells. Red blood cells and complement might play an important role in regulation of blood immune reaction. We attempted to establisha new experimental system of modern immunology. As cancer cell (or yeast cells) is a kind of antigenic cell, which can activate immunoreaction of the blood, a new experimental system of hematogenic immunoreaction algorithm could be built. Changes in various immunity indexes, including blood cell adherence rate, Il-8, IL-6, IL-12, CD35, CD44, CD55, CD59, CD4, CD8, CD2, CD25,CXCR4, Fy6, ete, indicate that cancer cells (S180) can activate immunoreaction, of the blood. A new experimental systerm enables us to study the immanent relationship between whole blood cells and plasma, red blood cell and white blood cells in immunoreaction, and it also provides us a useful method to study innate and adaptative immunity, hematogenic immunoreaction road map, and clinical immunotherapy. It is a new system for experimental study of modern systemic immunology.
3.Advances in the experimental study of the use of mesenchy- mal stem cells for the treatment of inhalation injury.
Chinese Journal of Burns 2015;31(3):238-240
Inhalation injury seriously threatens the survival and quality of life in burn and trauma patients. So far there is no breakthrough in the treatment of inhalation injury. A significant advance has been witnessed in the experimental study of the use of stem cells in the treatment of lung injury in recent years. In this paper, according to the results of our study in the systemic transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of inhalation injury, the effect of mesenchymal stem cells on anti-inflammatory process and repair of lung tissues in inhalation injury, and its possible mechanisms are reviewed.

5.Determination of Methionine,Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2 in Lingzhi Erwei Methionine Capsules by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2014;(4):590-593
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of methionine, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in Lingzhi Erwei methionine capsules. Methods:The determination was performed on a Ultimate? AQ-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm,Welch Inc. ) with the detection wavelength at 220 nm. The mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0. 07 mol·L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate solution (14 ml triethylamine diluted with water to1 000ml, adjusting pH to 3. 5 with diluted orthophosphoric acid) with gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1. Results: Methionine, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 was in good linearity within the range of 0.527 0-1.510 0 mg·ml-1 - (r =0.999 9), 0.045 52-0.136 56 mg·ml-1 (r =0.999 9) and 0.010 10-0. 060 58 mg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9), respectively. The mean recovery was 100. 5%, 97. 7% and 101. 5% with RSD of 0. 5%, 1. 0%and 1. 4%(n=9) accordingly. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reliable and appropriate in the simultaneous determina-tion of methionine, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in Lingzhi Erwei methionine capsules.
6.Hospital Infection Management in 32 Grass-roots Hospitals:Problems and Countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the hospital infection in 32 hospitals throughout the county,in order to reduce hospital infection. METHODS According to new Hospital infection administration regulations and medical service hospital infection control quality evaluation requirements,we had investigated and analyzed and guidanced to improve the hospital infection management in 32 hospitals of the county for a two-years. RESULTS The monitoring, surveillance and management of hospital infection in grass-roots hospitals as a quality evaluation index of hospital medical service still had many problems,After two years,it had been more improved the quality in the field of administration management, sterilization and disinfection, surveillance and sevage treatment. CONCLUSIONS According to Hospital infection administration regultions it is important to strengthen the hospital infection management for guaranteeing the grass-roots hospital medical service quality and medical care safety.
7.Content Determination of Oleanolic Acid and Ursolic Acid in Prunella vulgaris by HPLC
