OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Xingnaojing injection on the expressions of both the protein of IL-1? and the mRNA in the experiment intracerebral hemorrhage rats.METHODS:Referenced by Zou's method and Rosengerg method,rat intracerebral hemorrage model was established and the model rats were then divided into normal group,model group and Xingnaojing group.The pathological changes in all the groups were observed and the expressions of the protein of IL-1? and the mRNA were detected after medication.RESULTS:In Xingnaojing group as compared with model group,the cells arranged regularly,the edema degree was lessened,the inflammatory cells were less;the disorganization of plastiosome was less severe,synaptic structure was clearer.The expressions of both the protein of IL-1? and the mRNA were all lower than in the model group.CONCLUSION:Xingnaojing injection can relieve the cerebral edema and inhibit the expression of IL-1? of the brain tissue surrounding the hematoma in intracerebral hemorrhage rats.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical application value of cone-beam CT (CBCT) online correcting technology in volume modulated radiation therapy (VMRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). METHOD: Fifty NPC patients applying head neck and shoulder thermoplastic body membrane fixing device were eligible for treatment VMRT, these patients would accept a couple of CBCT scanning by on board imager (OBI) in a fixed time each week after initial setup and after online correcting during the first three week for radiotherapy, CBCT images and DRR images constructed by CT simulation were carried out registration,which could calculate the setup errors of initial setup and after online correcting. RESULT: Fifty patients were accepted 150 scanning after initial setup and 150 scanning after online correcting respectively, the errors after initial setup were (-1.24 ± 1.25)mm in X direction, (1.19 ± 1.85)mm in Y direction, (1.49 ± 1.70) mm in Z direction. The setup errors after online correcting were (-0.13 ± 0.29)mm in X direction, (0.10 ± 0.47)mm in Y direction, (0.17 ± 0.36)mm in Z direction. The setup errors after online correcting were significantly lower than the errors after initial setup in X direction (P < 0.05), Y direction (P < 0.05), Z direction(P < 0.05). The M(PTV) value after online correcting were 0.46 mm, 0.53 mm and 0.59 mm in X, Y and Z directions respectively. CONCLUSION The use of CBCT online correcting technology can significantly reduce the setup errors of VMRT for NPC and improve the treatment effect.

The charge transfer reaction between albendazole and chloranilic acid in alcohol-acetone solution was studied spectrophotometrically. The apparent molar absorptivity is 8.03×103 L*mol－1*cm－1 at 525 nm. The Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0～280 mg/L of albendazode. The composition of complex is 1∶1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of albendazole tablets with satisfactory results.

AIM　To investigate the effect of hydroxyl camptothecinum(HCPT) on pharmocokinetics of cyclosprine A(CsA) and the membrane lipid fluidity (LFU)of red cell in rabbits. METHODS　The whole blood concentration of CsA in rabbits was monitored using method of FPIA. The LFU of red cell was measured using method of DPH fluorescence polarization technique. RESULTS　The pharmocokinetic parameters of CsA in group CsA+HCPT such as a,V(c),K12 and CL(s) were significantly lower and T1/2(a) was significantly higher (P<0.05) than in group CsA. The concentration of CsA of group CsA+HCPT was higher after injection 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 h, but have significantly high at 1.0 h point (P<0.05). After injection 0.5,1.0, 1.5 h the LFU of red cell in group CsA+HCPT was higher than in group CsA (P<0.05). The LFU in group CsA was lower that in control at 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 h point (P<0.05). CONCLUSION　HCPT can enhance the whole blood concentration of CsA in rabbits. CsA administrated with HCPT is feasible.

Objective: To find out whether or not low dose radiation could induce resistance to challenge dose-induced depression of immune functions.Methods:The following techniques were employed in this experiment:flow cytometry with immunofluorescence for the expression of TCR/CD3 receptor,3H-TdR incorporation technique for the spontaneous proliferation of thymocytes and the mitogen-induced proliferation of splencoytes as well as a bioassay with CTLL cells for IL-2 production.Results:The following optimal conditions for the induction of immunological adaptive response were determined:0.025 to 0.1 Gy for the conditioning doses (D1),1.0 to 1.5 Gy for the challenge doses (D2),and 6 to 12 h for the intervals between D1 and D2.Conclusion:Immunological adaptive response could be induced by low dose radiation.
