Objective To discuss the influence of Breviscapine Injection on concentration of serum IGF-Ⅱ in pregnant rats and changes of fetus rat body weight, body length, and body-mass index. Methods Radio-immunity was used to determine the concentration of serum IGF- Ⅱ in mother rats and fetus rats. Body weight and body length were surveyed,the IGF- Ⅱ concentration of fetus rats in the FGR group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05) and IGF- Ⅱ concentration control group＞the FGR+intervention group＞ the FGR group, and the difference between each group was significant (P＜0.05).Breviscapine can treat fetal growth retardation effectively.

Objective To study the early(onset time in 1 h~7 d)rehabilitative training on the limb function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction(1h-7d)were intervened with early rehabilitative training on limbs for 12 weeks.Ashworth limb spasticity scale and Fugl-Meye motor function scale were used to assess the rehabilitative effect before the training as well as after the training.Results The score by Fugl-Meye motor function scale after rehabilitative training was significantly higher than before training(P<0.05),and the score by Ashworth limb spasticity scale significantly lower than before training(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitative training was 93.3%.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training in patients with acute cerebral infarction is effective for the general recovery of their limb functions.

Objective To compare balance assessment with static balance measuring equipment and clinical balance measuring scales. Methods Seventy hemiplegic stroke patients ( the patient group) and 36 healthy volunteers (the controls) were recruited. Each subject's equilibrium was measured using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) ,the Fugl-Meyer Balance Scale (FM-B) and tetra-ataxiametry, all by the same therapist. Results The BBS and FM-B results both showed significant differences between the patient group and the control group. The data obtained through tetra-ataxiametric assessment showed that the average weight distribution index ( WDI ) and stability index (SI) were significantly lower in the patient group than among the controls. There was a strong correlation between the tetra-ataxiametric assessment results and the clinical balance test outcomes. The WDI and SI from tetra-ataxiametry were strongly correlated with Berg total static scores. Conclusions Tetra-ataxiametry and the BBS and FM-B tests can all effectively reflect the equilibrium of stroke patients. Tetra-ataxiametry can measure balance ability quantitatively, while the clinical balance tests ( BBS, FM-B) are easier to conduct.

Objective To investigate the methods and application effectiveness of micro-lecture in the clinical nursing specialty courses.Methods The micro-video was empoldered with camera tool to record,record the screen software production,PPT directly method,etc.The micro-video was applied in teaching practice of clinical nursing specialty courses.Seven class students in 2013 in Nursing of Guangxi Medical University were selected as teaching object randomly and were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 49 cases cach.The experimental group was used micro-lecture aided teaching,the control group was used traditional teaching.After the class,the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination,clinical probation appraisal and evaluation questionnaire of the experimental group students.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results The results of theory examination in the experimental group was (87.20 ± 6.50) scores and in the control group was (75.30 ± 7.89) scores,there was significant difference,t=3.20,P ＜ 0.01.The qualified result of clinical probation appraisal in the experimental group was 93.88％ (46/49),and in the control group was 81.63％(40/49),there was significant difference,x2=6.712,P＜ 0.01.The teaching satisfaction of micro-lecture in the experimental group was better.Conclusion The microlecture which based on the micro video as the main carrier used in teaching can effectively improve the effect of teaching,and is a valuable teaching method as a supplementary of the traditional teaching.

Objective To develop a nonaqueous electrolyte electrochemical detector in order to solve the problems of shorter average life span and operating temperature range in aqueous electrolyte electrochemical detector for unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine(UDMH).Methods Nonaqueous electrolyte was utilized in this kind of electrochemical detector comprised of n-mehyl-2-pyrrolidone with conductive compatible salts,such as tetrabutyl ammonium tetrafluoroborate,which had much lower evaporating pressure and freezing point than aqueous electrolyte ones.Three-electrode potential electrochemical system was also used,composing a sensing electrode,a counter electrode and a reference electrode.The three electrodes were all teflon-bonded diffusion electrodes which were prepared by spraying the noble metal catalyst dispersion onto the Teflon film.Results The experiment result showed that the average life span could be over two years compared with the aqueous electrolyte electrochemical detector of one year life span.Operating temperature range was expanded to-20 ℃～+40 ℃.However,the response time was nearly five minutes.Conclusion The detector can be used for leakage checking in the places where a large quantities of UDMH are used or stored.

Objective To explore the true psychological experience of youthful patients with breast cancer in the period of diagnosis. Methods Using qualitative research based on employed phenomeno-logical methods,12 young patients of breast cancer were deep-interviewed, the literal data of interview were processed and analyzed by Colaizzid analysis method. Results 5 themes were found by analysis:change of self identification, serious uncertainty, change of self role, worry about working and social value and shortage of knowledge and ability for early diagnosis. Conclusions The clinical workers should under-stand the real psychological experience of young patients with breast cancer in diagnosis period and help them overcome the difficult period in their life.

