1.The clinical efficacy of captopril combined with simvastatin for treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of captopril combined with simvastatin for treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 180 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into three groups,and each group had 60 cases,group A was given captopril for treatment,group B was given simvastatin and group C was received captopril and simvastatin for treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in three groups.Results The clinical efficacy of group C was significantly better than group A and group B ( P < 0.05 ) ; after treatment,the value of Ma/Cr,SCR and Bun of three groups were lower than pre-treatment ( t =3.12,3.08,3.17,3.41,3.19,3.20,3.04,3.44,3.48,all P < 0.05 ) ;and the value of Ma/Cr,SCR and Bun after treatment in group C were significantly lower than group A and group B ( t =4.58,4.69,5.02,4.89,5.11,4.87,all P <0.05 ) ;the incidence of adverse reactions in group C was significantly lower than the other two groups.Conclusion Captopril combined with simvastatin could significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the early diabetic nephropathy and had small side effects.
2.Determination of the Content of Berberine Hydrochloride in the Fukezhidai Tablets by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in the Fukezhidai tablets METHODS:HPLC was performed on Dimonsil C18 column with CH3CN-KH2PO4(30∶70)as mobile phase The detection wavelength was 347nm RESULTS:The linear range of berberine on calibration curve was 0 4 052~2 026?g/ml The average recovery of berberine was 98 18%,RSD=0 92%(n=5) CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Fukezhidai tablets
3.EFFECT OF PANAXATRIOL SAPONIN ( PTS ) ON HUMAN LYMPHOKINE PRODUCTION AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS

Under stimulation of PHA,PHA + TPA,or PHA + PTS the time ke-netics of DNA,RNA,protein synthesis and lymphokine secretion by human lymph node cell expressed different responses. The PTS did not increase the DNA and RNA synthesis, but increased the protein synthesis ( 60% ) . TPA increased the RNA synthesis ( 18% ) , therefor increased the protein synthesis ( 40% ) . Both of TPA and PTS increased the production of 5 kinds of lymphokines (IL-1 , IL-2 , IL-3, BCGF, TFNr). We infer that PTS and TPA increase the lymphokine production through different gene regulation. TPA Promotes the translation of lymphokine mRNA。
4.PROMOTING EFFECT OF PANAXATRIOL GINSENOSIDE ON GENE EXPRESSION OF HUMAN INTERLEUKINE-3

Promoting effect of panaxatriol ginsenoside ( PTGS ) on inter-leukine-3(IL-3 ) induction of phyto-hemagglutinin ( PHA ) stimulated human lymph node cells was observed. The results showed that PTGS enhanced the IL-3 production on each time of IL-3-induction kinetics, maximally by 30% ( 72h ) . Furthermore, it was observed that IL-3 mRNA from PHA+PTGS-stimulated lymph node cells translated more IL-3 than PHA-stimulated lymph node cells on each time of IL-3 mRNA-induction kinetics, maximally by 40% ( 60h ) , using the methods of wheat germ cell-free in vitro translation system and IL-3 bioassay.
5.Treatment with constitution differentiation and syndrome differentiation for asthma in children

This article classified children asthma by constitution as deficiency-cold, phlegm-dampness, phlegm-heat, yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency. We categorized children asthma at acute stage by syndrome differentiation as cold, heat, defi ciency and excess; and children asthma at remittent stage was categorized by syndrome differentiation as lung qi defi ciency, spleen yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency. Patients with the same constitution were treated differently at different stage; and the opposite was true for patients at the same stage but with different constitution. The constitution and the syndrome had a great relationship. It was important for preventing and treating the children asthma that accurate and reasonable constitution differentiation combines syndrome differentiation in clinical treatment.
6.The effect of CpG ODN on Th1/Th2 type immune response in mice immunized with rHBsAg

