1.EFFECTS OF BRUGIA MALAYI INFECTION ON THE FECUNDITY AND SURVIVAL RATE OF ANOPHELES SINENSIS
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(02):-
Observations were carricd out on the changes in the fecundity and the survival rate of Anopheles sinensis infected with microfilariae of Erugia malayi through an artificial membrane and maintained at 25.5?1℃ and R. H. 75-85%。Analysis of the resultant data showed that there was a significant dccrcase in egg-production in the mosquitoes infected with a density of microfilariae over 5.42mf/?l during the first gonotrophic cycle and over 2.69mf/?l during the second, with a tenden-cy of continuous decrease following the increase in microfilarial density. The results were discussed in terms of the hypothesis of "nutritional competition" suggested by Javadian et al in 1974.Four groups of mosquitoes infected with various dcnsitics of microfilariae were observed on their survival rates after exposure to microfilariae. The infected mosquitoes showed lower survival rate as compared with the control group, exhibiting a continuous decrease in the survival rate of Infected mosquitocs with the increase in microfilarial dcnsities in the blood meal engorged. This continuous change was more significant during the lst-12th day post-exposure.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
The skeletal muscle relaxing effects of gentamicin (Gen) and amikacin (Amk) were investigated and compared with tubocu-rarine (Tub) in rat phrenic nerve-muscle preparation, conscious chicken and mouse. The potency of the neuro-muscular blocking action of Gen was two times that of Amk. The blocking effect of Gen was observed as an 'all or none' phenomenon with a bigger S value compared with Tub. The drug concentrations were decreased by pumping drug free perfusate into or-gan baths to simulate an elimination rate constant fixed at 0. 1/min. To plot effects against declined concentrations there was a clockwise hysteresis loop with Tub, but a counter-clockwise hystereksis loop presented by Gen. The mode of the skeletal muscle relaxing effect of Gen and Amk was classified as non-depolarization like Tub.

Simple and effective methods are needed for the identification of Chinese medicinal material species and their variety. Lonicera japonica Thunb. is one of Chinese herbal medicines widely demanded. A total of 3 705 EST-SSRs of L. japonica and 2 818 EST-SSRs of L. japonica var. chinensis Thunb. were identified from EST database in our lab. In average, there was one EST-SSR per 4.05 kb in L. japonica ESTs and per 7.49 kb in L. japonica var. chinensis ESTs, separately. The identified SSRs in L. japonica were consisted of 51.98% dinucleotide and 34.61% trinucleotide repeats, while SSRs in L. japonica var. chinensis had 57.45% dinucleotide and 30.09% trinucleotide. The results reviewed that the classes AG/TC and GAG/TCT were predominant in the dinucleotide motifs and the trinucleotide motifs, respectively. Total 87 EST-SSRs were identified of significant difference between L. japonica and L. japonica var. chinensis. PCR products were obtained from 52 L. japonica samples in 13 out of 15 SSR markers tested. The polymorphism in L. japonica, L. japonica var. chinensis and other honeysuckles could be distinguished by three markers (jp.ssr4, jp.ssr64 and jp.ssr65) tested.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2004;21(2):284-287
Neural networks can fit any nonlinear function. After drawing out several characteristic parameters from the three-dimension spectrum for high frequency QRS waves, we input them into the network and trained the network. In this way, we can get a m-dimension curved surface in the m-dimension space which is constructed by those parameters, and this curved surface divides the space into two parts: the unhealthiness and the health. Now, the network can automatically distinguish between the healthiness and the unhealthiness according to their three-dimension spectrum for high frequency QRS waves.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2019;42(3):204-207
Objective To study the clinical characteristics, respond of treatment and prognosis in infants with atrial tachycardia (AT). Methods The clinical data of 23 infants with AT from August 2014 to November 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The respond of treatment and prognosis were observed. Results Of all the 23 infants with AT, incessant AT was in 5 cases, and paroxysmal AT was in 18 cases. There were 13 infants diagnosed with AT combined with cardiac insufficiency, and among them, 5 cases were combined with tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy (TIC). Echocardiography showed that atrial septal defect in 3 cases, patent foramen oval in 6 cases, ventricular septal defect in 1 case, ventricular septal defect combined with patent foramen oval in 2 cases, ventricular septal defect combined with atrial septal defect in 1 case, and ventricular septal defect combined with coarctation of the aorta in 1 case. The curative effect was excellent in 11 cases, effective in 8 cases, and ineffective in 4 cases at discharge. There was no statistical difference in curative effect between patients with normal cardiac function and cardiac insufficiency at discharge (P>0.05). The infants were followed up for 12 months, AT disappeared in 19 cases, 1 case progressed to sick sinus syndrome, and 3 cases were lost in follow-up. Conclusions AT can be insidious in infants, but with a favorable prognosis if treated with cardiotonic drugs and antiarrhythmic drugs during the short and mid-term follow-up. Long-term follow-up should be taken to learn more about the prognosis.