Objective To determine the value of MR in the diagnosis of the medial and lateral meniscal posterior root tears.Methods One hundred and twenty one patients underwent arthroscopy and MR of knee examinations were retrospectively reviewed,and all of them did not have the history of knee surgery before the MR examination.MR images were double-blinded,independently,retrospectively scored by radiology residency (doctor 1) and attending radiologist (doctor 2).The likelihood of the meniscus posterior root tear was scored on basis of arthroscopic findings constituted the gold standard.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MR diagnosis of the lateral and medial meniscus posterior root tear by two physicians were calculated,and the consistency of diagnosis results by two physicians was evaluated using the Kappa statistics.Reasons leading to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis were discussed.Results Thirty three of the 121 patients were diagnosed with meniscus posterior root tears by arthroscopy,including 14 cases of lateral tears and 19 cases of medial tears.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of posterior lateral meniscus root tears (PLMRT) for doctor 1 were 71.4％ (10/14),82.2％ (88/107) and 81.0％ (98/121),respectively,and for doctor 2 were 71.4％ (10/14),86.0％ (92/107) and 84.3％ (102/121).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of posterior medial meniscus root tears (PMMRT) for doctor 1 were 100.0％ (19/19),88.2％ (90/102) and 90.1％ (109/121),respectively,and for doctor 2 were 100.0％ (19/19),95.1％ (97/102) and 95.9％ (116/121),respectively.The Kappa statistics for PLMRT and PMMRT were 0.67 and 0.81,respectively,demonstrating a good interobserver agreement (P＜0.05).The misdiagnosed cases of the PMMRT were 12 for doctor 1 and 5 for doctor 2.There were 4 cases being commonly misdiagnosed by the two doctors,and there were no any missed cases in this study.For the PLMRT,the misdiagnosed cases were 19 for doctor 1 and 15 for doctor 2.Eleven cases were misdiagnosed and 4 were missed by the two physicians.Conclusion MR is a reliable diagnostic tool for detecting posterior root tears of the medial and lateral meniscus.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and risk factors of lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms (GI-NENs).Methods The retrospective case-control study was conducted.The clinicopathological data of 467 patients with GI-NENs who were admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2006 to December 2015 were collected.Observation indicators:(1) occurrence sites and pathological classification of GI-NENs;(2) pathological characteristics of surgical specimens of GI-NENs;(3) univariate analysis and multivariate analysis affecting lymph node metastasis of GI-NENs:sex,age,tumor location,tumor diameter,pathological classification,pathological stage and tumor invasive depth.The univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were respectively done using the chi-square test and Logistic regression model.Results (1) Occurrence sites and pathological classification of GI-NENs:of 467 patients with GI-NENs,tumors of 304,15,7,14 and 127 patients were located at stomach,duodenum,small intestine,colon and rectum,respectively.Tumor diameter was 0.3-12.0 cm,with an average diameter of 2.2 cm.Of 467 patients with GI-NENs,G1 and G2 of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs),G3 of neumendocfine carcinomas (NECs) and mixed adenoneuroendocfine carcinomas (MANECs) were respectively detected in 209,64,146 and 48 patients.Lymph node metastasis rate of GI-NENs was 31.48％ (147/467).(2) Pathological characteristics of surgical specimens of GI-NENs:NETs were high-differentiated NENs.Ceils of NETs were solid and nest-,trabeculum-and tubular-shaped,and consisted of small or medium cells,with moderate amount or massive cytoplasms,round or oval nucleus,particle-shaped chromatin,unobvious nucleolus and positive endocrine markers.There were abundant of small blood vessels and surrounding fibrous stroma in peripheral tumor cell nests.NECs were low-differentiated NENs and included small cell carcinoma and large cell NEC.Cells of small cell carcinoma were small round or oval and looked similar to lymphocytes,with few amount cytoplasms,fine granularshaped or hyperchromatic nucleus and common mitosis figures.Cells of large cell NEC were large and greater than 3 lymphocytes,arrayed in organoid-or chrysanthemum-shape,with massive cytoplasms,coarse particle-shaped chromatin,obvious nucleus,clear mitosis figures and large laminar-shaped necrosis.There were different positive expressions of endocrine markers between small cell carcinoma and large cell NEC.MANECs had the characteristics of glandular cavity formation of traditional adenocarcinoma and NENs.Results of immunohistochemical staining in 467 patients showed that Ki-67 of 467 patients was positive;CD56 in 379 of 428 with CD56 test was positive;synaptophysin (Syn) in 416 of 422 with Syn test was positive;cytokeratin (CK) in 354 of 396 with CK test was positive;chromogranin (CgA)in 264 of 388 with CgA test was positive;neuron specific enolase (NSE) in 287 of 346 with NSE test was positive.(3) Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis affecting lymph node metastasis of GI-NENs:results of univariate analysis showed that sex,tumor location,tumor diameter,pathological classification,pathological satge and tumor invasive depth were related factors affecting lymph node metastasis of patients with GI-NENs (X2 =20.654,18.182,26.788,184.709,163.738,195.391,P＜ 0.05).Results of multivariate analysis showed that pathological classification and pathological stage were independent influenced factors affecting lymph node metastasis of patients with GI-NENs (HR =2.129,7.171,95％ confidence interval:1.273-3.561,-2.327-22.098,P＜0.05).Conclusions GI-NENs are mostly located on the stomach and rectum.Results of immunohistochenical staining could help diagnosis of GI-NENs.Pathological classification and pathological stage are independent influenced factors affecting lymph node metastasis of patients with GI-NENs.