Objective:To investigate the Th1 type immune response effects of CpG oligodeoxynucleotide(CpG ODN) immunized with recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen(rHBsAg).Methods:The CpG ODN and rHBsAg were injected into the back leg tibialis anterior(TA) muscle of BALB/c mice for two times.The serum anti-HBs IgG sub-class ratio of IgG2a/IgG1 were detected by ELISA.The level of IFN-?,IL-2 and IL-12 in the supernatant of induced splenocyte with bioactived assay.The serum IL-4 and IL-10 level were detected by ABC-ELISA.Results:The anti-HBs IgG sub-class IgG2a titer of additional CpG ODN groups are obviously higher than those of other groups;The result showed that high level of Th1 type cytokines including IL-2,IFN-? and IL-12 were induced in CpG ODN groups,where the level of Th2 type cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-10 were inhibited obviously.Conclusion:CpG ODN has enhanced efficacy of rHBsAg for anti-HBs IgG sub-class production of IgG2a and induced the expression of Th1 type cytokines wherease inhibited the expression of Th2 type cytokines.
7.Study on the effects of the lymphocyte proliferation immunized with rHBsAg and CpG ODN in mice

Objective:To investigate the effects of lymphocyte proliferation using the synthetic oligodeoxynucleotide containing CpG motif(CpG ODN) as immunal adjuvant immunized with the recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen(rHBsAg) in mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were randomly divided into five groups,injected into back leg tibialis anterior(TA) muscle for two times.The spleen and thymus lymphocytes proliferation was tested by MTT and()~3H-TdR incorporation respectively.Results:Analytical study showed that all groups compared with control the proliferation of spleen and thymus lymphocytes was increased obviously,except the specific proliferation of thymus lymphocyte there didn't obviously difference in CpG ODN plus vaccine group and the vaccine group.Meanwhile,the proliferation of the groups plus CpG ODN was much stronger than the not-CpG ODN groups in all the tests.Conclusion:CpG ODN has the ability stimulating the lymphocyte proliferation in mice obviously anti could have potential adjuvant effectiveness.
8.Subjective well-being and its influencing factors in the advanced elderly from community

Objective To investigate the subjective well-being and its influencing factors of the advanced elderly in the community. Methods Totally 409 cases aged 80 years and over in five communities of Hang zhou city were surveyed using Memorial University of Newfoundland Subjective Well-bing Scale. Results The subjective well-being of the advanced age people was at a high level.The cases with good hearing,well eyesight,income from own source,monthly income between 1000-3000 yuan,health satisfaction and frequently or occasionally regular interest in the activities had higher subjective well-being(all P<0.05).Subjective well-being was not significantly affected by age,sex,level of education (P> 0.05). Conclusions Subjective well-being of aged people is mainly affected by state of health and economic resources.
9.Correlative study on gastrointestinal symptoms of severe eases and Abdominal compartment syndrome

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation of gastrointestinal symptom of severe cases and abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS),improve monitor technique. MethodsUsing descriptive study to do classified description according to the distribution of 384 severe cases' gastrointestinal symptom and using regressive analysis to analyze the dangerous factors of 46 cases who suffered ACS. Results①The rate of gastrointestinal symptom of 46 cases with ACS:one case with nausea and vomiting occupied 2.2% ,45 cases with abdominal distension and pain occupied 97.8% ,45 cases with bowel sound occupied 97.8%,2 cases with diarrhea occupied 4.3%,45 cases with constipation occupied 97.8%. ②Aceording to the single factor logistic regressive analysis shows statistical significant symptoms relating to ACS as follows:abdominal distension and pain,bowel sound decline and constipation,etc. With multi-factors unconditional progressively logistic regressive analysis shows:the first dangerous factor of ACS is abdominal distension and pain(OR=259.106),then is bowel sound decline. CondusionThe correlation exists between the gastrointestinal symptoms and ACS. The clinical nurses should pay attention to the monitor of gastrointestinal function so that the incidence of ACS can be reduced through promoting monitor skills.
10.Expression of ATP synthase 6 in breast cancer cell line, T47D cells, induced by heregulin β1

Objective : To explore expression of related genes in breast cell line T47D induced by heregulin β1. Methods: Suppression subtractive hybridization was performed using cDNA sub traction kit to detect expression of heregulin-responsive genes in T47D cells. Results: ATP syn thase 6 was up-regulated by heregulin β1 in T47D cells at 1 and 6 hours. Conclusion: Heregulin β1 participates in the regulation of expression of both ATP synthase 6 and oxidative phosphoryla tion of T47D cells.
