Key words are important parts of scientific and technical articles, correctly indexing can fully reveal the core content and improve the effective communication as well as application of academic articles. Furthermore, key words are the chief indexes for measuring journal quality. In this article, we took Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging as example, deeply explored the characteristics, indexing principles and methods of journal articles in radiological imaging.

Objective To evaluate the early kindney injury by means of urinary protein/creatinine ratio(TPCR,200mg/g Cr)through group-discrimination in mellitus diabetes patients. Methods Qualitative analysis was carried out with urine 5~6 item indexes in 113 cases of diabetes mellitus ,61 cases of heallthy people and other 67 cases of diabetes mellitus patients. 2 groups were divided by means of urinary protein/creatinine ratio(TPCR,200mg/g Cr).Results In 113 cases of diabetes mellitus ,urine TPCR,mAlb,?2-MG,LAP and AFU of 38 cases in TPCR≥200mg/g Cr group were significantly higher than those of 75 cases in TPCR

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 1999;0(02):-
Objective To study the expression of the fibronectin (FN) and ? 1 integrin (? 1) in epiretinal membranes(ERM) of eyes with proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR). Methods Twenty epiretinal membranes were obtained from eyes undergone vitrectomy for retinal detachment complicated with PVR and observed by immunohistochemical methods. Results Overexpression of FN and ? 1 were observed in 18 and 16 membranes respectively. Conclusion The synergism of FN and ? 1 in their action mignt be one of the important roles in the development of PVR.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(12):-
Objective To explore the effect of using hydrochloricde lidocaine plasmagel in the urethral catheterization of male patients. Methods Divided 103 patients into the experimental group and the control group randomly. There were 53 cases in the experimental group and using hydrochloricde lidocaine plasmagel for the urethral catheterization. There were 50 cases in the control group and using the traditional paraff in urethral catheterization.Evaluated the pain degree of patients by VAS,and then monitored the blood press and the heart rate at the same time. Results There was a significant difference between these 2 groups in the VAS,P0.05.Conclusion Using hydrochloricde lidocaine plasmagel in the urethral catheterization of male patients is an effective method to alleviate the pain of patients and then decrease the incidence rate of complication.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(09):-
Objective To Investigate the application value of strong ion gap(SIG),anion gap(AG)and other four indicators in the trauma disease. Methods Blood was taken from trauma patients admitted to hospital immediately, with the heparin anticoagulation, misce bene.Blood gas was measured.Creatinine(Cr),phosphorus and albumin(ALB)was measured simultaneously. Results Betwean traumatic group and control group, there was signifrcant difference in SIG,AG,potential HCO3-,and other 5 item(P4mmol/L.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(8):798-800
Objective To analyze the characteristics of balance impairment in stroke patients over 60 years old. Methods This was a retrospectivecase-control study. Subjects were divided into two groups, normal control group and stroke group. Tetrax Interactive Balance Systemwas used to examine stability index (ST), weight distribution percentages, weight distribution index (WDI), fall index (FI), synchronizationsand spectrum analysis of postural sway under the condition of standing still with eyes open respectively in both groups. Results Frequenciesof spectrum analysis of postural sway in the stroke group were significantly higher than that in normal control group (P<0.05) exceptthe low frequencies. The weight distribution percentages of unaffected foot and WDI of the stroke group were significantly higher thanthe normal control group (P<0.05). ST and synchronizations in the stroke group were worse than the normal control group (P<0.05). In thestroke group, correlations were found between FI and ST, FI and spectrum analysis of postural sway (except the low frequencies), as well asbetween FI and synchronizations (P<0.05). Conclusion Stability index, weight distribution percentages, weight distribution index, synchronizationsand spectrum analysis of postural sway are significantly abnormal in the elderly stroke patients with balance impairment. And theirfall index was found to be correlated to a variety of factors.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the method of quality control on the whole process in sterilization supply department. METHODS According to issued by Ministry of Health all kinds of criteria and inspections, the whole process in sterilization supply department was analyzed, and then the quality was controlled. RESULTS The whole process of sterilization was standardized, systematized and programmed. CONCLUSIONS The quality control on the whole process is an effective measure to ensure the rate of supply eligibility and support.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(4):557-559
Bilateral mandibular first molars of 36 rabbits were extracted. The tooth extraction wounds were treated by:platelet-rich fibrin +acellular dermal matrix(group A),platelet-rich fibrin(group B),acellular dermal matrix (group C) and without treatment (group D,the control) (n =9) respectively. The measurments of alveolar bone height and width showed that there were no significant differences among groups at different times(P > 0.05).Bone histomorphometry showed that at the 2th and 4th week, the best result was found in group A(P<0.01).While,at the 8th week, the result of group A was still better than that of other 3 ones (P < 0.01),but group B and C showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).The combination of PRF and ADM shows the most significant effect.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the value of three dimensional reconstruction images of rotational DSA on measuring aneurysmal necks and make a comparison with traditional DSA so as to provide more abundant and accurate informations for the enbolization of aneurysm. Methods A comparison was made between the measurement of aneurismal necks from 14 cases with traditional DSA examination and a measurement made on three dimensional reconstruction images of the same patient. Results There was a difference shown in the measurment of the aneurysmal necks between three dimensional reconstruction images of rotational DSA and those of traditional DSA, outcoming with more angles and data on three dimensional reconstruction images. Conclusions There are more angles of aneurysmal neck can be shown on rotational 3D DSA especially for the demonstration of the largest aneurysmal neck with a directional value for the intervention. Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the quality and proficiency testing of HIV confirmatory laboratories in China. Methods Sevenyear consecutive assessments of the laboratories added up to 297 times, including function and serum technology evaluations from 1997 to 2004.Questionnaires were used for the evaluation of function, including laboratory quality management, training and quality validation of the lower level laboratories. The serum technology evaluation used the same serum panel to screen HIV antibody and perform western blot(WB) confirmatory test. The two parts of evaluation results gave 100 scores each with excellent(above 95),good(81~95),pass(71~80),weak(60~70) and failure(below 60).Results The consistency rate between ELISA and WB in all laboratories was above 85 percent from 1998 to 2004,with a rate above 95 percent from 2001 to 2004.The excellent rates were all above 55 percent during these years, among which the highest is 91.67 percent in 2003.Only one laboratory failed in 1999.Conclusion The strict quality evaluation shows the testing ability of HIV confirmatory laboratory is improving year by year. The standardized management, performed with the training, validation and technical guidance to the lower level laboratory would continuously improve the quality of HIV confirmatory laboratories.
